- Machine switch for a machining table for hand tools,
whereby the machine switch (6), comprises a mains connection (9), a machine connection (10) preferably in the form of a mains socket, a manually operated ON/OFF switch (11), preferably in the form of an ON/OFF push-button, and a switching arrangement and
whereby the switching arrangement between the mains connection (9) and the machine connection (10) comprises at least one switching contact (14) actuated by the ON/OFF switch (11) in the phase line (15) and/or by the neutral line (16), and one self-locking circuit (17) connected at least on the machine connection side to a switch contact (14) for locking the ON position of the ON/OFF switch (11),
characterised in that
the self-locking circuit (17) is switched between the phase line (15) and the neutral line (16) and that the self-locking circuit (17) comprises a current sensor (18) at the phase line (15) and/or the neutral line (16) and is so designed that the locking of the ON position is not effected or does not end before the load current on the phase line (15) or the neutral line (16) falls below a given value. - Machine switch according to Claim 1 above, characterised in that, at a mains voltage of approximately 220 V to about 240 V the given value of the load current for the machine switch (6) is in the region of 1.2 A.
- Machine switch according to Claim 1 or Claim 2 above, characterised in that the current sensor (18) is a part of a current monitoring circuit (19) included on the machine connection side in the phase line (15).
- Machine switch according to any of the Claims 1 to 3 above, characterised in that the self-locking circuit (17) of the machine switch (6) contains a low voltage circuit breaker (21) designed in such a way that the self-locking of the ON position is not effected or does not end until the voltage between the phase line (15) and the neutral line (16) lies or falls below a certain value.
- Machining table for hand machine tools with a table element (1), a workpiece carrier (3) in the form of a workpiece supporting surface (2), an attachment device (4) for the secure attachment of a hand machine tool (5), in particular a manually operated circular saw or a hand operated drill, and a machine switch (6), characterised by a machine switch (6) according to any of the Claims 1 to 4 above.
- A machining table according to Claim 5 above, characterised in that the machine switch (6) is designed to be an electrical component with a switch housing (12) and that preferably the switch housing (12) is provided with an attachment device, in particular a bolt-on plate (13) for the attachment of the table element (1) or the workpiece carrier (3).
