The assembly is simplified by the plate element after engagement of the edge projection must be kept in the edge recess only one-sided. Such mounting aids simultaneously serve to adjust the altitude of the plates to each other. These known assembly aids in the form of edge projections or springs extend predominantly along the entire edge length of the plate element and engage in corresponding edge recesses or grooves of an adjacent plate element.
- One task is to ensure the plane-parallel laying of plate elements, the assembly is accurate and yet done in a simple manner.
- Another object is to ensure a defined uniform offset of the plate elements to each other within a laying plane.
- Another object is to allow a defined uniform offset of plate elements to each other perpendicular to a laying plane in a simple manner.
- the plate element for a wall and ceiling cladding consists of a form-containing material, in particular plasterboard.
- a plurality of the plate member is positioned adjacent to each other.
- the respective plate member includes a viewing surface, a rear surface substantially parallel to the viewing surface, a plurality of side surfaces perpendicular to the viewing side, and an adjusting aid disposed on at least two of the side surfaces of the plate member.
- the adjustment aid is an integral part of the plate element and engages in the adjustment aid of the adjacent plate element.
- the adjusting aid consists of a plurality of projections which are arranged at predetermined distances from each other in the longitudinal direction on one of the side surfaces, and of a plurality of corresponding recesses arranged on one of the other edge surfaces. The respective projections of the one plate element engage in the recesses of the adjacent plate member a form fit.
- the projections and depressions can be advantageously wave-shaped or formed as a toothing.
- a rectangular plate element is particularly suitable for cladding ceilings and walls in conventional buildings.
- a plate member having a plurality of holes extending predominantly perpendicular to the viewing surface toward the rear surface through the plate member may preferably direct sound or air through the plate member.
- a dome-shaped projection of a plate element engages on all sides flush particularly securely and simply positively in a corresponding dome-shaped rounded recess of an adjacent plate member.
- a cylindrical shaped recess having an inner diameter which is only slightly larger than that of the projection, and with a depth which is deeper than the length of the projection, allows a secure positive engagement of the projection even with partial contamination of the recess.
- the projection always engages in the depression so far that a flush impact of the edge surfaces of adjacent plate elements relative to one another is achieved.
- An inclined chamfer surface at the transition of the edge surface to the visible surface favors the secure approach of the projections relative to the wells of another plate member.
- the further plate element is usually inclined to the already mounted plate attached.

- the holes have according to customer requirements different diameters, for example, a diameter of 6 mm at a distance of 18 mm from each other. They can be designed as round holes, square holes or slotted holes.
- a plate element 1 cut along the center plane E is shown.
- three or two projections 8 are arranged.
- three or two recesses 9 are arranged accordingly.
- Respective projections 8 and recesses 9 are each opposite to a common center line M.
- a projection 8 or a recess 9 is adjacent to an end 13 of the respective side surface 4, 5 6, 7 arranged at a distance b.
- Projections 8 and recesses 9 each have a distance a. The distances are respectively determined to the center line M of the respective projection 8 and the recess 9. If the distance a of the recesses and the projections from each other is twice as large as the distance b of the adjacent adjacent to the end of the edge surface projection to this end of the edge surface, adjacent plate elements may be arranged in a regular offset to each other.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a plate element made of a form-containing material, in particular of plasterboard, for a wall and ceiling covering according to the preamble of
Such known plate elements are mainly attached to mounting structures. An exact positioning of the individual plate elements to each other during installation is a prerequisite for a good visual result of the later wall or ceiling panel. The installation, especially on ceilings, is difficult and usually has to be done by two people. It is known to provide individual plate members with mounting aids by at least one edge of a plate member, an edge projection is provided which engages in a corresponding edge recess on one of the edges of another, already mounted plate elements.
