Abstract

The frame has two posts (32.1, 32.2) that are permanently connected with a transverse arm (35), and exhibit different lengths. The posts exhibit respective end regions that are designed in the form of respective pipe connectors (54.1, 54.2). The length of the pipe connector (54.1) of the post (32.1) differs from the length of the pipe connector (54.2) of the post (32.2). The difference between the lengths of the two posts is smaller than the external diameter of the post (32.1) and/or external diameter of the post (32.2). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a scaffolding frame arrangement (2) a scaffold in particular falsework.

Description

The invention relates to a scaffold setting frame made of metal, preferably U-, H- or H-shaped, having a first stem having a length and a second stem having a length and having at least one between the first stem and the thereto, preferably substantially parallel, extending second stem transversely, preferably perpendicularly, to the first stem and to the second stem extending transverse arm, in particular cross bar is designed, wherein the transverse arm permanently, preferably by welding, bending and torsionally rigid to or with the first stem and attached to the second post, the first post having a first stem portion extending in a direction away from the transverse arm, and the second stem having a second stem portion extending from the transverse arm Viewed from substantially in the same direction, wherein the first stem part and the second stem part together with de m transverse arm forms an open U-shaped or L-shaped frame structure in the direction of the handle parts pointing in substantially the same direction, and wherein the first post and the second post each have a first end portion and a second end portion, the first end portion of the first post being configured as a length-having first tube connector extending in a direction away from the cross arm, and wherein the first end portion of the second post is configured as a length-having second tube connector extending in substantially the same direction or substantially in an opposite direction as viewed from the transverse arm, and wherein the first tube connector faces the second end portion of the first post and the second pipe connector opposite the second end portion of the second stem each having a different cross-section, such that on the first stem, a first further stem, preferably a similar framework frame, is attachable and that on the second stem, a second further stem, preferably the same chartic scaffolding frame is attachable.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing a Gerüstrahmenanordnung containing at least one such scaffolding frame.

Such scaffolding frames, in particular those in which both stems each have an equal length, have been known for decades from practice and have proven ideal for the construction of scaffolding, especially scaffolding. Particularly advantageous embodiments of such scaffolding frame are post-published European patent application EP 1 911 907 A1 and the subsequently republished German utility model application DE 20 2006 015 586 U1 disclosed.

The Gerüststellrahmen arising from these two unpublished applications for protection have at least one U- or L-shaped frame structure consisting of two substantially mutually parallel handle parts and a permanent, preferably by welding, fixed cross arm, and the erected at vertical scaffolding frame after is open at the top or bottom. The two stems of this framework positioning frames are therefore not permanently connected to one another in a region between the ends of the handle parts of the respective frame structure pointing in substantially the same direction and the transverse arm. It is understood, however, that the stems of these or such scaffolding frames, including those of the scaffolding frame according to the invention, in the said end region and connecting elements for releasably connecting at least one further transverse arm, in particular transverse bar, may have.

In such, outwardly or upwardly and / or downwardly open scaffolding frame can lead to a bending of the stem parts of the frame structure in rough field use, for example, when falling of the scaffolding frame, so then the affected scaffold frame, not without a prior judging, ie not without a bending back of the affected stem part or the affected stem parts, on another scaffolding frame, in particular on a further similar scaffolding frame configured, is repluggable. Such bent or distorted scaffold frames had previously on site or in a workshop with the aid of separate devices or devices. This is time consuming and costly.

From the FR-A-1 181 679 is a scaffolding frame according to the preamble of claim 1 has become known. This scaffolding frame is designed as a ladder. Several such conductors are aufsteckbar each other. For this purpose, in each case a plug-in tube is welded to the respective upper end of the two ladder stiles of the respective ladder, onto which the respective ladder stile of the next higher ladder can be attached. One plug-in tube has a length of 20 cm, while the other plug-in tube of the same conductor has a different length of 15 cm. This different length of the plug-in tubes allows easier installation when stacking the ladders. However, due to the design, even with slight deviations in form and / or even slight deformations of the conductor ends relative to one another, a difficult assembly can occur, up to a situation in which the conductors can not be put on one another without deformation by means of a separate tool.

It is accordingly an object of the invention to provide a scaffolding frame of the type mentioned and a method for producing a scaffolding assembly with at least one such scaffolding frame, with which the above disadvantages can be avoided, in particular with or with those Manual straightening is particularly easy and cost-effective without the need for any aids.

