Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine klappbare Wischerplatte nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1 und ein Wischgerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 2.
  • Aus EP 1 208 788 A1 ist ein Feuchtwischer für plane Flächen mit zwei unter Zwischenschaltung eines Doppelgelenkes verbundenen gegeneinander pressbaren Wischplatten bekannt. Der Feuchtwischer weist einen schwenkbar am Doppelgelenk befestigten Stiel auf. Zum Gegeneinanderpressen der Wischplatten ist eine am Stiel angeordnete Verschiebehülse mit zwei Druckarmen vorgesehen.
  • Aus der US 2 680 867 A ist eine klappbare Wischerplatte bekannt, die Plattenflügel aufweist, die über eine gelenkige, um eine feste Achse drehbare Verbindung miteinander verbunden sind. Damit der Wischbezug in der Mitte nicht zu stark gepresst wird, sind ist das Gelenk an seitlichen Flanschen angeordnet, die die Drehachse nach unten versetzen, allerdings einen vergleichsweise dicken Wischbezug in Form eines Schaumstoffs erfordern, damit die die Flansche beim Wischen nicht mit dem Boden in Kontakt kommen.
  • Aus der US 2 947 014 A ist ein Wischer bekannt, der eine klappbare Wischerplatte mit zwei Flügeln gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1 aufweist. Hier sind die Flügel um eine horizontal verdrängbare Klappachse schwenkbar, so dass sich die inneren Enden der Flügel beim Auspressen auseinander bewegen. Eine ähnliche Lösung zeigt die US 2 926 373 A .
  • Obwohl diese Wischer ein zu starkes Pressen der inneren Bereiche oder ein zu geringes Pressen der äußeren Bereiche des Wischbezugs schon relativ gut vermeiden, und damit ein im Vergleich zu den zuvor genannten Lösungen verbessertes Pressergebnis liefern, ist das Auspressen der freien Enden des Wischbezugs nicht optimal.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine klappbare Wischerplatte zu schaffen, mit der ein besseres Auspressergebnis erreichbar ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch eine klappbare Wischerplatte mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Wischgerät mit einer solchen klappbaren Wischerplatte zu schaffen. Diese Aufgabe löst ein Wischgerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 2.
  • Bereits im Stand der Technik wurde erkannt, dass das Gegeneinanderklappen der Plattenflügel durch den Materialstau des mit zunehmender Klappstellung zunehmend stark gefalteten Wischbezugs gehemmt bzw. erschwert wird. Hinsichtlich des Auspressergebnisses führt dieses Phänomen bei bekannten klappbaren Wischerplatten dazu, dass die an den Enden der Wischerplatte angeordneten Teile des Wischbezugs nicht ausreichend ausgepresst und damit nicht ausreichend getrocknet sind. Im Gegensatz dazu ist die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte derart ausgebildet, dass während des Vorgangs des Gegeneinanderklappens der Plattenflügel zusätzlicher Raum im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung, d.h. im Bereich der Faltung des Wischbezugs geschaffen wird. Hierdurch wird vorteilhafterweise das Gegeneinanderklappen der Wischerplatten erleichtert. Darüber hinaus wird hierdurch ermöglicht, auch die an den Enden der Wischerplatte angeordneten Teile des Wischbezugs hinreichend gut auszupressen und zu trocknen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird nun die klappbare Wischerplatte derart ausgestaltet, dass der erste Plattenflügel und der zweite Plattenflügel den Wischbezug auspressend über eine Parallelstellung hinaus gegeneinander klappbar sind.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte hat den enormen Vorteil, dass ein wesentlich besseres Trocknungsergebnis erzielt wird, so dass auch die Pflege von flüssigkeitsempfindlichen Böden, wie beispielsweise Parkett, möglich ist.
