Claims (15)

  1. Appareil de cuisson, comprenant :
    une cavité de cuisson (100) ;
    un espace arrière (400) situé derrière la cavité de cuisson ;
    un ventilateur de refroidissement (420) situé au niveau d'une partie inférieure de l'espace arrière ;
    une séparation (423) située dans l'espace arrière,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la séparation (423) est située horizontalement au-dessus du ventilateur de refroidissement (420) de manière à diviser l'espace arrière en la partie inférieure au niveau de laquelle le ventilateur de refroidissement (420) est situé et une partie supérieure, la séparation (423) étant conçue pour empêcher un écoulement au-dessus du ventilateur de refroidissement (420) de s'écouler au-dessous du ventilateur de refroidissement (420) ; et
    un circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement généré par le ventilateur de refroidissement (420) au niveau de l'espace arrière et se prolongeant de la partie inférieure de l'espace arrière vers une partie supérieure de l'espace arrière, pour refroidir l'espace arrière.
  2. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    des éléments chauffants comprenant au moins deux éléments choisis parmi un ensemble de chauffage par convection (430), un magnétron (440), un transformateur haute tension (450) et un condensateur haute tension (460), au niveau de l'espace arrière.
  3. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement se compose d'au moins deux sous-circuits séparés pour le refroidissement respectif d'au moins deux des éléments chauffants.
  4. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 3, comprenant en outre :
    au moins deux ouvertures (424, 425) formées au niveau de la séparation (423) pour fournir les au moins deux sous-circuits séparés.
  5. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, dans lequel les éléments chauffants comprennent le magnétron (440), et l'appareil de cuisson comprend un guide d'écoulement (442) situé sur le circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement pour guider un écoulement vers le magnétron (440).
  6. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre :
    une entrée (112) présente sur un côté de la cavité de cuisson (100) ; et
    un guide d'écoulement (442) situé sur le circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement pour guider un écoulement vers l'entrée.
  7. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 5, comprenant en outre :
    une entrée (112) présente sur un côté de la cavité de cuisson (100) ; et
    un guide d'écoulement (442) pour guider un écoulement sortant du magnétron (440) vers l'entrée (112).
  8. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, comprenant en outre :
    un espace supérieur (300) situé au-dessus de la cavité de cuisson (100), le circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement se prolongeant de l'espace arrière (400) vers l'espace supérieur (300).
  9. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre :
    un premier élément chauffant situé au niveau de l'espace arrière ; et
    un second élément chauffant situé au niveau de l'espace supérieur (300) et produisant plus de chaleur que le premier élément chauffant.
  10. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comprenant en outre :
    une porte (200) située devant la cavité de cuisson (100) et comprenant un panneau de commande.
  11. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    un espace supérieur (300) situé au-dessus de la cavité de cuisson (100), la porte (200) étant positionnée de sorte à recouvrir l'espace supérieur (300) et la surface avant de la cavité de cuisson (100).
  12. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel le circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement se prolonge de l'espace arrière (400) vers la porte (200).
  13. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant en outre :
    un couvercle (410) entourant l'espace arrière (400) au niveau de laquelle une entrée (411) du circuit d'écoulement du moyen de refroidissement est formée.
  14. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 13, comprenant en outre :
    un cadre arrière (160) placé au niveau du côté arrière de la cavité de cuisson (100), le couvercle (410) étant relié au cadre arrière (160).
  15. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, comprenant en outre :
    un espace inférieur (600) situé au-dessous de la cavité de cuisson ; et
    une base (610) formant la surface inférieure de l'espace inférieur.
