Thanks to the eccentricity of the contact profile between the slot and the pin, the latter raises tilting the seat support. As mentioned above, thanks to the distance between the point of application of the cam-return element gear and the hinging axis between the seat support and the stationary body, a distance that makes the arm of a lever, it is possible for a user to tilt the seat even while sitting on the seat itself. Once the travel end position of the cam element has been reached, the person's weight will contribute to stabilising the seat set up thanks to the above configuration of the cam element.
