Against this background, the invention has for its object to provide a film bag in the form of a Sekenfaftenbetitels having a concealed slide closure and can be easily produced. Furthermore, a method is to be specified in which the application of the reclosures during the continuous web advance of a flat film web takes place before the bag is formed.
The invention and solution of this problem is a film bag according to
The front sides of the film bag have at the upper end of the bag on a reclosing occlusive strip-shaped portion along an approximately at the level of the slider or below the slide arranged perforation line can be torn off. At the ends of the perforation line are punched lines extending through the longitudinal sealing seams to the outer edges of the bag. The strip can be completely and easily removed from the foil bag as a waste strip in the described embodiment, when a foil bag is first taken into use. In order to facilitate the separation of the strip, it is useful if the gussets end below the perforation line.
The tear-off strip along the perforation line can also fulfill the function of a tamper-evident closure if the double-layered strip is sealed with a transverse sealing seam at its upper edge after the foil bag has been filled. When putting the foil bag into use for the first time, the top strip must be cut off, exposing the reclosure at the upper edge of the foil bag. If the transverse sealing seam of the waste strip is undamaged, it is ensured that the foil bag has not previously been opened.
It is within the scope of the invention that the profile strip connected to the front before bag filling is connected only to the front side over its entire length and extends into the region of the side folds. In this embodiment, the bag can be fully opened for filling at its top. An alternative embodiment provides that the profile strip connected to the front before bag filling is laid over the side folds and connected to them. In this embodiment, the filling opening is slightly smaller.
The invention also provides a method according to
The invention is based on the idea of applying the reseals to the flat film web before the film web passes through folding stations in which it is folded and gussets are formed. The application of the reseals according to the invention can be integrated into existing bag production systems. The inventive method makes use of the already existing in a bag making plant punching and Umfalteinrichtungen. In this case, however, the technical problem to be solved is that the reclosures during transport of the film web through the system, in particular in the Umfalteinrichtungen move, since the reclosures are initially connected only at the ends of the film web. There must be an opening between the profile strips of the reclosures and the film web so that the bags can be filled at the head end. Only after the bag filling this opening is closed by welding the profile strip with the front side of the film bag. The technical problem described is achieved by the method step b). According to the slide slide punches are introduced into the film web, which lie exactly at the position of the slide and during web travel through the bag making plant, especially during web travel on the guide plates of folding stations, prevent displacement of the reclosures and the slide against the film travel direction. The slides are as it were fixed in the assigned Schieberausstanzungen. The Schieberausstanzungen are in the simplest case to round holes whose diameter is adapted to the slider geometry.
Further, in zones of the flat film web from which the gussets are formed, window-shaped recesses are punched, which delimit the upper end of the bag side folds. Besides, in the plane Film web stamped transversely to the web longitudinal direction perforation lines, which are arranged at the level of the window-shaped recesses and each define a strip-shaped section in the bag string, which projects beyond the slide of the reclosure to the bottom seam of the adjacent bag. The strip can be used as a tamper evident closure. Before the first use of a bag, the strip is torn off, exposing the slider of the re-closure. The window-shaped recesses as well as the perforation lines are introduced into the flat film web before it passes through these folding stations, in which it is folded over and gussets are formed. In this case, there is the technical problem that the film web can tear in the folding stations on the perforation lines and window-shaped punched out when the molds engage in the perforation or punching and the film web gets caught on the tools. This problem can be solved in a surprisingly simple manner by the fact that the perforation lines extend substantially over the web width, but with the proviso that between the perforation and the window-shaped recesses in each case a 5 mm to 50 mm wide non-perforated film area remains. The film web is guided in the folding stations so that the edges of the folding tools abut the non-perforated film areas between the perforation and the recesses. The folding of the film web into a tubular web is carried out using triangular Umfaltblechen. If the window-shaped cutouts are centered over the triangular sheets, they surprisingly do not stick to the sheets.
In the longitudinal sealing seams are finally introduced punching cuts that connect to the perforation lines.