  • Der erste Plattenflügel und der zweite Plattenflügel sind relativ zueinander verschiebbar angeordnet. Hierzu kann beispielsweise vorgesehen sein, dass der erste Plattenflügel und/oder der zweite Plattenflügel bzw. Teile des ersten Plattenflügels bzw. Teile des zweiten Plattenflügels jeweils in einer Linearführung verschiebbar angeordnet sind. Die Plattenflügel sind weiterhin im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung beim Gegeneinanderklappen der beiden Plattenflügel auseinenderdrückbar. Vorteilhafterweise kann die klappbare Wischerplatte derart ausgebildet sein, dass der Wischbezug die Plattenflügel im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung beim Gegeneinanderklappen der beiden Plattenflügel - insbesondere durch den beim Zusammenfalten auftretenden Materialstau - auseinander drückt.
  • In einer ganz besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist der erste Plattenflügel um eine erste Achse dreh- und/oder schwenkbar angeordnet, wobei die erste Achse relativ zum zweiten Plattenflügel verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass der zweite Plattenflügel um eine von der ersten Achse verschiedene zweite Achse drehund/oder schwenkbar ist.
  • In einer Ausführungsform, die ein besonders gutes Auspressergebnis ermöglicht, ist zumindest die erste Achse relativ zur zweiten Achse verschiebbar angeordnet. Es kann beispielsweise vorgesehen sein, dass sowohl die erste Achse als auch die zweite Achse - beispielsweise relativ zu einem gemeinsamen Halteelement - verschiebbar angeordnet sind. Vorzugsweise sind die erste und/oder die zweite Achse senkrecht zu ihrer Längserstreckung verschiebbar angeordnet.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte kann bei Wischgeräten aller Art, beispielsweise Bodenwischgeräten, Fensterwischgeräten, Kraftfahrzeugwischgeräten oder Möbelwischgeräten - um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen - verwendet werden.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand schematisch dargestellt und wird anhand der Figuren nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei gleich wirkende Elemente mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen sind. Dabei zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine klappbare Wischerplatte 1, an der ein Stiel 3 befestigt ist, gemäß dem Stand der Technik in Wischstellung (auseinandergeklappt). Ein erster Plattenflügel 5 ist mit der Drehachse 7 gelenkig an einem Halteelement 9 angeordnet. Ebenfalls an dem Halteelement 9 ist mit der zweiten Achse 11 ein zweiter Plattenflügel 13 angeordnet. Der erste Plattenflügel 5 und der zweite Plattenflügel 13 tragen gemeinsam einen Wischbezug 15, der als Schwamm ausgebildet ist. Nach einem ersten Wischvorgang wird der Wischbezug gemeinsam mit der klappbaren Wischerplatte 1 in einem flüssigkeitsgefüllten Eimer ausgeschwenkt und muss anschließend getrocknet werden.
  • Figur 2 zeigt den Wischer gemäß dem Stand der Technik beim Auspressen. Mit Hilfe einer Pressgabel 17, die über die klappbare Wischerplatte 1 geschoben wird, werden der erste Plattenflügel 5 und der zweite Plattenflügel 13 aufeinander zu geschwenkt. Im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung staut sich das Material des sich dort faltenden Wischbezugs auf und bremst die Auspressbewegung der Plattenflügel 5, 13 und der Pressgabel kontinuierlich ab. Hierdurch wird das Aufschieben der Pressgabel 17 auf die Plattenflügel 5, 13 zunehmend erschwert. Dies führt in letzter Konsequenz dazu, dass die Teile des Wischbezugs, die an den freien Enden des ersten Plattenflügels 5 bzw. des zweiten Plattenflügels 13 angeordnet sind, nicht oder nur unzureichend ausgepresst werden können.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte in der Wischstellung (auseinandergeklappt). Die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte 1 weist einen ersten Plattenflügel 5 und einen zweiten Plattenflügel 13 auf. Sowohl der erste Plattenflügel 5 als auch der zweite Plattenflügel 13 sind gelenkig an einem gemeinsamen Halteelement 9 befestigt. Die gelenkige Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Plattenflügel 5 und dem gemeinsamen Halteelement 9 ist mit Hilfe einer ersten Achse 7 realisiert, die in einer ersten Langlochführung 21 geführt ist. Die gelenkige Verbindung des zweiten Plattenflügels 13 mit dem gemeinsamen Halteelement 9, ist über eine zweite Achse 11, die in einer zweiten Langlochführung 23 geführt ist, realisiert. Durch die Langlochführungslagerung der ersten Achse und der zweiten Achse, sind der erste Plattenflügel 5 und der zweite Plattenflügel 13 relativ zueinander verschiebbar angeordnet. Es ist ein Federelement 25, dass als Spiralfeder 27 ausgeführt ist vorgesehen, um die Plattenflügel 5, 13 mit Hilfe der Federkraft in der Wischstellung zu halten bzw. um die Plattenflügel 5, 13 nach Beendigung des Auspressvorgangs wieder zurück in die Wischstellung zu überführen. Die Spiralfeder ist als Zugfeder ausgeführt und mit Hilfe von Haltebolzen 29 jeweils mit einem Ende an je einem der Plattenflügel 5 und 13 befestigt.