This object is achieved by the Merkmkale of claim 1, in particular by the fact that the first pipe connector has at its free end a chamfer having a width and that the second pipe connector has at its free end a chamfer having a width, wherein the width of the chamfer of a tube connector, the tube connector differ from the width of the chamfer of the other tube connector by an amount that is greater than 13 percent and that is less than 87 percent of the width of the chamfer of the longer tube connector.

The above-mentioned object is also achieved by a method having the features of claim 28, in particular in that initially the first stem part of the first stem of the framework positioning frame is pushed onto the first stem of the scaffolding frame or onto one or the first intermediate stem only as far as possible. that by manual exertion of lateral forces on the second stem part of the second stem of the scaffold setting frame, a free end of the second stem part of the second stem of the scaffold setting frame is movable relative to a free end of the second stem of the scaffolding frame or the second intermediate stem up to a Aufsteckstellung in which the free end of the second stem portion of the scaffolding frame and the free end of the second stem of the scaffolding frame or the second intermediate handle are opposite, so that plugging the second handle part of the second stem of the scaffold frame on the second handle of the Scaffolding or on a bz w. the second intermediate handle is possible, wherein subsequently by manual exertion of lateral forces on the second handle part of the second handle of the framework adjusting frame, the free end of the second handle part of second Stiels the Gerüststellrahmens is moved relative to the free end of the second stem of Gerhstrahmens or the second Zwischenstiels up to the Aufsteckstellung, and subsequently reaching the Aufsteckstellung the second stem portion of the second stem of the scaffolding frame on the second handle of the scaffolding frame or is attached to the second intermediate stalk.

By means of these surprisingly simple measures, it is now possible for the first time to set up such scaffolding positioning frames on site, manually, particularly simply and inexpensively, without requiring any auxiliary means for doing so.

It can be provided that the first stem at a distance from a free end of the first pipe connector has a, preferably annular, first support surface for supporting one end of a attachable first further stem, and wherein the second stem at a distance from a free end of the second tubular connector has a, preferably annular, second support surface for supporting one end of an attachable second further stem, wherein the distance of the first support surface from the free end of the first tube connector corresponding length of the first tube connector from the distance of the second support surface of the free End of the second pipe connector corresponding length of the second pipe connector.

It can further be provided that the length of the first tube connector differs from the length of the second tube connector and / or the length of the first handle is different from the length of the second handle by an amount that is smaller than the outside diameter of the second end region of the second and / or is smaller than the outer diameter of the second end portion of the second stem and greater than 2 percent of the outer diameter of the second end portion of the first stem and / or greater than 2 percent of the outer diameter of the second end portion of the second stem.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the length of the first stem differs from the length of the second stem and / or the length of the first tubular connector differs from the length of the second tubular connector by an amount that is less than 50 percent of the outer diameter of the second stem End portion of the first stem and / or is less than 50 percent of the outer diameter of the second end portion of the second stem and greater than 10 percent of the outer diameter of the second end portion of the first stem and / or greater than 10 percent of the outer diameter of the second end portion of the second stalk.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the length of the first stem differs from the length of the second stem and / or the length of the first tubular connector differs from the length of the second tubular connector by an amount, which is less than 50 mm and larger than 2 mm.

This in FIG. 1 shown frame 20 is made of a plurality of scaffolding frame 21 according to the invention; 21.1, 21.2, wherein in each case a second scaffold positioning frame 21.2 is attached to a first scaffold positioning frame 21.1.

Each scaffolding frame 21; 21.1, 21.2 consists of two stems 32; 32.1, 32.2, namely from a first handle 32.1 and from a substantially parallel thereto second handle 32.2 as well as from one of these stems 32.1, 32.2 respectively transversely, here approximately perpendicular, extending transverse arm 35, which at the first handle 32.1 and at the second handle 32.2 is permanently fixed by welding to form a H- or U-shaped frame.

The framework 2U consists of a plurality of at least four stems 32; 32.1, 32.2. For stiffening the framework 20, at least two of the stems 32.1, 32.2 of two adjacent framework staging frames 21, which are assigned to a common floor, here the lower tier 47.1, are stiffened by a preferably bar-shaped diagonal element 26. Each stem 32; 32.1, 32.2 here has at least two fasteners 38 arranged at a vertical distance from each other for connecting fall protection means, in particular railing elements 28. In the embodiment shown, two substantially parallel railing elements 28 are attached to the fastening means 38 of the outer stems 32.1 here. The other or inner stems 32.2 may be placed, for example, in the immediate vicinity of a wall, not shown, for example of a building, so that then on this side of the frame 20, the fall protection means 28 can be omitted.

