Claims (5)

  1. Film bag consisting of a single film web with
    two front sides (1, 1') and
    a re-closure (3) in a top-side opening of the bag, consisting of two profile strips (4, 4') which are connected to each other and a slide (5) which couples the profile strips (4, 4'),
    wherein one of the profile strips (4) is connected to a front side (1) and the other profile strip (4') can be connected to the other front side (1') after the bag is filled, wherein the re-closure (3) including its slide (5) is arranged at a distance from the upper bag edge (7) inside the bag, wherein at least one front side (1') of the bag contains a slide stamped out section (8) which matches the dimensions of the slide (5), in which the slide (5) is positioned before the first use of the bag, and wherein the front sides (1, 1') at the upper end of the bag have a strip-shaped section (9) which covers the re-closure (3) and can be ripped off along a perforation line (10) which is arranged at the height of the slide (5) or below the slide, characterised in that side folds (2) are inserted in a V-shaped manner between the front sides (1, 1'), that the film layers of the bag which lie on top of one another are connected to transverse (16, 16') and longitudinal seal seams (6) at the bottom and along the edges of the side folds (2), wherein the longitudinal seal seams (6) which run along the side folds (2) extend from the bottom as far as the upper edge (7) of the bag, and that punched lines (11) connect to the ends of the perforation line (10), which punched lines extend through the longitudinal seal seams (6) to the outer edges of the bag.
  2. Film bag according to Claim 1, characterised in that the side folds (2) end below the perforation line (10).
  3. Film bag according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the profile strip (4) which is connected to the front side (1) before the bag is filled is only connected to the front side (1) on its entire length and extends as far as the region of the side folds (2).
  4. Film bag according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the profile strip (4) which is connected to the front side (1) before the bag is filled is placed over the side folds (2) and connected to the latter.
  5. Method for producing film bags according to one of Claims 1 to 4 with the following method steps:
    a) slide punched out sections (8) are introduced into a flat film web (13), and window-shaped cut-outs (19) are punched out in zones of the flat film web (13) from which side folds (2) are formed, which cut-outs delimit the upper end of the bag side folds (2);
    b) re-closures (3), consisting of two profile strips (4, 4') which lie on top of one another and are connected to each other and a slide (5) which straddles the closure edges of the profile strips (4, 4'), are placed onto the flat film web (13) transversely to the web direction in such a manner that the slides (5) lie in the slide punched out sections (8) and are connected at the ends to the film web (13);
    c) perforation lines (10) are stamped into the flat film web (13) transversely to the web longitudinal direction, which lines are arranged at the height of the window-shaped cut-outs (19) and in each case delimit a strip-shaped section (9) in the bag strand (17), which section projects beyond the slide (5) of the re-closure (3) as far as a bottom seal seam (16'), which is still to be fastened, of an adjacent bag, wherein the perforation lines extend over the web width with the proviso that in each case a 5 mm to 50 mm wide non-perforated film region (20) remains between the perforation and the window-shaped cut-outs (19);
    d) the film web (13) is then guided through folding stations (14) in which the film web (13) is folded, and side folds (2) are formed;
    e) the film layers of the film web which lie on top of one another are connected by seal seams (6, 16, 16'), wherein the bottom of the bag is formed with transverse seal seams (16, 16') transversely to the web direction and the re-closures (3) are connected to a front side (1) of the bag, and wherein longitudinal seal seams (6) are applied in the web longitudinal direction along the side folds (2), which seams extend from the bottom as far as the upper edge (7) of the bag;
    f) punched sections (11) are introduced into the longitudinal seal seams (6), which sections connect to the perforation line (10);
    g) bags are detached from the bag strand (17) formed in method step e).
