Claims (7)

  1. Device for moving a first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) relative to a second furniture part (1, 20) comprising a drive unit (27, 28, 29), by means of which via a control unit for controlling the movement of the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) the latter can be moved relative to the second furniture part (1, 20), and the control unit is designed for positioning the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) in an open position, from which the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) returns automatically after a predetermined closing period into a closed position, after positioning the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) in the open position by a control action within the predefined closing period to disable the automatic closing, characterised in that the control unit is designed to disable the return of the first furniture part into the closed position by manual action on the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) within the predefined closing period.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the control unit is designed to disable the return into the closed position within the predefined closing period, if before the end of the closing period the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) is moved manually out of the open position by a predetermined distance (30) into a further open position (X).
  3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the control unit is designed to leave the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) in a further open position without further manual action.
  4. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the control unit is set up for predefining a movement of the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) from a further open position into a third position after a time period which is many times greater than the predefined closing period.
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control unit predefines the positioning of the first furniture part in an open position, which is further removed by a predefined distance (30) by means of an open position defined by a mechanical stop.
  6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the control unit is designed to prevent a return into the closed position, when the first furniture part (2, 21, 22, 23) is moved manually into an open position defined by a mechanical stop.
  7. Piece of furniture with furniture parts that are movable relative to one another comprising a device according to one of the preceding claims.