Each stem 32; 32.1, 32.2 is here attached to a so-called initial piece 27, which is usually designed with an upwardly pointing pipe socket. The inner diameter of this pipe socket is slightly larger than the outer diameter 58.1, 58.2 of the lower end of the stem Stems 32; 32.1, 32.2, so that the stems 32; 32.1, 32.2 can each be inserted into one of these pipe sockets of the starting pieces 27. The initial pieces 27 are usually provided with a spindle and a spindle nut screwed thereon, whereby a height or level adjustment of the stems 32; 32.1, 32.2 can be achieved. Each start piece 27 here has a perforated disc 30 which is provided with openings 71. The latter are used for wedging provided with so-called connecting heads horizontal rod elements 24, 25 on the stems 32; 32.1, 32.2. These connection points are also referred to as connection nodes 29. As rod elements usually longitudinal latch 24 and crossbar 25 are shipped. The longitudinal bars 24 and the transverse bars 25 are thereby wedged in pairs in such a way that of two parallel longitudinal bars 24 and two perpendicular thereto, but mutually parallel crossbars 25, a stable rectangular base frame is constructed. On or at the transverse arms 35; 35.1, 35.2 of the frame rack 21; 21.1, 21.2 padding units 31, preferably scaffolding floors, are attached, which are provided with running and / or working surfaces and which limit the respective floor 47.1, 47.2 downwards and upwards horizontally.

A first exemplary embodiment of a scaffold setting frame 21 'according to the invention is shown in FIG FIG. 2 shown. The first handle 32.1 has a first handle part 39.1, which extends from the transverse arm 35.1 viewed in a direction 43.1 and the second handle 32.2 has a second handle portion 39.2, viewed from the transverse arm 35.1 from substantially in the same direction 43.2 extends. The first handle part 39.1 and the second handle part 39.2 together with the transverse arm 35.1 form a frame structure 50.1 which is open in the direction 44 of the two handle parts 39.1, 39.2 pointing in the same direction 43.1, 43.2, here U-shaped frame structure 50.1.

The first stem 32.1 and the second stem 32.2 each have a first upper end region 51.1, 52.1 and a second lower end region 51.2, 52.2. The first end region 51.1 of the first stem 32.1 is designed as a first tube connector 54.1 having a length 55.1, which extends in a direction 45.1 viewed from the transverse arm 35.1 and the first end region 52.1 of the second stem 32.1 is second as a length 55.2 Pipe connector 54.2 designed, which extends from the transverse arm 35.1 from substantially extends in the same direction 46.1. As especially in connection with the Figures 11 a and 11 b, the length 55.1 of the first tube connector 54.1 of the first stem 32.1 differs from the length 55.2 of the second tube connector 54.2 of the second stem 32.2, in the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures such that the length 55.1 of the first pipe connector 54.1 is slightly longer than the length 55.2 of the second pipe connector 54.2.

The length 55.1 of the first pipe connector 54.1 corresponds to the distance between the free end 36.2 of the first pipe connector 54.1 and the first stem 32.1 and an annular support surface 41.1 and the length 55.2 of the second pipe connector 54.2 corresponds to the distance between the free end 37.2 of the second pipe connector 54.2 or the second handle 32.2 and an annular second support surface 41.2. The support surfaces 41.1 and 41.2 each delimit a Stützwulst, which is produced in the embodiments shown by a forming process, in particular by a compression process, in which case the respective pipe connector 54.1 and 54.2 integral with the adjoining respective stem piece 65.1 and 65.2 of the respective stem 32.1 or 32.2 is connected. The distance of the support surface 41.1 from the lower end 36.1 of the first handle 32.1 and the distance 42.2 of the support surface 41.2 from the lower end 37.1 of the second handle 32.2 is the same size and is here about 2 meters.

