Claims (9)

  1. Zylinderkopf (1) für einen Verbrennungsmotor, der aus Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt ist und ein durchbrochenes Element (2) enthält, das sich nahe der dem Brennraum benachbarten Seite (3) des Zylinderkopfs erstreckt, wobei dieses durchbrochene Element (2) vollständig von der Aluminiumlegierung des Zylinderkopfs umhüllt und aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das eine höhere Biegefestigkeit hat als die Aluminiumlegierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durchbrochene Element (2) ein Gitter ist.
  2. Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) aus Stahl ist.
  3. Zylinderkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) sich parallel zu der dem Brennraum benachbarten Seite (3) des Zylinderkopfs (1) erstreckt.
  4. Zylinderkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) sich im Wesentlichen über die ganze Länge und Breite des Zylinderkopfs (1) erstreckt.
  5. Zylinderkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) sich zwischen dem Ansaugkanal (4) und dem Auslasskanal (5) und den in dem Zylinderkopf hergestellten Durchlässen (6, 7, 8) für das Kühlmittel und der dem Brennraum benachbarten Seite (3) erstreckt.
  6. Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) von den Kanälen (4, 5), Durchlässen (6, 7, 8) und der Seite (3) durch eine Dicke der Aluminiumlegierung getrennt ist, die mindestens gleich der Dicke des Gitters (2) ist.
  7. Zylinderkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) Aussparungen (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) aufweist, die die Auslass- und Ansaugkanäle, das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil und die Glühkerze umgeben.
  8. Zylinderkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gitter (2) aus parallelen Stegen (14), die sich entlang der Länge des Zylinderkopfs erstrecken, aus parallelen Stegen (15), die sich entlang der Breite des Zylinderkopfs erstrecken, und aus parallelen Stegen (16, 17), die sich entlang von Diagonalen erstrecken besteht.
  9. Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (14 bis 17) in der Ebene des Gitters (2) eine geringere Dicke haben als in einer Richtung lotrecht zu dieser Ebene.