  • Figur 4 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte 19 während des Auspressvorgangs mit Hilfe der Pressgabel 31. Beim Schieben der Pressgabel 31 über die Plattenflügel 5, 13 wandern die erste Achse 7 und die zweite Achse 11 jeweils in ihren Langlochführungen 21, 23 in dem gemeinsamen Halteelement 9 nach außen auf die Pressgabelzinken zu. Hierdurch wird der Abstand der Plattenflügel 5, 13 im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung vergrößert, so dass es nicht zu einem Materialstau des Wischbezugs 15 kommt. Hierdurch wird vorteilhafterweise erreicht, dass die Pressgabel 31 leicht über die Plattenflügel 5, 13 geschoben werden kann und zwar nicht nur bis zu einer V-Stellung, sondern sogar bis zur Parallelstellung der Plattenflügel 5, 13 und darüber hinaus wie es in Figur 5 gezeigt ist, die Spiralfeder 27 ist in Figur 4 lediglich durch eine Linie angedeutet.
  • Figur 5 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte 1 in der Endstellung des Auspressvorganges. In dieser Stellung sind die erste Achse 7 und die zweite Achse 11 jeweils in ihren Langlochführungen 21, 23 von dem gefalteten Wischbezug 15 gegen die Kraft der Spiralfeder 27 ganz nach außen gedrückt. Die Pressgabel 31 ist wie deutlich zu erkennen ist, derart ausgeführt, dass sich der Abstand der Gabelzinken zu den Gabelzinkenenden hin verkleinert, so dass ein Zusammenklappen der Plattenflügel 5, 13 über die Parallelstellung hinaus ermöglicht ist. Es ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass die erfindungsgemäße klappbare Wischerplatte 1 auch ein hinreichendes Auspressen der Teile des Wischbezugs 15 ermöglicht, die an den freien Enden der Plattenflügel 5, 13 sind.

Claims (2)

  1. Klappbare Wischerplatte (1) mit einem ersten Plattenflügel (5), der gelenkig direkt oder indirekt mit einem zweiten Plattenflügel (13) verbunden ist; wobei der erste Plattenflügel (5) und der zweite Plattenflügel (13) zumindest einen Wischbezug (15) tragen, der durch Gegeneinanderklappen des ersten Plattenflügels (5) und des zweiten Plattenflügels (13) auspressbar ist; der Abstand des ersten Plattenfiügels (5) zum zweiten Plattenflügel (13) im Bereich der gelenkigen Verbindung beim Gegeneinanderklappen des ersten Plattenflügels (5) und des zweiten Plattenflügels (13) vergrößerbar ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Plattenflügel (5) und der zweite Plattenflügel (13) über eine Parallelstellung hinaus gegeneinander klappbar sind.
  2. Wischgerät mit einer klappbaren Wischerplatte (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Pressgabel (31) aufweist, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sich der Abstand der Gabelzinken zu den Gabelzinkenenden hin verkleinert, so dass das Gegeneinanderklappen der Enden der Plattenflügel (5,13) über die Parallelstellung hinaus ermöglicht ist.
