Abstract

The pallet has a plate (3) comprising superimposed lower and upper panels (4, 5) connected with each other. The lower panel has two adjacent semi lower panels on one of its sides, where the semi lower panels are not connected along the side. A tear-strip (6) is integrated to the upper panel. The upper panel is divided into two semi upper panels by the strip. An assembly of each semi lower panel and semi upper panel forms the plate of a semi-pallet. The strip is made of traction resistance material such as fibrous plastic material.

Claims (8)

  1. Pallet comprising a tray (3) and support-forming skids, the tray (3) comprising two superimposed panels being connected to each other, a lower panel (4) and an upper panel (5), the lower panel (4) comprising two half-panels adjacent on at least one of the sides, a tear strip (6) being integrated into the upper panel and by means of which said upper panel is likely to be divided into two upper half-panels, each assembly of a lower half panel and an upper one forming the tray of a half-pallet, characterized by the fact that both adjacent half-panels of the lower panel are not connected along said side.
  2. Pallet according to claim 1, the tear strip (6) of which comprises a first part being integral with the upper panel (5).
  3. Pallet according to claim 2, the tear strip (6) of which comprises a second part formed with a cut portion (7) of the lower panel (4), said cut portion being arranged between both lower half-panels.
  4. Pallet according to claim 3, wherein said portions of the tear strip (6) are both superimposed and retained one to the other by an end.
  5. Pallet according to any of preceding claims, wherein one end of the tear strip (6) is provided with a tab (71).
  6. Pallet according to claim 5, wherein the tab (71) is formed with a V-shaped cut in the lower panel, and positioned at the tray (3) border.
  7. Pallet according to claims 5 and 6, wherein the upper panel (5) is provided with a notch (73) positioned at the tray edge.
  8. Pallet according to claim 1, the tray (3) of which is formed with a plate centrally folded following an axis XX in order to create an upper panel (5) and a lower panel (4), the panels being glued together.
