Definitions
- the invention relates to a resealable, provided with a unverkDTen tamper evident carton according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Folding cartons are known in the art, which have a tamper-evident closure, wherein the closure must be glued during the manufacture of the carton.
- the cartons are provided with a (adhesive) label or sealed by PE.
- the DE 100 46 179 A1 discloses a folding box with tamper-evident closure, which has an additional tab, which is torn off or at least torn when opening the box on a perforation line.
- a disadvantage of this carton is that no conventional locking mechanism is present, but a narrow tab, which does not extend over the entire width of the lid flap and thus deteriorates the locking mechanism after the first opening.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide an improved reclosable carton with a tamper-evident closure which, like a conventional carton, can be handled easily and quickly during assembly, and which does not require any gluing or gluing.
- the tear tab is umgege in the closed state of the carton by 180 ° on the tuck, and the closure of the carton is set up so that when you first open the tear tab cooperates with the holding means and tears off on movement of the tuck beyond a break point on the predetermined breaking line.
- the holding means in particular with sufficient thickness of cardboard that abut against each other abutting end faces in the movement formed as a retaining strip on which the tear-off tab opens up when it opens and abuts and breaks off in further movement in the opening direction.
- the holding means are formed as a retaining tab, which is unfolded in the delivery condition on the lid flap opposite broad hull panel at a fold line, wherein the retaining tab and the broad trunk panel form a gap into which the tear-off tab can be inserted in the opening direction of the closure.
- the gap remains open at the folding of the flap due to the inherent elasticity of the cardboard material.
- the retaining tab can be glued with particular advantage with the wide fuselage.
- the wide fuselage field or the retaining lug in the area to the right and left of the gap on a bulge so that in the delivery condition, an open of the gap is ensured.
- the bulge ensures that the gap forms and remains effective during the pre-life of the folding box.
- the adhesive can be applied in the area of the bulges, whereby an effective bonding is achieved. It is also possible to apply the adhesive at other locations of the wide hull field or the retaining tab outside the gap.
- the bulges can be dispensed with, since the thickness of the retaining strip ensures that, after the first closure of the folding box, the tear-off tab attached to the wide trunk field due to the inherent elasticity of the material runs against the retaining strip that forms an insurmountable resistance.
- the retaining means are designed as a retaining lug which is articulated on the broad trunk panel and has a recess in the middle of the pivoting region, through which the tear-off tab can be guided and visible during the opening attempt.
- the retaining means With appropriate dimensioning of the retaining means, the tuck and the tear-off tab, it is also possible to arrange the functionality of the tamper-evident closure from the outside invisibly. In this way, a user will not exercise any particular care when first opening, but open the carton in a conventional manner. This prevents the user from being tempted to manipulate the tamper-evident closure in any way.
- the folding box according to the invention advantageously has optical means for detecting whether the tamper-evident closure has already been opened.
- optical means for detecting whether the tamper-evident closure has already been opened.
- the optical means are formed by a viewing window in the wide body panel, through which the tear-off tab is visible in originality state.
- the tucker on the fold line to the lid flap in the middle of a handle recess By this Griffaus supraung the opening of the carton is facilitated, thereby sufficient force can be applied to the closure when opening, whereby the breaking point effectively overcome and thus the tear-off can be torn off effectively.
- the carton blank of the carton is integrally formed.
- the Fig. 1 shows the flat carton blank 100 of a carton according to the invention.
- the blank 100 consists of two wide hull fields 101, 102 and two narrow hull fields 103, 104, with an adhesive tab 105 adjoining the one broad hull field 101.
- the adhesive flap 105 may also be arranged on another hull field.
- closure tabs 106 and 107 are attached.
- the wide fuselage fields 101, 102 are each opposite a lid flap 111 and a retaining tab 112 are attached. Because in the Fig.
- a carton blank is shown for a carton with two identical closures, which are arranged point symmetry, the present invention will be explained only on the basis of the description of a closure and the description and the indication of reference numerals of the second closure in the Fig. 1 waived.
- the arrangement of the closures may also be axisymmetric, so that both closures can be opened in the final state of the same side.
- a push-in tab 113 is hinged to a fold line 114.
- the insertion tab 113 has a handle recess 115 on the fold line 114 in the center. This recess 115 facilitates the opening of the closure, but can also be omitted.
- the tuck 113 is rounded at its free corners to facilitate insertion.
- a tear-off tab 116 is centrally arranged, connected via a predetermined breaking line 117.
- the predetermined breaking line 117 is designed in such a way that folding over of the tear-off tab in the direction opposite to the folding direction of the push-in tab 113 is enabled by almost 180 °. This is important to the function of the tamper-evident closure, as will be explained in detail below.
- the retaining tab 112 is hinged via a fold line 120 to the wide fuselage 102.
- a recess 121 is arranged, whose width is slightly larger than the width of the tear-off tab 116.
- the height of the recess 121 is small in relation to its width.