The length 40.1 of the first stem part 39.1 or the distance of the longitudinal axis 73 of the transverse arm 35.1 from the lower end 36.1 of the first stem 32.1 and the length 40.2 of the second stem portion 39.2 of the second stem 32.2 or the distance of the longitudinal axis 73 of the transverse arm 35.1 of the lower end 37.1 of the second handle 32.2, here is also the same size and here is about 1.9 meters. In the distance 40.1 from the lower end 36.1 of the first stem, this has a perforated disc 30 and also the second stem 32.2 has a perforated disc 30 at a corresponding distance 40.2 from its lower end 36.2. This, too, as Rosette designated perforated disc surrounds the respective stem 32.1, 32.2 each fully. Such known from the prior art perforated discs 30 have a number of preferably eight perforations 71, wherein preferably four of the openings 71 are designed as small openings 71.1 and preferably four other openings 71 are designed as large openings 71.2. In this case, the openings 71; 71.1, 71.2 are each arranged in such a way around the circumference of the respective stem 32 that small openings 71.1 and large openings 71.2 alternate, with their radially outwardly extending longitudinal axes are each arranged at a circumferential angle of 45 degrees to each other here.

The transverse arm 35.1 formed here with a round tube has in each case a connection head 75.1, 75.2 at its two ends. The first connection head 75.1 is firmly welded both to the perforated disc 30 of the first shaft 32.1 and to the first shaft 32.1, and the second connection head 75.2 is firmly welded to the perforated disc 30 of the second shaft 32.2 and to the second shaft 32.2. Each connection head 75.1, 75.2 has an upper head part 78 and a lower head part 79, between which, in the unwelded state, a horizontal slit 81 is formed, whose upper and lower slit surfaces extend parallel to the longitudinal axis 73 of the transverse arm 35.1. The upper head part 78 has two upper side wall parts 82.1 and 82.2 and the lower head part 79 has two lower side wall parts 83.1 and 83.2. The upper side wall parts 82.1 and 82.2 and the lower side wall parts 83.1 and 83.2 are each bounded by vertical outer surfaces, each including a wedge angle 77, which is preferably about 43 to 45 degrees ( FIGS. 3 and 4 ). Here are the Side wall parts 82.1, 82.2 and 83.1, 83.2 arranged such that they run to form a wedge-shaped connection head 75.1, 75.2, preferably on the stem and disk center 76.

The first pipe connector 54.1 has a different cross-section with respect to the second end region 71.2 of the first shaft 32.1, and also the second pipe connector 54.2 of the second shaft 32.2 has a different cross-section with respect to its second end region 52.2. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two tube connectors 54.1 and 54.2, with the exception of the end and transition regions, have the outer diameters 61.1 and 61.2, which are the same size here. The outer diameters 61.1 and 61.2 of the tube connectors 54.1 and 54.2 are slightly smaller than the inner diameters 59.2 of the stems 32.1 and 32.2 in the region of their respective lower ends 36.1 and 37.1, ie in the second end region 51.2 of the first stem 32.1 and in the second end region 52.2 of the second Stalks 32.2. In this way, on the two stems 32.1 and 32.2 each have a further stem 32, preferably a similar scaffold positioning frame 21 'are plugged, as for example in FIG. 1 is shown. There are the lower ends 36.1, 37.1 and the lower end portions 51.2 and 52.2 of the stems 32.1 and 32.2 of a second frame rack 21.2 attached to the pipe connector 54.1 and 54.2 of the stems 32.1 and 32.2 of a first frame rack 21.1, as he, for example, in the Figures 2 and 6 is shown by means of the scaffold positioning frames 21 'and 21 ".

The FIGS. 6 to 10 show a second embodiment of a scaffold setting frame 21 "according to the invention, which compared to the previously related to the FIGS. 2 to 5 described scaffolding frame 21 'exclusively by the design of the designed here as a U-profile tube cross arm 35.2 and the detail training whose connection heads 175.1 and 175.2 and their detailed connection to the two stems 32.1 and 32.2 differs. Accordingly, therefore, the two stems 32.1 and 32.2 and their tube connectors 54.1 and 54.2 and attached to the stems 32.1 and 32.2 perforated discs 30 and the fasteners 38 of the scaffolding frame 21 are "the same design as in the scaffold rack frame 21 ' like parts with the same reference numerals as in the frame rack 21 '.

In contrast to the designed with a round tube cross arm 35.1 of the scaffold positioning frame 21 so the cross arm 35.2 of the scaffolding frame 21 'is made of a U-profile tube, whose cross section in FIG. 7 is shown. The most constructional details of this U-profile tube 35.2 and otherwise the structural details of the transverse arm 35.1 of the framework frame 21 "are already in the as yet unpublished earlier European patent application 06021346.9 and the still unpublished German utility model application 20 2006 015 586.4 discloses, the contents of which, as already mentioned, is fully incorporated in the protective right in question here, so that for the sake of simplicity, reference may be made to these protective rights with respect to these constructive details.

