Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (R) de toit ouvrant qui comprend un couvercle ou élément de toit (3), qui pivote autour d'un axe horizontal (4-4) entre deux montants (5) qui se font face et font saillie vers le haut au dessus de la ceinture (BL) de la caisse du véhicule à moteur, et un compartiment de rangement (7) ouvert sur le dessus, aménagé dans le véhicule à moteur (1) entre et en dessous desdits montants (5). Le couvercle ou élément de toit (3) pivote entre une position fermé, dans laquelle il s'étend au moins à peu près horizontalement, et une position intermédiaire ouvert, dans laquelle il s'étend à peu près verticalement, puis il peut être déplacé vers le bas depuis la position intermédiaire ouvert vers une position finale caché, dans laquelle il s'étend sensiblement verticalement dans le compartiment de rangement (7). Une lunette arrière (6) est fixée entre les montants (5) et forme avec eux un ensemble qui pivote autour d'un axe transversal horizontal (B-B) près de la ceinture (BL) du véhicule à moteur (1), entre une position sorti ou soulevé, dans laquelle la lunette arrière (6) peut se lier avec le toit (3) dans sa position fermé, et une position rentré ou abaissé, dans laquelle les montants (5) s'étendent en partie en dessous de la ceinture (BL) et la lunette (6) repose au moins à peu près horizontalement.