- bulges 122, 123 are bulges 122, 123, which can be produced by corresponding beads on the other side of the folding box blank.
- the retaining tab 112 serves to produce a gap between the wide trunk panel 102 and the folded retaining tab 112 during the pre-life of the folding box, the retaining tab 112 being glued to the wide trunk panel 102 on the side facing away from the recess 121 beyond the bulges 122, 123.
- the retaining tab 112 has in the illustrated embodiment, a further recess 124 whose area is greater than the tear tab 116 so that they can engage therein.
- the retaining tab 112 is not closed at its free end, resulting in two of the fold line 120 directed away tabs, which would also be glued beyond the bulges 112, 123 with the wide fuselage 102.
- Fig. 2 the upper part of a flat carton blank of a carton according to a second embodiment of the invention is shown. It will be the same reference numbers for the same elements as in Fig. 1 used.
- the retaining tab 112 is completely connected to the wide trunk panel 102 at the fold line 120.
- the retaining tab 112 defines here as in the first embodiment of Fig. 1 together with the wide fuselage 102, a gap into which the tear-off tab 116 can engage when the closure is closed.
- position of the retaining tab 112 after production of the carton blank in a solid line the position of the retaining tab 112 after pre-assembly is shown in dashed lines.
- the retaining tab 112 must have certain dimensions for the closure function according to the invention. It is true that the height of the retaining tab 112, d. H. the distance between the fold line 120 and the free edge of the retaining tab 112, substantially smaller than the height of the tab 113, which is defined as the distance between the fold line 114 and the predetermined breaking line 117, minus the height of the tear tab 116 is. This ensures that, when the closure is closed, the free edge of the tear-off tab 116 is arranged directly in front of the gap, which is formed by the gluing of the holding tab 112 to the wide body panel 102.
- the bulges 122, 123 are in the embodiment of the Fig. 2 arranged perpendicular to the opening direction. Other arrangements are possible, it is only necessary that after bonding the retaining tab 112 with the wide fuselage 102, the gap is maintained, in which the tear tab 116 engages the opening attempt. Furthermore, it is also possible that the gap thus defined is not generated by bulges, but by intermediate layers, for example by films or paper.
- FIG. 2 illustrated embodiment An advantage of in Fig. 2 illustrated embodiment is that the tamper-evident closure of the closed carton is not visible. By running over the entire opening width fold line 120 covers the gap in front of the inside of the tear-off tab is arranged. The normal user will therefore act innocently and in a conventional pattern when opening the box, thus breaking the tamper-evident seal more easily than in the embodiment of FIG Fig. 1 the case will be.
- Fig. 1 shown folding carton blank is made of suitable cardboard material and provided in the example with the corresponding beads and folding and break lines.
- the retaining tab 112 is folded at the fold line 120, in the adhesive area sufficient adhesive applied to the retaining tab 112 or the wide trunk panel 102 and the retaining tab 112 folded on the wide fuselage 102 or possibly glued to it.
- the adhesive flap 105 is glued to the narrow trunk panel 104. Result of the previous Vorklebungsvons is a so-called pre-glued carton, which is flat folded supplied by the packaging manufacturer (state of delivery).
- Such pre-glued cartons are then populated by known packaging machines with appropriate goods.
- the side flaps 106, 107 folded by 90 ° and closed the carton.
- the carton according to the invention with tamper-evident closure is ready to be closed at the other end.
- the tear-off tab 116 is folded in the opposite folding direction by almost 180 °. Subsequently, the Einstecklasche 113 together with the tear-off tab 116 in the Faltschachtelö réelle introduced.
- the tear-off tab 116 locks after complete closing of the lid flap 111 with the gap which has formed between the holding tab 112 and the wide trunk panel 102. If one uses the Faltschachtelzulase the in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment, the outwardly folded surface of the tear-off tab 116 is now visible through the viewing window 125.
- the handle recess 115 in the insertion tab 113 is visible on the closure. If one grips into this handle recess 115 and moves the lid flap 111 and thus the entire tamper-evident closure to the outside, d. H. in the opening direction, the tear tab 116 moves through the gap in the opening direction. As a result, the tear-off tab 116 becomes visible in the recess 121 or projects beyond the longitudinal edge of the recess. If you move the lid flap still gently in the opening direction, you notice a snapping at the breaking point of the tear-off, at which the predetermined breaking line 117 comes to stop on the retaining tab 112.
- the viewing window 125 can be formed by a complete recess, which can have any surface that is sufficiently large for visibility, and can be covered, for example, with transparent film in order to prevent tampering with the tamper-evident closure.
- the torn tear-off tab 116 remains within the carton, but not in its original position, so that now is visible at any time that the tamper-evident closure is broken.
- a carton was provided with tamper-evident, which is easy and quick to handle in the packaging and manages without gluing.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a resealable, provided with a unverklebten tamper evident carton according to the preamble of claim 1.
