Claims (10)
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) eines Verbrennungsmotors für die Zirkulation einer Kühlflüssigkeit, wobei die Flüssigkeit durch einen Versorgungsdurchlass (16), eine erste Wasserkammer (24), die in Längsrichtung eine erste Seite der Wände der Zylinder (14) umgibt, eine zweite Wasserkammer (32), die in Längsrichtung eine zweite Seite der Wände der Zylinder (14) umgibt, und einen Ausgangsdurchlass (18) zirkuliert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wasserkammer (24) des Zylindergehäuses (10) einen oberen Bereich (26), der für die Zirkulation des Fluids entlang jedes Zylinders in Richtung des oberen Bereichs des Gehäuses (10) bestimmt ist, und einen unteren Bereich (22) aufweist, der eine Längszirkulation des Fluids im unteren Bereich des Zylindergehäuses (10) erlaubt, wobei die zwei Bereiche (22 und 26) miteinander über Hauptöffnungen (28) verbunden sind, die die Verteilung des Fluids vom unteren Bereich (22) zum oberen Bereich (26) erlauben.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptöffnungen (28) sich in Höhe jedes Zylinderschafts (14) befinden, um die Kühlflüssigkeit auf jeden Zylinder zu verteilen.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Hauptöffnungen (28) in Abhängigkeit von der Entfernung der Öffnungen (28) vom Versorgungsdurchlass (16) variiert.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der Hauptöffnungen (28) mit der Entfernung der Öffnungen (28) vom Versorgungsdurchlass (16) zunimmt.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wasserkammer (24) des Zylindergehäuses (10) Nebenöffnungen (40) aufweist, die den oberen Bereich (26) und den unteren Bereich (22) der ersten Wasserkammer (24) verbinden, wobei die Nebenöffnungen (40) es ermöglichen, den von den Hauptöffnungen (28) kommenden Flüssigkeitsstrom innerhalb des oberen Bereichs (26) gleichzurichten.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nebenöffnungen (40) sich in Höhe jedes Zwischenschaftbereichs (42) eines Zylinders (14) befinden.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Bereich (22) der ersten Wasserkammer (24) Materialdurchlässe (44) besitzt, die sich in Höhe der Zwischenschaftbereiche (42) und in der Achse der Klemmschrauben des Zylinderkopfs befinden, um die Übertragung der Klemmkräfte der Schrauben auf den unteren Aufbau des Zylindergehäuses (10) zu ermöglichen.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Wasserkammer (32) des Zylindergehäuses (10) einen oberen Bereich und einen unteren Bereich aufweist, wobei die beiden Bereiche miteinander durch Öffnungen verbunden sind, die sich in Höhe jedes Zylinderschafts (14) befinden.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der den oberen Bereich und den unteren Bereich der zweiten Wasserkammer (32) verbindenden Öffnungen in Abhängigkeit von der Entfernung der Öffnungen vom Ausgangsdurchlass (18) variiert.
- Aufbau eines Zylindergehäuses (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Bereich der zweiten Wasserkammer (32) Materialdurchlässe besitzt, die sich in Höhe der Zwischenschaftbereiche (42) und in der Achse der Klemmschrauben des Zylinderkopfs befinden, um die Übertragung der Klemmkräfte der Schrauben auf den unteren Aufbau des Zylindergehäuses (10) zu erlauben.
