Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a track-transportable bulk material transfer wagon with a mounted on rail chassis chassis frame on which at least one container for storing the bulk material and an associated with each storage tank device are arranged with adjustable chutes for unloading the bulk material in the track area.
The maintenance of railways is largely mechanized using construction machinery with rail chassis. To maintain its carrying properties, the gravel ballast supporting the track grid must be prepared at regular intervals (cleaning of foreign bodies, sorting out of undersize, re-sharpening of the ballast by breaking) or renewal. If a treatment is no longer useful due to the lack of substance of the existing gravel, the entire ballast bed must be replaced. Ballast cleaning machines are used both for processing as well as for complete replacement. The ballast cleaning machine mills the ballast bed under the raised track grid by means of an endless clearing chain, feeds the milled material via conveyor belts to a screening and crushing plant and rebuilds the prepared bedding material as a new ballast bed. The volume or volume losses of bedding material that are inevitably produced in this process are compensated for by new ballast, which is introduced into the track area by the bulk material handling vehicles following the ballast cleaning machine. The removal of old, unusable excavation by means of bulk storage trolleys, which have a conveyor belt in the longitudinal direction at the bottom of their storage container and a projecting transfer conveyor belt for passing the bulk material to the next storage trolley. In this way, a coupled train of several of these storage wagons can be assembled, the overlapping conveyors form a continuous conveyor belt road for the transport and storage of the bulk material. The carriages can be filled in a successive sequence from a single filling station or emptied in reverse logic via a single unloading station. Such a storage cart is for example in the
However, the principle of operation of such ballast cleaning machines comes to its limits when the bedding material to be cleaned is in such a poor condition that a high proportion must be removed as unusable excavation or even a complete excavation without cleaning or replacement of the old material is required. The ballast storage located on the ballast cleaning machines is too small for this purpose. Therefore, ballast cleaning machines are known from the prior art, in which the supply of the new ballast from (in the direction of work related) trailing bulk storage wagon is done. The new ballast is transported by means of conveyor belts in the ballast cleaning machine and fed to the processed old ballast. However, retrofitting the simpler ballast cleaning machines in larger numbers to such a system of integrated feeding of new ballast is structurally extremely complex and not economically feasible.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a machine-technical solution that makes it possible to use ballast cleaning machines without integrated re-gravel supply even for such construction measures in which the storage volume of existing on the machine gravel storage is not sufficient. Even after a complete excavation of the track bedding the track body should rest on a complete ballast bed by means of a single machine passage.
This object is achieved with a running according to the features of the preamble of claim 1 trackable bulk cargo wagon according to the invention that on the chassis frame of the bulk material loading vehicle, a device for lifting and back of a rail formed by the two rails is arranged and the unloading of the bulk material loading wagon is equipped with baffles, which are designed to be adjustable in a working position in which the bulk material can be discharged into an area below the raised track grating.
Although are from the
Such a bulk material loading trolley according to the invention is (as seen in the working direction) to be trailed behind a bedding cleaning machine. By means of the device for raising and back of the track grating is a free space between the bottom facing the lower edge of the sleepers of the track and the surface of the Old-gravel liberated subgrade or the substructure crown created in the means of the corresponding executed deflecting the stored in the loading wagon bulk material is introduced. Deviating from the prior art, it is therefore no longer necessary to introduce the bulk material by means of additional conveyor belts in the ballast cleaning machine (from where it is then installed). There are thus no interventions in the construction and operation of the leading ballast cleaning machine required.
The invention also provides that a device for placing a transfer conveyor belt for filling the storage container is arranged on the chassis frame of the loading carriage. In this way, when transferring the Verladewagens invention to the bulk material storage whose transfer conveyor belt are placed in a safe and clearly defined position. Dangers to the operating personnel and / or bulk material losses due to improper positioning of the discharge end of the conveyor belt over the receiving opening of the storage container are thus avoided. This lay-on device is designed in the form of a buck and allows various support positions (working position, transfer travels in the train).

The bulk material loading trolley according to the invention has a chassis frame (1) which is mounted on rail trolleys. On the chassis frame, a container (8) for storing the bulk material is arranged. This container has a funnel-shaped basic shape and bottom openings, so that a discharge by means of gravity is possible. The Verladewagen is designed so that it in the working direction (9) ahead with a ballast cleaning machine (ie the ballast cleaning machine runs the loading car immediately ahead) and against the working direction with a bulk storage tank can be coupled. The coupled storage trolley has a transfer conveyor belt (7), which can be brought into a cantilevered position over the filling opening of the storage container (8) and stored and secured on a device (6) of the Verladewagens. The storage container (8) has a plurality (eg four) ballast pants (4), via which a volume-regulated discharge is possible. The ballast pants (4) are provided with deflecting members (5), by means of which the bulk material flow can be selectively directed. Furthermore, the unloading vehicle has at least one device (2) for lifting and straightening a track grate formed from both rails (3). During operation of the unloading this device is engaged and raises the track grid on which the unloading and thus the entire association of machines is under deflection, so that a gap between the bottom facing the bottom of the sleepers and the after clearing through the ballast cleaning machine remaining undercounter crown arises. The deflection members (5) are aligned so that the bulk material is applied in uniform layer thickness and in the space provided for the bedding width (transverse to the working direction) below the raised track grating on the subgrade. The bulk material is thereby fed from the (or the) storage trolley via the transfer conveyor belt to the unloading trolley.
So that the unloading vehicle can be used liberally, it also has a self-sufficient power supply unit (10). Furthermore, the unloading vehicle has a plow unit, not shown here, for leveling the discharged bulk material.