175.2 herstellen.A constructive detail difference in the FIGS. 6 to 9 shown U-profile tube or transverse arm 35.2 to those in the two unpublished Intellectual Property disclosed U-profile tubes relates to the design of the connection heads 175.1 and 175.2. These each have a lower head part 179 which is formed with a formed by forming, in particular pressing, over which on the respective connection head 175 adjacent underside of the U-profile tube 35.2 bulged out down squish and support profile 176.1 and 176.2. By virtue of the formation of such a crimping and supporting profile 176.1, 176.2, unlike the connection heads disclosed in the two protective rights described above, the U-profile pipes disclosed there provide better support to the stems 32.1 and 32.2 of the scaffold positioning frame 21 'and in particular to a larger one Bending stiffness in the region of the connection node 29 'is achieved against bending of the handle parts 39.1 and 39.2 relative to the transverse arm 35.2. Such a crimping and supporting profile 176.1, 176.2 can be produced in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner during the production of the respective connection head 175.1 or 175.2.

The Figures 11 a and 11 b show end sections of the two stems 32.1 and 32.2 in the region of their upper end regions 51.1 and 52.1. The FIG. 11 a shows a designed with a conventional pipe connector 54.1 end 51.1 in the Figures 2 and 6 Stems 32.1. This pipe connector 54.1 has a circular ring cross-section and an outer diameter 61.1, which is slightly smaller than that in the Figures 5 and 10 shown inner diameter 59.2 of the lower end portion 51.2 of the first handle 32.1.

The pipe connector 54.1 has at its free end 36.2 on a forwardly tapered pipe end.

This is formed with a chamfer 36.2, which has a width 64.1 from here about 15 millimeters. Further, the pipe connector 54.1 has a length 55.1, which is here about 165 millimeters, which corresponds to the distance of the free end 36.2 of the pipe connector 54.1 and the stem 32.1 to the annular support surface 41.1.

In contrast, the particular in FIG. 11 b shown pipe connector 54.2 at its free end 37.2 a chamfer 63.2, the width 64.2 relative to the width 64.1 of the chamfer 63.1 of the pipe connector 54.1 is reduced by about 10 millimeters here.

To produce this chamfer 63.2 with a reduced width 64.2, it is preferable to start from a stalk tube having a reduced length, which is shaped by means of or in a forming tool, not shown in the figures, which is also used to produce the wider chamfer 63.1 of the pipe connector 54.1 of FIG longer stem 63.1 by forming a non-reduced or larger length having stem tube is used.

It is understood, however, that one can assume for the production of the chamfer 63.2 with a reduced width 64.2 of a conventional pipe joint, the in FIG. 11 a pipe connector 54.1 shown corresponds. The chamfer of such a pipe connector can be cut in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner, for example sawed off, so as to obtain a cut-to-length chamfer with a correspondingly reduced width of a correspondingly shorter pipe connector.

The shorter tube connector 54.2 has a slightly smaller length 55.2 than the tube connector 54.1, which is about 155 millimeters here. Accordingly, the length 34.2 of the second tube connector 54.2 having second handle 32.2 compared to the length 34.1 of the first tube connector 51.1 having first stem 32.1 is slightly reduced, by an amount which the difference of the length 55.1 of the first tube connector 54.1 and the length 55.2 of the second tube connector 54.2 or the difference of the width 64.1 of the first chamfer 63.1 of the first tube connector 54.1 and the width 64.2 of the second chamfer 63.2 of the second tube connector 54.2 corresponds and which is about 10 millimeters here.

The stems 32.1 and 32.2 have in one of their respective lower ends 36.1, 37.1 up to the respective support surface 41.1 and 41.2 reaching stem portions, except for the area of the annular support surfaces 41.1 and 41.2 limited annular beads, an outer diameter 58.1 and 58.2, the here is the same size and here is about 48.3 millimeters. The outer diameter 61.2 of the second pipe connector 54.2 corresponds to the outer diameter 61.1 of the pipe connector 54.1 and is therefore likewise slightly smaller than the inner diameter 59.2 of the second shaft 32.2 in the region of its lower end region 52.2.

