Claims (11)

  1. Einblock-Verschlusskeil (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Zahn (2) auf einem Adapter (1) zu verriegeln, der eine gekrümmte Ausbildung aufweist, indem er sich in Richtung des Eingriffs verjüngt, der eine innere Stützkontur (3a) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) aufweist, und der zwei äußere Stützflächen (3c) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) aufweist, die auf der einen und der anderen Seite einer elastischen Verschlusslamelle (3b) vorgesehen sind, die eine Feder außerhalb der Krümmung des Keils (3) bildet, derart, dass die Funktionen "Stützung" und "Verschluss" getrennt sind.
  2. Keil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (3) parallele Seiten mit einem inneren zylindrischen Abschnitt (3a) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) aufweist und zwei Stützflächen (3c), die als koaxiale zylindrische Sektoren ausgebildet sind und sich auf der einen und der anderen Seite der elastischen Verschlusslamelle (3b) befinden, die eine Feder außerhalb der Krümmung des Keils (3) bildet, und dass die elastische Verschlusslamelle (3b), die die Feder bildet, dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Aufnahme (5) eines Adapters (1) zusammenzuarbeiten.
  3. Keil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Stützflächen (3c) als ebene und koplanare Flächen ausgebildet sind.
  4. Keil nach Anspruch 1, durch ein einziges Einblock-Teil gekennzeichnet, das durch einfaches Ausschneiden aus einem Blech herstellbar ist.
  5. Keil nach Anspruch 1, durch eine Lamelle (3b) gekennzeichnet, die ausgebildet ist, um ständig eine elastische Abstützung in einer Aufnahme (5) eines Adapters (1) abzusichern, für den der Keil bestimmt ist, um dort den Keil (3) in Position zu halten.
  6. Keil nach Anspruch 1, durch eine Lamelle (3b) gekennzeichnet, deren Ende ausgebildet ist, um mit einer Ausbildung oder eine Neigung der Aufnahme (5) eines Adapters (1) zusammenzuarbeiten, für den der Keil bestimmt ist, um die Demontage des Keils (3) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Verschlussvorrichtung, die einen Adapter (1), einen Zahn (2) und einen Einblock-Verschlusskeil (3) nach Anspruch 1 aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, den Zahn (2) auf dem Adapter (1) zu verriegeln und eine gekrümmte Ausbildung aufweist, indem er sich in Richtung des Eingriffs verjüngt, in Kombination damit dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (3) eine innere Stützkontur (3a), eine äußere elastische Verschlusslamelle (3b), die eine Feder bildet, und zwei äußere Stützflächen (3c) auf der einen und der anderen Seite der elastischen Verschlusslamelle (3b), die eine Feder bildet, vorgesehen sind, die eine Feder außerhalb der Krümmung des Keils (3) bildet, aufweist, und dadurch, dass der Zahn (2) zwei Durchgänge aufweist, die jeweils eine Stützfläche (4) des Keils (3) aufweisen, wobei jede Stützfläche (4) des Keils (3) mit einer äußeren Stützfläche (3c) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) zusammenarbeitet, dadurch, dass der Adapter (1) einen Durchgang mit einer Stützfläche (6) des Keils (3) aufweist, die mit der inneren Stützkontur (3a) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) zusammenarbeitet, und dadurch, dass der Adapter (1) eine Aufnahme (5) aufweist, in dem die elastische Verschlusslamelle (3b), die eine Feder bildet, ständig eine elastische Abstützung derart sicherstellt, dass die Funktionen "Stützung" und "Verschluss" getrennt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zahn (2) einen Hohlraum (2b) aufweist, der von zwei hohlen Konturen (2c) begrenzt wird, und der Adapter (1) einen männlichen Teil (1b) aufweist, der von zwei Flügeln (1c) gesäumt wird, um die Kräfte des Zahns (2) nach dem Verschluss durch den Keil (3) auf den Adapter (1) zu übertragen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapter (1) eine zylindrische Stützfläche (6) mit einem Radius aufweist, der kleiner ist als der innere Krümmungsradius des Keils (3).
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützflächen (4) des Zahns (2) und die zwei äußeren Stützflächen (3c) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) eine selbe zylindrische Krümmung haben.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützflächen (4) des Zahns (2) und die äußeren Stützflächen (3c) mit der Krümmung des Keils (3) eben und koplanar sind.
