Ein Ansatzfehler entsteht beim Drucken einer durchgehenden senkrechten Linie mit zwei Halbzoll-Tintenstrahldruckköpfen, welche gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, durch eine Transportdifferenz des flachen Gutes bzw. Poststückes gegenüber den zwei Halbzoll-Tintenstrahldruckköpfen. Der Aufnahmeträger kann federnd gelagert werden, um Briefdicken bis zu 10 mm auszugleichen. Ein- und auslaufende Andruckelemente besitzen eine spezielle Geometrie. Die Andruckelemente können zum Transportband geneigt oder rechtwinklig auf dem Aufnahmeträger angeordnet sein. Auch können andere Federelemente 37 zur Federung der Andruckvorrichtung 30 bei dickeren Poststücken eingesetzt werden, wobei vom Grundgedanken weiterhin ausgegangen wird, dass die Andruckelemente in sich selbst federnd wirken.
In den vorstehend erläuterten Ausführungsbeispielen wird die Erfindung anhand von Bürstenelementen erläutert. Jedoch sollen damit andere Andruckelemente nicht ausgeschlossen werden, um die Erfindung zu verwirklichen. In Frage kommen ebenfalls künstlich hergestellte Andruckelemente in Streifen-, Lamellen-, Stift- oder Kammform. Eine größere Anzahl von einzelnen federnden Bestandteilen der Andruckelemente verringert einen Versatz in Transportrichtung und damit das Auftreten von Ansatzfehlern. Ein- und auslaufende Bürstenelemente besitzen eine spezielle Geometrie. Die Bürstenelemente können zum Transportband geneigt oder rechtwinklig auf dem Aufnahmeträger angeordnet sein. Alternativ können die einzelnen Bürstenelemente auch durch einen kompletten Bürstenkörper ersetzt werden.
In den vorgenannten Beispielen wurden 14 Bürstenelemente gezeigt, das soll aber nicht ausschließen, dass mehr oder weniger Bürstenelemente eingesetzt werden könnten. Im Grenzfall wird ein Bürstenelement mit einer Übergröße bzw. eine Bürste eingesetzt, welche sich nicht in Bürstenelemente unterteilen lässt. Die Anzahl der Borsten oder Bürstenhaare je Bürstenelement liegt im zwei bis vierstelligen Bereich. Anstatt tierischen Haaren kann auch ein Fellstück mit ausgeprägter Vorzugs-Streichelrichtung eingesetzt werden, wobei die Streichelrichtung und die Transportrichtung weisen muss. Vorzugsweise werden jedoch nur künstlich hergestellte Fell-Produkte bzw. Bürstenelemente verwendet. Bei künstlichen Borsten mit spezieller Geometrie kann eine geringere Anzahl ausreichen, jedoch ist auch dann deren Anzahl immer noch viel höher, als dies bei heute gebräuchlichen Andruckelementen üblich ist
Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Bürstenelemente mit einer ersten Federkonstante F1 auf das Poststück und dass die Federelemente des Einschubs mit einer zweiten Federkonstante F2 auf das Poststück wirken, wobei gilt: F1 << F2.
Die Bürstenelemente bestehen aus einer Vielzahl an künstlichen oder tierischen Haaren bzw. Borsten. Insbesondere durch deren Profil und durch den Verlauf einer zur Spitze hin abnehmenden Dicke der künstlichen Haare können spezielle Federcharakteristiken für die Bürstenelemente B1 bis Bn erzeugt werden, welche sich von denen der Federelemente 37 unterscheiden.
Eine Poststücktransportvorrichtung ist mit einem an sich bekannten Transportband ausgestattet, vorzugsweise einem angetriebenen breiten gespannten Flachriemen. Letzterer wird über Umlenkrollen eines Rollenträgers ortsnah unter oder an Teilen des Druckmoduls vorbei geführt.
Der Rollenträger 20 der Transportvorrichtung ist waagerecht und ortsfest in der Maschine gegenüber der Andruckvorrichtung 30 in z-Richtung angeordnet, wobei die Andruckvorrichtung 30 das zugeführte Poststück an das Transportband andrückt. Das Transportband ist ein Flachriemen, der im Transportbereich mit einer vorbestimmten Haftreibung auf einen Teil der Oberfläche der Poststücke einwirkt, welcher nicht bedruckt wird, aber dem Druckbereich nahe ist.
Im Gegensatz dazu ist die Haftreibung der Andruckvorrichtung 30 mindestens in eine Vorzugsrichtung minimiert, wobei letztere mit der Transportrichtung übereinstimmt.The number of individual bristles or hairs of the brush elements is at least transversely to the transport direction higher than in the individual strips of a strip or lamella shape.

Instead of animal hair, a piece of fur with a pronounced preferential stroke can be used, whereby the direction of stroking and the direction of transport must show. Preferably, however, only artificially produced fur products or brush elements are used. With artificial bristles with special geometry, a smaller number may be sufficient, but even then their number is still much higher than is customary in today's conventional pressure elements
It is envisaged that the brush elements with a first spring constant F1 act on the mail piece and that the spring elements of the insert with a second spring constant F2 act on the mail item, where: F1 << F2.
The brush elements consist of a large number of artificial or animal hairs or bristles. In particular, by their profile and by the course of decreasing towards the tip thickness of the artificial hair special spring characteristics for the brush elements B1 to Bn can be generated, which differ from those of the spring elements 37.
