Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue pour une glissière télescopique, comprenant un boîtier (4), au niveau duquel un entraîneur (5) pouvant être couplé à un rail (2) d'une glissière télescopique est retenu de manière à pouvoir être coulissé, sachant qu'un boîtier d'amortissement (9) est fixé au niveau du boîtier (4), au niveau duquel est disposé un piston (10) pouvant être coulissé, lequel peut être couplé à l'entraîneur (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'assemblage par encliquetage, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) peut être coulissé dans la direction de déplacement du piston (10), et en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) peut être repoussé par l'entraîneur (5) dans une position de fonctionnement après le couplage du dispositif d'assemblage par encliquetage pour la fixation du piston (10) au niveau de l'entraîneur (5).
  2. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la force servant à coulisser le boîtier d'amortissement (9) par rapport au boîtier (4) est plus grande que la force servant à coupler le dispositif d'assemblage par encliquetage pour la fixation d'une tige de piston (10) au niveau de l'entraîneur (5).
  3. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la force servant à coulisser le boîtier d'amortissement (9) par rapport au boîtier (4) est plus petite ou est aussi grande que la force servant à coupler le dispositif d'assemblage par encliquetage pour la fixation de la tige de piston (10) au niveau de l'entraîneur (5).
  4. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) est fixé par serrage au niveau du boîtier (4).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) est fixé au boîtier (4) par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'encliquetage.
  6. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) est retenu de manière à pouvoir être déplacé entre deux butées.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des moyens servant au guidage (12, 13) du boîtier d'amortissement (9) par rapport au boîtier (4).
  8. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) reste dans sa position de fonctionnement même lorsque la tige de piston (10) est déployée en dehors du boîtier d'amortissement (9) par l'entraîneur (5).
  9. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que sont formées au niveau du boîtier (4) deux entretoises d'encliquetage (7) élastiques, lesquelles viennent en prise avec une partie faisant saillie (8) dans respectivement un évidement (12) au niveau du boîtier d'amortissement (9).
  10. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) est réalisé de manière cylindrique et présente au moins une entretoise (12, 13), qui est guidée dans une fente (15) au niveau du boîtier (4) du dispositif de rentrée automatique.
  11. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une section sphérique (11) est prévue au niveau de l'extrémité du piston (10), laquelle section sphérique peut être encliquetée dans un logement au niveau de l'entraîneur (5).
  12. Dispositif de fermeture et de retenue selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier d'amortissement (9) est fixé dans un logement du boîtier (4) du dispositif de rentrée automatique.
