Claims (7)
- Spout and sealing cap assembly made of plastic material and comprising a spout body (1, 31, 51) made in one first piece of flexible plastic material with means (7, 13; 36, 37; 56, 57) for fixing to a container (6, 58), and, connected to the spout body, a sealing cap (2, 33, 52) made in one second piece of hard plastic material with a hinge (3, 34, 53) and designed to close the spout body in the closed position, characterised in that- the hinge (3, 34, 53) is a bistable spring-loaded hinge providing the cap (2, 33, 52) with two stable positions, one corresponding to the open position and the other to the closed position,- the spout body (1, 31, 51) comprises a first connecting portion (17, 42, 62) of undercut profile situated between the fixing means and the hinge, so that the fixing means remain flexible after connection of the sealing cap to the spout body,- the cap (2, 33, 52) comprises a second connecting portion (24, 47, 61) of undercut profile complementary to the first connecting portion, and- the two components are connected into a unitary assembly by moulding the second component over the first component in the region of said connecting portions (17, 24, 42, 47; 62, 61).
- Assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that said connecting portions (17, 24; 62, 61) are located in the region of the hinge (3, 53).
- Assembly according to claim 2, characterised in that said connecting portions (17, 24; 62, 61) have the form of a dovetail-shaped tenon and a dovetail-shaped mortise respectively.
- Assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that said connecting portions (42, 47) are arranged over the whole periphery of the spout body (31).
- Assembly according to claim 4, characterised in that said connecting portions (42, 47) comprise an outer peripheral bead on the spout body (31) and an annular portion (47) with a profile complementary to the profile of said bead (42) on a belt (32) made in one piece with the cap (33) beyond the hinge (34).
- Assembly according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the means for fixing the spout body to the container comprise a collar (56, 57) for direct fixing by welding the spout body (51) to a flexible tube (58) constituting the container.
- Assembly according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the means for fixing the spout body to the container comprise an inner bead (13, 37) on an outer skirt (7, 36) of the spout body, for cooperating by snap fitting with an outer groove (14) of the neck (5) of a bottle (6) or like container.