Folding cartons are known in the art, which have a tamper-evident closure, wherein the closure must be glued during the manufacture of the carton. Alternatively, the cartons are provided with a (adhesive) label or sealed by PE. These additional required steps extend the packaging process and make it more expensive, because many packaging machines, for example, do not have a gluing device. There is therefore a need for a carton provided with a non-taped tamper-evident closure.

Verleimung auskommt. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an improved reclosable carton with a tamper-evident closure which, like a conventional carton, can be handled easily and quickly during assembly, and which does not require any gluing or gluing.
This object is achieved by the teaching of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and embodiments are explained in the subclaims.
According to the folding carton in the interior holding means and the tuck on a predetermined breaking line on a tear tab, the tear tab is umgege in the closed state of the carton by 180 ° on the tuck, and the closure of the carton is set up so that when you first open the tear tab cooperates with the holding means and tears off on movement of the tuck beyond a break point on the predetermined breaking line.
Advantageously, the holding means, in particular with sufficient thickness of cardboard that abut against each other abutting end faces in the movement formed as a retaining strip on which the tear-off tab opens up when it opens and abuts and breaks off in further movement in the opening direction.
Advantageously, the holding means are formed as a retaining tab, which is unfolded in the delivery condition on the lid flap opposite broad hull panel at a fold line, wherein the retaining tab and the broad trunk panel form a gap into which the tear-off tab can be inserted in the opening direction of the closure. The gap remains open at the folding of the flap due to the inherent elasticity of the cardboard material. The retaining tab can be glued with particular advantage with the wide fuselage.
In a preferred embodiment, the wide fuselage field or the retaining lug in the area to the right and left of the gap on a bulge, so that in the delivery condition, an open of the gap is ensured. The bulge ensures that the gap forms and remains effective during the pre-life of the folding box. The adhesive can be applied in the area of the bulges, whereby an effective bonding is achieved. It is also possible to apply the adhesive at other locations of the wide hull field or the retaining tab outside the gap.
If the retaining means are designed as a retaining strip as described above, the bulges can be dispensed with, since the thickness of the retaining strip ensures that, after the first closure of the folding box, the tear-off tab attached to the wide trunk field due to the inherent elasticity of the material runs against the retaining strip that forms an insurmountable resistance.
In a further embodiment, the retaining means are designed as a retaining lug which is articulated on the broad trunk panel and has a recess in the middle of the pivoting region, through which the tear-off tab can be guided and visible during the opening attempt.
With appropriate dimensioning of the retaining means, the tuck and the tear-off tab, it is also possible to arrange the functionality of the tamper-evident closure from the outside invisibly. In this way, a user will not exercise any particular care when first opening, but open the carton in a conventional manner. This prevents the user from being tempted to manipulate the tamper-evident closure in any way.
The folding box according to the invention advantageously has optical means for detecting whether the tamper-evident closure has already been opened. Depending on the application, it may be necessary to completely conceal the presence of a tamper-evident closure on a carton or to particularly emphasize the presence of the tamper-evident closure. By the latter, for example, an end user or buyer informed that the purchased product is still in its original packaging state.
In a preferred embodiment, the optical means are formed by a viewing window in the wide body panel, through which the tear-off tab is visible in originality state.
In a preferred embodiment, the tucker on the fold line to the lid flap in the middle of a handle recess. By this Griffausnehmung the opening of the carton is facilitated, thereby sufficient force can be applied to the closure when opening, whereby the breaking point effectively overcome and thus the tear-off can be torn off effectively.
With particular advantage, the carton blank of the carton is integrally formed.

On the

The retaining

If the tamper-evident closures are closed, the carton with contents is now in its original packaging. - Reclosable folding box (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the retaining means (112) are formed as a retaining tab (112), which when in the as-delivered state is folded at the fold line (120) onto the wide main panel (102) opposite the cover flap (111), the retaining tab (112) and the wide main panel (102) forming a gap into which the tear-off tab (116) can be introduced in the opening direction of the closure means.
- Reclosable folding box (100) according to claim 3, characterised in that when the box is in the as-delivered state, the retaining tab (112) is glued to the wide main panel (102) opposite the cover flap (111).
- Reclosable folding box (100) according to either claim 3 or claim 4, characterised in that the wide main panel (102) or the retaining tab (112) comprises elevations (122, 123) in such a way as to ensure that the gap is held open once the box is assembled.
- Reclosable folding box (100) according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that in the region of the fold line (120), the retaining tab (112) has a central opening (121) through which the tear-off tab (116) can be guided.
- Reclosable folding box (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the folding box (100) comprises optical means for detecting whether or not the tamper-evident closure means has been opened.
- Reclosable folding box (100) according to claim 5, characterised in that the optical means are formed by a viewing window (125) in the wide main panel (102), through which the tear-off tab (116) can be seen when the tamper-evident closure means is unbroken.
- Reclosable folding box (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the insertion tab (113) has a central grip opening (115) on the fold line (114) with the cover flap.
