Claims (9)
- Closure stopper (1, 1A) for a bottle (2) intended to receive a liquid, of the single-piece type including a base (3) intended to be secured to the neck (4) of the bottle (2) and surmounted by a spout (5) able to be covered by a cap (6, 6A) connected to the base (3) by means of a hinge (7) and a tamper indicator (8, 9), the said spout (5) comprising an end zone formed by an external collar (10), at least partially peripheral, with a section in the form of a "anti-drip" beak, characterised in that the overall height (H) of the base and of the spout that surmounts it is such that its top (S), formed by the anti-drip beak (10), is situated at substantially the same level as the top (S') of the neck (4) of the bottle (2), once in place, so as to obtain a lowered stopper assembly (1, 1A), with a reduction in height (H) and therefore in material and weight.
- Stopper according to claim 1, characterised in that the height (H) of the collar forming the anti-drip beak (10) of the spout (5) is such that the top (S) of the latter is situated level with the top (S') of the neck (4) of the bottle (2), with a tolerance of ± 3 mm.
- Stopper according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the spout (5) has connection zone (11) between its collar forming the anti-drip beak (10) and a bottom snapping zone (12) intended to cooperate elastically with a peripheral rim (13) on the neck (4) of the bottle (2), the said zone forming a cylindrical skirt closely gripping a corresponding zone (14) of the neck (4) of the bottle (2), so as to obtain a leaktight zone of the stopper (1, 1A) at this level.
- Stopper according to claim 3, characterised in that the spout (5) has a bottom end zone (15) intended to come into contact, at the end of the operation of snapping on the neck (4) of the bottle (2), with a peripheral support shoulder (16) produced on it.
- Stopper according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the tamper indicator is formed by a tear-off tamper-evident band (8).
- Stopper according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the tamper indicator is formed by a thin skin (9).
- Stopper according to claim 6, characterised in that the top of the cap (6A) is partially extended by a gripping finger (17) disposed in a zone diametrically opposite to its hinge (7).
- Method for producing a stopper (1, 1A) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that all the parts thereof, namely:- the base (3) comprising the snapping zone (12), the contact zone (11), the spout (3) and its collar forming the anti-drip beak (10),- the closure cap (6, 6A),- the hinge (7) connecting the cap (6, 6A) to the base,- the tamper indicator (8, 9)form a single piece obtained in a single operation of moulding from a plastics material.
- Method according to claim 8, characterised in that the operation of moulding the complete stopper (1, 1A) is obtained in a single-piece manner in a closed position of the said stopper (1, 1A).