A disadvantage of this known arrangement that alignment and adjustment of the edge profile of the plate elements does not occur to each other. This can lead to irregularity in the joint arrangement, which leads to unsatisfactory results in the subsequent jointing. Especially with plate elements with patterns, such. As hole patterns, it also comes with the laying of follower plates also easy to irregularity in the pattern, which may affect the visual impression. Furthermore, it may be desirable to mount plates particularly with patterns such that variations in the overall pattern of a wall or ceiling surface can be produced by a defined offset of the plate elements relative to one another. For such assemblies of plate elements a complex adjustment for an attractive appearance is required.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a plate assembly with plate elements, which are provided with suitable adjustment means to eliminate the difficulties mentioned during assembly.
One task is to ensure the plane-parallel laying of plate elements, the assembly is accurate and yet done in a simple manner.
Another object is to ensure a defined uniform offset of the plate elements to each other within a laying plane.
Another object is to allow a defined uniform offset of plate elements to each other perpendicular to a laying plane in a simple manner.
These objects are achieved by the plate element according to the invention according to the characterizing features of
The plate element for a wall and ceiling cladding consists of a form-containing material, in particular plasterboard. A plurality of the plate member is positioned adjacent to each other. The respective plate member includes a viewing surface, a rear surface substantially parallel to the viewing surface, a plurality of side surfaces perpendicular to the viewing side, and an adjusting aid disposed on at least two of the side surfaces of the plate member. The adjustment aid is an integral part of the plate element and engages in the adjustment aid of the adjacent plate element. The adjusting aid consists of a plurality of projections which are arranged at predetermined distances from each other in the longitudinal direction on one of the side surfaces, and of a plurality of corresponding recesses arranged on one of the other edge surfaces. The respective projections of the one plate element engage in the recesses of the adjacent plate member a form fit.
The projections and depressions can be advantageously wave-shaped or formed as a toothing.
A rectangular plate element is particularly suitable for cladding ceilings and walls in conventional buildings.
A plate member having a plurality of holes extending predominantly perpendicular to the viewing surface toward the rear surface through the plate member may preferably direct sound or air through the plate member.
The attachment of the projections on two adjacent side surfaces and the attachment of depressions on the other two adjacent side surfaces of the plate member allows the adjustment of all other adjacent Platteneiementen.
A dome-shaped projection of a plate element engages on all sides flush particularly securely and simply positively in a corresponding dome-shaped rounded recess of an adjacent plate member.
A cylindrical shaped recess having an inner diameter which is only slightly larger than that of the projection, and with a depth which is deeper than the length of the projection, allows a secure positive engagement of the projection even with partial contamination of the recess. In this case, the projection always engages in the depression so far that a flush impact of the edge surfaces of adjacent plate elements relative to one another is achieved.
An inclined chamfer surface at the transition of the edge surface to the visible surface favors the secure approach of the projections relative to the wells of another plate member. The further plate element is usually inclined to the already mounted plate attached. In this case, the projections can advantageously already engage in the recesses when the chamfer surfaces of the two plate elements touch each other. After the arrangement of two adjacent plate elements to each other, the chamfer surfaces form a wedge-shaped downwardly facing groove between the visible surfaces. This groove can be closed in an advantageous manner with a filler and after curing, the filler can be ground.
An arrangement of the projections and the recesses on a median plane of the plate member ensures a good resistance of the recesses against a breakout of the projections.
An advantageous arrangement of the protrusions is provided when respective distances of the protrusions relative to their respective centerlines are twice the value of a distance extending from an end region of the edge surface to the protrusion adjacent to the end region of the edge surface. As a result, adjacent plate elements can be arranged with a uniform offset within the laying plane.
An arrangement of the projections, wherein projections are arranged in different parallel planes at a predetermined distance from one another perpendicular to the viewing surface on the edge surfaces, advantageously allows the parallel attachment adjacent plate elements on mutually vertically offset planes, so that there is a structure of the visible side of the wall or the ceiling.
An arrangement of the projections, wherein a distance of the adjacent to the visible surface projection to the visible surface is greater than the sum of a height of the projection and the distance of the different planes to each other, ensures that the adjustment aids is not visible even with a vertically offset attachment of the plate elements ,
