Description

DISPOSITIF DE SUSPENSION D'ARTICLES A UN PRESENTOIR
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de suspension d'articles à un présentoir. Elle trouve plus particulièrement son application à la suspension d'articles tels qu'une paire de gants, de chaussures, ou autres articles chaussants, ou encore un bonnet, à la tige d'un présentoir.
Généralement, pour accrocher ou suspendre de tels articles, notamment des gants, à la tige d'un présentoir, on utilise des dispositifs qui sont cousus ou liés à la paire de gants. Le lien ou la couture sont suffisamment forts pour assurer l'accrochage efficace des gants au dispositif, et par voie de conséquence l'accrochage efficace des gants à la tige du présentoir.
Bien souvent, les liens utilisés jouent aussi le rôle de liens d'assemblage des articles entre eux, lorsque ces articles sont présentés par paires comme c'est le cas pour les gants notamment.
Les inconvénients de ces dispositifs sont qu'ils ne s'adaptent pas nécessairement à toutes les tailles d'articles. En particulier, dans le cas d'une paire de gants, on ne peut utiliser le même dispositif pour la suspension d'une paire de gants de ski et la suspension d'une paire de gants en soie.
Par ailleurs, ces dispositifs sont difficiles voire impossibles à retirer puisqu'ils sont parfaitement solidaires des gants. Cet inconvénient est encore renforcé par la force des liens ou de la couture, comme il a été exposé plus haut. Cela pose donc un problème évident lors de l'essayage des articles.
Le problème qui se pose alors est donc de proposer un dispositif permettant de suspendre efficacement des articles à la tige d'un présentoir, notamment une paire de gants ou autres articles chaussants, qui s'adapte facilement et sans modification à toutes les tailles d'articles, et qui s'enlève facilement pour l'essayage tout en restant solidaire de l'article.
L'objet de l'invention est donc d'apporter une solution au problème précité parmi d'autres problèmes.
L'invention se rapporte donc à un dispositif de suspension d'un article à la tige d'un présentoir, notamment une paire de gants ou autre paire d'articles chaussants, ou encore un bonnet.
Le dispositif présente sensiblement une forme de pince avec deux branches articulées à pivotement autour d'un élément de rappel. Cet élément de rappel délimite, en partie haute, deux bras d'actionnement, et en partie basse, deux mâchoires.
L'un au moins des bras d'actionnement comporte un prolongement recourbé apte à servir de crochet de suspension.
Le dispositif comporte un trou traversant apte à permettre le passage d'un lien de fixation de l'article serré entre les deux mâchoires et/ou d'un lien de fixation d'un support d'information tel qu'un argumentaire produit par exemple.
Ainsi, l'article, ou la paire d'articles, peut être facilement et efficacement suspendu à la tige d'un présentoir. Par ailleurs, le pivotement des deux branches articulées de la pince autour de l'élément de rappel assure l'accrochage de l'article ou de la paire d'articles quelle qu'en soit la taille. Enfin, l'essayage de l'article ou de la paire d'articles est rendu possible par le fait que le lien de fixation de l'article serré entre les deux mâchoires passe à travers l'une seulement de ces mâchoires.
Les caractéristiques ci-après correspondent à plusieurs variantes de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention, et peuvent être utilisées seules ou en combinaison.
L'élément de rappel peut être un ressort, de préférence de type lame de ressort.
L'angle de pivotement des deux mâchoires est de préférence supérieur ou égal à 15°.
De préférence, l'une au moins des deux branches est une pièce plastique et/ou monobloc.
De préférence, la branche qui comporte le prolongement recourbé apte à servir de crochet de suspension est sensiblement plane.
Dans le cas d'une paire d'articles chaussants qui comportent chacun au moins un bord, le lien de fixation des articles chaussants serrés entre les deux mâchoires passe à travers un seul des bords de chacun des articles.
De préférence, le trou traversant apte à permettre le passage d'un lien de fixation de l'article serré entre les deux mâchoires et/ou d'un lien de fixation d'un support d'information tel qu'un argumentaire produit par exemple, se situe sur l'une des mâchoires.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront plus clairement et de manière complète à la lecture de la description ci- après des variantes préférées de réalisation du dispositif, lesquelles sont données à titre d'exemples non limitatifs et en référence aux dessins annexés suivants : figure 1 : représente schématiquement une variante de réalisation du dispositif pour la suspension d'une paire de gants, - figures 2a et 2b : représentent schématiquement le dispositif seul, c'est-à-dire sans article accroché. La figure 1 représente schématiquement une variante de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention, dans le cas de la suspension d'une paire de gants 1a, 1b. Les gants 1a et 1b sont maintenus ensemble par le dispositif en forme de pince, en vue de la suspension à la tige 2 d'un présentoir.
La pince comporte deux branches 3 et 4 articulées à pivotement autour d'un élément de rappel 5 de type ressort à lame. Les parties respectives de chacune des deux branches 3 et 4 au-dessus du ressort 5 correspondent à deux bras d'actionnement 6, 7. Les parties respectives de chacune des deux branches 3 et 4 en dessous du ressort 5 correspondent à deux mâchoires 8 et 9.
Le bras d'actionnement 6 se prolonge en un élément recourbé 10 qui fait office de crochet de suspension en vue de l'accrochage à la tige 2 du présentoir. Eventuellement, l'autre bras d'actionnement 7 pourrait également se prolonger en un élément recourbé, de façon similaire au bras d'actionnement 6.
Il peut être éventuellement apposé, sur l'un des bras d'actionnement 6, 7, ou sur les deux, un élément visuel par exemple de type pastille de couleur ou image (forme masculine, forme féminine) renvoyant à des informations notamment de taille ou de segmentation
(homme/ femme par exemple).
