Claims (13)
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable pour produits fluides, avec une fermeture (10) de type vanne fabriquée selon le procédé de moulage par injection à deux composants composée d'un élément de support (11) de forme stable et d'une enveloppe extérieure (12) entourant au moins en partie l'élément de support (11) avec un bec de pulvérisation (16) comportant des ouvertures flexibles en forme de fente, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (12) prend une forme tortueuse par rapport au bec de pulvérisation (16) rentré, au niveau du bec de pulvérisation (16), et que plusieurs étais de stabilisation (20) s'étendent dans le plan radial et sont disposés les uns par rapport aux autres selon un certain écart angulaire au niveau du bec de pulvérisation (16).
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'état recouvert, le bec de pulvérisation (16) prend la forme d'un recouvrement en forme de cuvette.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (12) comporte une bride annulaire (17) intérieure s'engrenant dans un évidement de l'élément de support (1) et reliée à lui.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (12) comporte, à côté de la bride annulaire (17) intérieure, un étai (18) périphérique s'engrenant dans une rainure de l'élément de support (1) et relié fixement à elle.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (11) comporte des passages de filetage extérieur (19) pour loger un bouchon fileté.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (11) prend une forme étagée en section transversale, la zone logeant l'enveloppe extérieure (12) ayant un plus petit diamètre que la zone orientée vers le tronc du moyen de petit emballage.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (11) prend une forme de douille et est délimité, au niveau de l'enveloppe extérieure (12), par une rainure annulaire (13) délimitée par deux étais de rainure (14, 15) et que l'élément de support (11) ressort vers l'intérieur au-dessus de la rainure annulaire.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce que les étais de stabilisation (20) sont disposés entre le bec de pulvérisation (16) et la bride annulaire (17).
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les étais de stabilisation (20) prennent fin à distance de la bride annulaire (17).
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (12) ressort vers l'intérieur au niveau de l'étai de rainure (14) supérieur.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (12) prend fin contre l'étai de rainure (14) supérieur.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le bec de pulvérisation (16) est fabriqué à partir d'une matière synthétique résistante aux huiles.
- Moyen de petit emballage déformable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ou plusieurs d'entre elles, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'épaulement du moyen de petit emballage connexe au bec de pulvérisation (16) se compose d'une matière résistante aux huiles, de préférence d'un thermoplastique vulcanisé dynamiquement (TPV).
