Bei in der Praxis bekannten Vorrichtungen zum verschiebbaren Halten einer Glasscheibe wie beispielsweise einer verschiebbaren Seitenscheibe oder Rückscheibe eines Fahrzeuges in einer Gleitschiene ist die Glasscheibe mit einer Halteschiene verklebt, die verschiebbar in der Gleitschiene gelagert ist. - Device for holding a glass pane (1) in a displaceable manner in a sliding rail, comprising at least one fixing part (2) to which a hotmelt adhesive pad (7) is applied and which has at least one locking element (10, 11), and comprising an elongated holding rail (3) which is displaceably mounted in the sliding rail and can be made to engage the or each locking element (10, 11), the or each locking element (10, 11) being moveable between a locking position in which the or each fixing part (2) is firmly connected to the holding rail (3) and a release position in which there is no engagement with the holding rail (3) and the glass pane (1) can be removed from the holding rail (3), characterized in that the holding rail (3) has a receiving slot (4) which extends in the longitudinal direction and is dimensioned so that it encompasses a glass pane (1) at its edge facing the holding rail (3).