La mâchoire 8 comporte un trou traversant 11 qui permet le passage du lien de fixation 12 des gants 1a et 1b serrés entre les deux mâchoires 8 et 9. Ce trou traversant 11 permet également le passage d'un lien de fixation 13 d'un support d'information 14 de type argumentaire produit par exemple.
Ce trou traversant pourrait, alternativement, se situer sur une autre partie de la pince, par exemple sur l'un des deux bras d'actionnement 6 et 7.
Afin de garantir l'adaptation du dispositif à des articles de toutes tailles, il est préférable que l'angle de pivotement des deux mâchoires 8 et 9 soit supérieur ou égal à 15°.
L'une des deux branches 3 et 4, de préférence les deux, est une pièce plastique, de préférence monobloc.
La branche 3 qui comporte l'élément recourbé 10 dans le prolongement du bras d'actionnement 6, est sensiblement plane.
Le gant 1a présente un bord 15a et un bord 16a. Le gant 1b présente un bord 15b et un bord 16b. De préférence, le lien de fixation 12 des gants 1a et 1b serrés entre les deux mâchoires 8 et 9 passe à travers un seul des bords de chacun des articles 1a et 1b, en l'occurrence les bords 16a et 15b.
Les figures 2a et 2b représentent le dispositif de l'invention dans une variante de réalisation, seul, donc sans les articles 1a et 1b.
On retrouve la caractéristique d'ensemble du dispositif dont la forme est sensiblement celle d'une pince avec deux branches 3 et 4 articulées à pivotement autour de l'élément de rappel 5.
Au dessus de l'élément de rappel, chacune des branches 3 et 4 du dispositif se prolonge en un bras d'actionnement 6 et 7.
En dessous de l'élément de rappel 5, chacune des deux branches 3 et 4 du dispositif se prolonge en une mâchoire 8 et 9.
Le bras d'actionnement 6 se prolonge en un élément recourbé 10 pour l'accrochage à la tige d'un présentoir.
La mâchoire 9 comporte un trou traversant 11 pour le passage d'un lien de fixation de l'article à suspendre et à serrer entre les deux mâchoires.
Ici encore, ce trou traversant 11 peut également servir au passage d'un lien de fixation d'un support d'information tel qu'un argumentaire produit.
Des actions antagonistes respectivement sur les deux bras d'actionnement 6, 7 permettent l'ouverture des mâchoires 8, 9 par pivotement dans un premier sens autour de l'élément de rappel 5.
Après arrêt de ces actions antagonistes respectives sur les deux bras d'actionnement 6, 7, le ressort ou ressort à lame 5 assure le pivotement des deux mâchoires 8 et 9 dans le sens inverse du premier sens, et force donc le retour de ces mâchoires 8 et 9 en position initiale de serrage.
L'angle de pivotement des deux mâchoires 8 et 9, qui correspond à l'angle de pivotement inverse maximum des deux bras d'actionnement 6 et 7, est supérieur ou égal à 15°. L'ensemble de la description ci-dessus est donné à titre d'exemple et n'est pas limitatif de l'invention. En particulier, il est rappelé que les deux bras d'actionnement, et par nécessairement un seul, peuvent éventuellement se prolonger en un élément recourbé en vue de l'accrochage de l'un ou l'autre des bras d'actionnement, ou les deux, à la tige d'un présentoir. Par ailleurs, la forme exacte des différents éléments du dispositif présenté ci-dessus n'est bien sûr pas non plus limitative de l'invention, pour autant que la forme d'ensemble reste sensiblement celle d'une pince.
Enfin, si le dispositif a été présenté avec une lame de ressort autour de laquelle les deux branches de la pince pivotent, ceci n'est pas limitatif de l'invention. En effet, tout type de moyen de rappel convient, comme un élément déformable par exemple qui tend à reprendre sa forme initiale et dont le retour à cette forme initiale assure le retour des deux mâchoires en position pincée.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif de suspension d'un article (1a, 1b), notamment une paire de gants, une paire d'articles chaussants ou un bonnet, à la tige (2) d'un présentoir, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente sensiblement une forme de pince avec deux branches (3, 4) articulées à pivotement autour d'un élément de rappel (5), ce dit élément de rappel (5) délimitant en partie haute deux bras d'actionnement (6, 7) et en partie basse deux mâchoires (8, 9), l'un au moins desdits bras d'actionnement
(6, 7) comportant un prolongement recourbé (10) apte à servir de crochet de suspension, ledit dispositif comportant au moins un trou traversant (11) apte à permettre le passage d'un lien de fixation (12) de l'article (1a, 1b) serré entre les deux mâchoires (8, 9) et/ou d'un lien de fixation (13) d'un support d'information (14).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rappel (5) est un ressort, de préférence de type lame de ressort.
3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de pivotement des deux mâchoires (8, 9) est supérieure ou égal à 15°.
4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'une au moins des deux branches (3, 4) est une pièce plastique et/ou monobloc.
5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la branche (3) comportant le prolongement recourbé (10) apte à servir de crochet de suspension est sensiblement plane.
6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, l'article (1a, 1b) étant une paire d'articles chaussants comportant chacun au moins un bord (15a, 16a, 15b, 16b), caractérisé en ce que le lien de fixation (12) des articles chaussants (1a, 1b) serrés entre les deux mâchoires (8, 9) passe à travers un seul desdits bords (16a, 15b) de chacun desdits articles (1a, 1b).
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le trou traversant (11), apte à permettre le passage d'un lien de fixation (12) de l'article (1a, 1b) serré entre les deux mâchoires (8, 9) et/ou d'un lien de fixation (13) d'un support d'information (14) se situe sur l'une des deux mâchoires (8, 9).,
