Claims (3)

  1. An item of furniture (9), with a furniture carcass (10), a drawer (3) movably-mounted in the furniture carcass (10) in a closed end position, and a furniture drive (1) with:
    - an output drive (2) for transmitting a force to a movable drawer (11),
    - an electric motor (3),
    - a gear mechanism (4) which is switched between the electric motor (3) and output drive (2),
    - a switching device (5) for switching the electric motor (3),
    - a first sensor (6), the signals of which can be transmitted to the switching device (5),
    - wherein the first sensor (6) is mechanically coupled to the gear mechanism (4),
    - wherein a second sensor (7) is provided, the signals of which can be transmitted to the switching device (5), and
    - wherein the second sensor (7) is coupled, independently from the gear mechanism (4), to a mechanical actuating sensor (8) and that the switching device (5) switches on the electric motor (3) upon receiving a signal from the first or second sensor (6, 7),
    wherein the output drive (2) of the furniture drive (1) interacts with the movable drawer (11) and wherein the mechanical actuating sensor (8) is arranged between the furniture carcass (10) and the movable drawer (11), so that when an operator applies a pressure force and/or a pulling force to the movable drawer (11), besides a movement of the output drive (2) and therewith of the gear mechanism (4), also a movement of the mechanical actuating sensor (8) resting against the furniture carcass (10) is caused.
  2. The furniture drive according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanical actuating sensor (8) is configured as a displaceable ram or as a pivotally mounted lever.
  3. The furniture drive according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a control or regulating device is provided for the electric motor (3), wherein it is preferably provided that the switching device (5) is formed in the control or regulating device.
