Abstract

The invention relates to a packaging for pourable products, consisting of a tubular bag (1) made of a flexible material with a bag end (3) that lies flat when the bag is full, said bag end being formed from at least two side bag parts which lie flat against each other, which are interconnected by means of a sealing seam that extends essentially crosswise to the longitudinal axis (4) of the bag. Said sealing seam is configured in such a way that is angled in a roof shape, starting from the side edges (6), at least in sections. The aim of the invention is to substantially facilitate opening without the use of a tool. To this end, the sealing seam (5, 5') has at least one break (9) and/or weak area in its length.

Description

The invention relates to a package for pourable goods from a tubular bag made of flexible material with a flat-lying in the inflated bag end, which is formed by at least two flat juxtaposed bag side parts, which are connected by means of a substantially transverse to the bag longitudinal sealing seam, wherein the sealing seam is formed at least partially roof-shaped starting from the marginal edges.

Packages in bag form are known and are used to a greater extent for powdered detergents and / or cleaning agents as refill bags, which are set or poured into a original container or in a long-life container.

Such packaging bag made of flexible material consist for example of composite material (paper / polyethylene composite or polypropylene / polyethylene composite and the like.) And are usually formed from a so-called gusseted tube, which folded after filling the top flat to form a flat bag end and then transverse to the bag longitudinal axis with a continuous straight sealing seam is closed.

To open such a package for product removal or refilling into a long-life container, it has hitherto been necessary in conventional tubular bags to cut open the flat end of the hose below the sealing seam with scissors or the like, thereby opening the tubular bag. Alternatively, it is also possible in principle to tear the tubular bag without tools by hand, but this causes a very uncontrolled opening, whereby product uncontrollably escapes from the package.

For example, off EP 0 343 629 A1 known pouch packaging, the sealing seam is roof-shaped, which makes it possible to open the packaging largely controlled without tools. It has been found that such a bevel of the sealing seam when tearing by hand, the tearing force no longer acts on the full length of the bag, but is largely deflected in the transverse direction, so that an uncontrolled tearing is avoided during the tearing process. The tearing can take place, for example, in the manner of a chip bag. By the deflection of the tearing force also reduces the force acting on the bag opening force. Although such a package can already be opened largely without tools, the opening process is however still relatively difficult because the sealing seam must be destroyed by the tearing. Nevertheless, it is often not possible for inexperienced users to open such a package without a tearing tool.

The object of the invention is therefore to facilitate the opening of such a package without tools essential.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a package of the type described, in that the sealing seam has at least one interruption and / or weakening over its length.

In this packaging, the advantages of the roof-shaped design of the sealing seam remain complete, ie when tearing by hand, the tearing force no longer attacks the full length of the bag, but is largely deflected in the transverse direction, so that unraveling tearing is avoided during tearing. However, the tearing process itself is greatly facilitated because the sealing seam has at least one type of predetermined breaking point, which is formed either by at least one interruption of the sealing seam or a weakening of the sealing seam, which can be realized, for example, that in the weakened areas, the width of the Sealing seam is lower than in the other areas. It is advantageously provided that the sealing seam is formed roof-shaped over its entire length.

For larger bags, it may also be sufficient to design only a part of the sealing seam roof-shaped. By a mark on the end of the tubular bag or a Einrifflasche is then preferably indicate to the user that the bag is to tear open adjacent to the roof-shaped portion of the sealing seam.

If the sealing seam is formed roof-shaped angled over its entire length, it is particularly advantageously provided that the sealing seam has a plurality of interruptions and / or weakenings, which are preferably arranged symmetrically over their length. With such a design, the opening process is substantially facilitated because the sealing seam has a plurality of predetermined breaking points.

Alternatively, it can also be provided that the sealing seam is jagged, ie formed by a plurality of adjacent roof-shaped angled seam regions arranged adjacent to one another. In this case, a plurality of interruptions and / or weakenings are preferably provided over the length of the sealing seam.

A package according to the invention for pourable products, which is designed in particular as a refill bag for pulverulent detergents and / or cleaning agents, consists of a flexible bag, generally designated 1, of flexible material, for example a film with a peel medium integrated into the film layer (eg polyethylene) ( eg polybutene). The tubular bag 1 is formed in the embodiment of a gusseted tube, which is closed on the upper side after filling the package so that the gussets are folded, this area is indicated by 2, so that there is a flat bag end, which is denoted by 3 and is formed essentially only of two flat-lying bag layers, which of course in the edge regions additionally the folded gussets are present.

For closing the package 1 after the product filling the superimposed areas of the bag end 3 with a substantially transverse to the bag longitudinal axis (parallel to the arrow 4 in FIG FIG. 1 ) extending sealing seam 5 interconnected. It is provided that this sealing seam 5 is formed from the peripheral edges 6 partially roof-shaped angled, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3a It is designed so that it is formed roof-shaped over its entire length outwardly bent. Essential to the invention, the sealing seam 5 has over its length at least one interruption or weakening, in the embodiment according to Figures 1 and 2 three symmetrically arranged interruptions 9 are provided.

To open the package 1 is now in the direction of arrow 4, preferably facilitated by a Eingrifflasche 7, and in the manner of a chip bag (arrows 10) initiated by the user by hand a tearing force, which automatically due to the design of the sealing seam 5 with breaks 9 a largely defined tear opening results, without the risk that the bag is torn down in the direction of arrow 4, which could leak uncontrolled product.

The sealing seam 5 can basically have different shapes, it is essential that, starting from the marginal edges 6, it is at least partially roof-shaped and has at least one interruption or weakening.

Is the sealing seam 5, as in FIG. 3a shown, roof-shaped directed outward, it follows when tearing in the direction of arrow 4, a deflection of the direction of force in the direction of arrows 4 ', so that approximately adjusts a tear line 8. In this case, a centrally arranged interruption 9 of the sealing seam 5 are provided and two symmetrically arranged interruptions 9.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 3b is the sealing seam 5 roof-shaped inwardly angled formed, this results in a force deflection in the direction of the local arrows 4 'and a tear line 8. In this variant, only one interruption 9 is provided.

Figure 3c shows a variant in which the sealing seam of a plurality of adjacently arranged, roof-shaped angled seam portions 5 'is formed, which are angled outwards. The entire sealing seam is thus jagged. This is provided with several interruptions 9.

In contrast, shows 3d figure a variant in which the interruptions 9 are arranged differently.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Further embodiments are possible. So of course it is also possible that, unlike in FIG. 1 shown, the roof-shaped angled portion of the sealing seam 5 does not extend over the entire length of the sealing seam, but only in a certain area of the same and the like. More. Depending on the product and the desired opening force, more or fewer interruptions 9 or weakening of the sealing seam are to be provided.
