Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) eines Torflügels, wobei dieser Torflügel so ausgelegt ist, dass er sich horizontal bewegt und mit einem unteren, hohlen Balken (102) ausgestattet ist, der eine nach unten gerichtete Öffnung (126) aufweist, welche durch zwei horizontale Flügel (104a, 104b) begrenzt ist, wobei jeder dieser Flügel (104a, 104b) eine untere Rollbahn und eine obere Rollbahn aufweist, wobei sich diese Rollbahnen in die Bewegungsrichtung des Torflügels erstrecken,
    wobei die Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) folgendes aufweist:
    - einen mit dem Boden (110) verbundenen Rahmen (114),
    - einen an dem Rahmen (114) befestigten Motor (106), der im Inneren des unteren Balkens (102) angebracht ist und,
    - mindestens eine Antriebsrolle (120a, 120b), die vom besagten Motor (106) in Rotation gebracht wird und sich in Kontakt mit einer der inneren Rollbahnen befindet,
    wobei die Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie folgendes umfasst:
    - eine an den Rahmen (114) befestigte Gruppe von drei Paaren von Führungsrollen (116a, 116b, 118a, 118b, 216a, 216b, 214a),
    - wobei jede der Führungsrollen (118a, 118b) des ersten Paares sich vor der Antriebsrolle (120a, 120b) gegen eine der oberen Rollbahnen lehnt,
    - wobei jede der Führungsrollen (214a) des zweiten Paares sich hinter der Antriebsrolle (120a, 120b) gegen eine der oberen Rollbahnen lehnt,
    - wobei jede der Führungsrollen (116a, 116b, 216a, 216b) des dritten Paares sich zwischen einer der Führungsrollen (118a, 118b) des ersten Paares und einer der Führungsrollen (214a) des zweiten Paares gegen eine der unteren Rollbahnen lehnt.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein viertes Paar von Führungsrollen (216a, 216b, 116a, 116b) aufweist, die an dem Rahmen (114) befestigt sind und dadurch, dass jede der Führungsrollen (216a, 216b, 116a, 116b) des besagten vierten Paares sich auf der anderen Seite der Antriebsrolle (120a, 120b) im Verhältnis zu jeder der Führungsrollen (116a, 116b, 216a, 216b) des dritten Paares gegen eine der unteren Rollbahnen lehnt.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (114) über eine Kugelgelenkverbindung (208) mit dem Boden (110) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie über Mittel zum Einstellen verfügt, mit denen sich der Druck einer jeden Antriebsrolle (120a, 120b) gegen die entsprechende Rollbahn einstellen lässt.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Mittel zum Einstellen folgendes umfassen:
    - eine mit dem Motor (106) verbundene Platte (218), wobei die besagte Platte (218) frei drehbar um eine Drehachse (310) angebracht ist, welche parallel zur Drehachse/zu den Drehachsen der Antriebsrolle(n) (120a, 120b) verläuft und
    - eine Vorrichtung zum Einstellen des Umdrehungswinkels (250), mit welcher sich der Umdrehungswinkel der besagten Platte (218) einstellen lässt.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Umdrehungsachse (310) der Platte (218) gleichzeitig die Drehachse eines der Führungsrollenpaare (116a, 116b, 216a, 216b) ist, die sich gegen eine der unteren Rollbahnen lehnen.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (218) mittels eines Kugelgelenks auf der besagten Umdrehungsachse (310) angebracht ist.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein Paar Ausrichtungsrollen (122a, 122b, 212a, 212b) aufweist, welches an den Rahmen (114) befestigt und innerhalb des unteren Balkens (102) untergebracht ist, wobei eine der Ausrichtungsrollen (122a, 122b, 212a, 212b) eines Paares sich gegen eine der vertikalen Seitenwände des unteren Balkens (102) und die andere Ausrichtungsrolle (122a, 122b, 212a, 212b) des selben Paares sich gegen die andere vertikalen Seitenwand des unteren Balkens (102) lehnt.
  9. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei Paare von Ausrichtungsrollen (122a, 122b, 212a, 212b) aufweist, wobei eines dieser Paare vor der/den Antriebsrolle(n) (120a, 120b) und das andere hinter der/den Antriebsrolle(n) (120a, 120b) angebracht ist/sind.
  10. Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenn der Torflügel selbsttragend ist, die Vorrichtung zum Befestigen des Rahmens (114) an den Boden (110) sich im Inneren des unteren Balkens (102) fortsetzt und eine Stützrolle (230) trägt.
  11. Torflügel, der mit einem hohlen unteren Balken (102) ausgestattet ist, der eine nach unten gerichtete Öffnung (126) aufweist, welche durch zwei horizontale Flügel (104a, 104b) begrenzt ist, wobei der besagte Torflügel ausgelegt ist, um eine Vorrichtung zum Antreiben (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufzunehmen.
