Claims (22)
- Electronically key (1), particularly for a locking device (40) of a vehicle (41), with a housing (20) consisting of plastic, within which an electronically unit (21) for data communication is assembled with a locking device (40),
an acceptance is (22) established at the housing (20), comprising conducting contact elements (28, 29) and in which an energy storage (70) can be assembled, and
a cap (10) sealing the acceptance (22), is loosely fastened at the housing (20), wherein a sealing element (23) is permanently assembled at the acceptance (22) enclosing the contact elements (28, 29), and the bottom side (11) of the cap (10) is resting against the sealing element (23), whereby the reliably sealed acceptance (22) is build, substantially limited through a cap (10) and the housing (20)

the sealing element (23) comprises a first (61) and a second sealing area (62) wherein the sealing element (23) comprises an unilaterally open groove (63) in the direction of the cap (10), which is separating the first (61) and the second sealing area (62). - Electronically key (1) according to claim 1,

the acceptance (22) is comprising a projecting first flange element (24) with an inner (42a) and an outer surface (24b) at the periphery, wherein particularly the housing (20) comprises a wall (25) deflecting in a distance to the first flange element (24), enclosing the first flange element (24), wherein an unidirectional open pipe (26) is established at the housing (20) between the first flange element (24) and the wall (25), in which the sealing element (23) is arranged, connected to the outer surface (24b) of the first flange element (24), wherein particularly the bottom side of the cap (10) comprises a projecting second flange element (12), extending between the wall (25) and the sealing element (23) and resting against the sealing element (23). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the fist contact element (28) is assembled in the middle of the acceptance (22) and a second contact element (29) comprises a first (29a) and a second contact area (29b), which are assembled each at opposing sides of the inner surface (24a) of the first flange element (24), wherein particularly the acceptance (22) comprises a first opening (30), through which the first contact element (28) is at least partially extending and a second opening (31), whereby the first and the second contact area (29a, 29b) of the second contact element (29) are each extending through the second opening (31). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the sealing element (23) is pre-assembled at the housing (20) in one piece, wherein a pressing force is affecting the sealing element (23). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,

the housing (20) and the cap (10) are casting elements made of plastic, wherein the housing (20) comprises a higher stability than the cap (10). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the housing (20) forms a 2-component-casting element with the sealing element (23). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 6,

the sealing element (23) is welded at the housing (20). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,

the acceptance (22) comprises fixation elements (27b) for the insertion of an energy storage (70), which are assembled at the inner surface (24a) of the first flange element (24), wherein particularly a fixation element (27b) is assigned at each the first and the second contact area (29a, 29b), which is extending through the second opening (31), wherein particularly the fixation element (27b) is forming a one-piece component with the first flange element (24). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the cap (10) comprises a boundary area upfront (10a), a side band (10b) and a rear boundary area (10c), wherein at the boundary area upfront (10a) and at the side band (10b) at least one clips element (13) is assembled, which is affecting an according counter clips element (27a) at the housing (20), wherein particularly the free end of the clips element (13) is toric and the counter clips element (27a) is implemented as a cavity (27a), wherein the free end of the clips element (13) is engaging with the cavity (27a), wherein particularly at the rear boundary area (10c) at the bottom side (11) of the cap (10) projecting catch elements (14) are formed, which are extending in an opening (32) of the housing (20). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
an opening (35) is arranged below the rear boundary area (10c) of the cap (10), in which a device for releasing the cap (10) is insertable, wherein particularly the opening (35) is closed through a wall (25) in direction of the acceptance (22), wherein particularly the opening (35) comprises a depth in direction of the wall (25), which is smaller than 4 mm, preferably smaller than 2 mm and most preferably smaller than 1 mm, wherein the opening (35) comprises a separating distance from the housing (20) to the cap (10) which is smaller than 4 mm, preferably smaller than 2 mm, and most preferably smaller than 1 mm. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,(1) during the assembly the cap (10) is firstly conductible with its rear boundary area (10c) comprising an angle (β) towards the housing (20), wherein the catch elements (14) project into the openings (32), (2) the cap (10) is pivotable about an axis (33) at the catch element (14) like a hinge, until the catch element (13) is interacting with the counter catch element (27a), wherein a removable fixation of the cap (10) at the housing (20) is achievable by form and/or force closure. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the sealing element (23) is assembled at the flange element (24) facing the bottom side (11) of the cap (10). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the cap (10) comprises at least one arresting element (50) at the bottom side (11), which is protruding in the direction of the acceptance (22) and contacting the energy storage (70), wherein the energy storage (70) is reliably retaining in its position. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the cap (10) comprises a projecting interfering element (12a) and a contacting element (12b) which is spaced towards the interfering element (12a), wherein the interfering element (12a) is affecting a first sealing area (61) and the contacting element (12b) is affecting a second sealing area (62). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
that the cap (10) comprises a protruding clips element (12c) at its bottom side (11), which is extending in the acceptance (22) and which is mounted at the counter clips element (24c) formed at the first flange element (24), wherein the interfering element (12a) is developing a force, which is affecting the clips element (12c) in the direction of the cap (10), wherein particularly the clips element (12c) is integrated at the contacting element (12b). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
at the first sealing area (61) a axial sealing and at the second sealing area (62) an almost radial sealing occurs. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the first (61) and the second sealing area (62) are assembled at the flange face (24d) of the first flange element (24) facing at least partially the bottom side (11) of the cap (10), wherein the second sealing area (62) is lip-shaped. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the interfering element (12a) is rounded with a radius at its free end which is affecting the first sealing area (61), whereby particularly the radius is at least 0,05 mm. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
the contacting element (12b) is formed as a protrusion. - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that,
in the applied condition of the cap (10) the groove (63) comprises a width a of 0,1 mm ≤ a ≤ 1 mm, preferably a width a of 0,2 mm ≤ a ≤ 0,5 mm, whereby in the applied condition of the cap (10) the contacting element (12b) is performing a force towards the sealing element (23) and the second sealing area (62) is elastically deformed in the direction of the first sealing are (61) without a contact between the first (61) and the second sealing area (62). - Electronically key (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
