Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour reconnaître s'il manque un poinçon sur un dispositif de perforation, dans lequel le dispositif de perforation comporte au moins un dispositif de poinçonnage (1) pour une plaque (2) éventuellement déformée ainsi qu'une partie inférieure d'outil avec un logement de pièce à travailler (3), qui présente au moins un percement (4), une partie supérieure d'outil (5), qui peut être bloquée au-dessus de la plaque (2) et qui porte au moins un poinçon (6), lequel est disposé sur la tige de piston (7) d'un piston (9) pouvant être déplacé d'un côté et de l'autre dans un cylindre (8) par l'introduction d'un agent d'écoulement pouvant être mis sous pression, un capteur (10) délivrant des signaux étant prévu pour la détection d'opérations de poinçonnage défectueuses et l'agent d'écoulement pouvant être mis sous une pression de travail qui est suffisante pour générer un trou poinçonné dans la plaque (2), caractérisé en ce que l'agent d'écoulement est mis, comme alternative à la pression de travail, sous une pression d'essai, la pression d'essai étant réglée sur une valeur à laquelle le poinçon (6) du dispositif de poinçonnage (1) s'applique sur la surface (11) de la plaque (2) en évitant une pénétration notable, le capteur (10) détectant la position alors obtenue du piston (9) et sur lequel le signal ainsi obtenu est utilisé pour voir s'il manque un poinçon sur le dispositif de perforation.
  2. Dispositif de perforation, comportant au moins un dispositif de poinçonnage (1) pour une plaque (2) éventuellement déformée, ainsi qu'une partie inférieure d'outil avec un logement de pièce à travailler (3), qui présente au moins un percement (4), une partie supérieure d'outil (5), qui est bloquée au-dessus de la plaque (2) et qui porte au moins un poinçon (6), lequel est disposé sur la tige de piston (7) d'un piston (9) pouvant être déplacé d'un côté et de l'autre dans un cylindre (8) par l'introduction d'un agent d'écoulement mis sous pression, un capteur (10) délivrant des signaux étant prévu pour la détection d'opérations de poinçonnage défectueuses, l'agent d'écoulement étant mis sous une pression de travail qui est suffisante pour générer un trou poinçonné dans la plaque (2) et l'agent d'écoulement pouvant être mis, comme alternative à la pression de travail, sous une pression d'essai, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'utilisation du dispositif, la pression d'essai est réglée sur une valeur à laquelle le poinçon (6) du dispositif de poinçonnage (1) s'applique sur la surface (11) de la plaque en évitant une pénétration notable, en ce que le capteur (10) détecte la position alors obtenue du piston (9), en ce que le signal ainsi obtenu est utilisé pour l'évaluation de l'opération de poinçonnage, en ce que le capteur (10) est disposé, en face du côté frontal supérieur du piston (8), sur l'extrémité supérieure dans le cylindre (8).
  3. Dispositif de perforation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pression d'essai peut être réglée sur une valeur de 0,5 à 1,2 bar.
  4. Dispositif de perforation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le capteur (10) est un capteur d'induction.
  5. Dispositif de perforation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité de dispositifs de poinçonnage (1).
  6. Dispositif de perforation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de poinçonnage (1) sont disposés sensiblement perpendiculairement à la surface de la plaque (2) à perforer dans la zone partielle à perforer.
  7. Dispositif de perforation selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les unités de piston/cylindre (8.1) contenues dans les dispositifs de poinçonnage (1) peuvent être mises sous pression avec l'agent d'écoulement avec un décalage dans le temps.
  8. Utilisation du dispositif de perforation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7 pour la perforation de l'élément de renfort (2) d'un élément d'habillage interne d'un véhicule.