The FIGS. 12 a to 12 i show schematic views of various embodiments of the invention Gerüststellrahmen 12, which are all configured here with different lengths of pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2. Such a configuration with a different length 55.1, 55.2 having pipe connectors 54.1, 54.2 prefers. Because then, when a succession of several similar scaffolding frame 21; 21.1, 21.2 on each other, the ends of a second frame rack 21.2, which are aufzustecken on the associated ends of a first frame rack 21.1, supported in the mounted state on the respective support surfaces 41.1 and 41.2 of the first frame rack 21.1. It is understood, however, that alternatively, instead of different lengths of pipe connector, the lengths of the respective stems can be correspondingly different. Also, combinations of different lengths having pipe connectors on the one hand and different remaining lengths having stems are conceivable.

The in the FIGS. 1 to 11 b shown embodiments of inventive scaffolding frame 21; 21.1, 21.2; 21 ', 21 "are in FIG. 12 a again schematically reproduced, so that reference can be made in this respect to the above statements.

The FIG. 12b shows a schematic view of a similar U-shaped frame rack, but in contrast to the in FIG. 12 a schematically shown scaffolding frame the two different length pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2 are respectively arranged at the lower end of the stems stems 32.1 and 32.2.

The Figure 12 c shows a schematic view of a similar scaffolding frame as the Figure 12 a , however, extend in the case of in FIG. 12c shown scaffolding frame the two different length pipe connector 54.1 and 54.2 viewed from the cross arm 35 from in opposite directions 45.1 and 46.2 away from it.

The in Figure 12 d schematically shown, also H- or U-shaped scaffolding frame, differs from the in FIG. 12 a skeleton positioning frame schematically shown by the fact that the cross arm 35 is now permanently attached in the region of the lower ends of the two stems 32.1 and 32.2 to this.

The FIG. 12 e shows a schematic view of an H-shaped scaffolding frame, in which the two different length pipe connectors are designed and arranged the same, as in the in FIG. 12 a skeleton frame shown schematically. In this H-shaped scaffolding frame, however, unlike in the FIGS. 12a to 12d shown scaffolding frame of the transverse arm 35 is arranged approximately in the region of the center of the two stems 32.1 and 32.2.

A characteristic feature of the in the FIGS. 12a to 12e schematically shown scaffolding frame is that the distance between the respective support surface 41.1, 41.2 and the respective, facing away from the respective pipe connector 54.1, 54.2 away stalk end of the stems 32.1 and 32.2, based on the respective scaffolding frame, is substantially the same size. In the case of these scaffolding positioning frames, therefore, the different lengths of the respective posts 32.1 and 32.2 result essentially only or exclusively from the different lengths of the tube connectors 54.1 and 54.2.

The Figures 12 f and 12 g show in each case schematic views of an H-shaped frame rack. This can, for the purpose of building a Gerhstrahmenanordnung of several stacked scaffolding frame and / or for the purpose of building a scaffold, to be supplemented by an intermediate handle 33 in the Figures 12 f and 12 g each shown dotted. At the in FIG. 12 f schematically shown h-shaped scaffolding frame, the two different length pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2 each in the same direction 45.2, 46.2, respectively, each down. In contrast, in the in Figure 12g schematically shown h-shaped scaffolding frame, the two pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2 in opposite directions 45.1 and 46.2.

In the in the FIGS. 12 a to 12 g shown embodiments of Gerüststellrahmen each two substantially the same length having stem parts of the stems 32.1 and 32.2 are provided, which together with the respective transverse arm 35 form a U-shaped frame structure. In contrast, the stem parts in the Figures 12 h and 12 i schematically shown H- or S-shaped scaffolding frame each having an L-shaped frame structure.

S-förmigen Gerüststellrahmen die beiden unterschiedlich langen Rohrverbinder 54.1 und 54.2 in entgegengesetzte Richtungen 45.1, 46.1.In the case of in FIG. 12h shown H- or S-shaped frame frame, the two different length pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2 respectively in the same direction 45.1, 46.2, here each upwards. In contrast, in the in FIG. 12 i schematically shown H- or S-shaped scaffolding frame the two different length pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2 in opposite directions 45.1, 46.1.

It is understood that in the FIGS. 12 a to 12 i shown embodiments only show a part of the present invention possible different embodiments of scaffolding frame according to the invention, so that therefore also further advantageous constructions of scaffolding frame within the scope of this invention are conceivable.

Within the scope of the invention, based on one of the scaffolding setting frames 21; 21.1, 21.2, preferably based on a plurality of similar scaffolding frame 21; 21.1, 21.2, which can be plugged onto one another, scaffolding arrangements 22 according to the invention are produced (cf. FIG. 1 ). In this case, the stems are preferably 32.1, 32.2 or stem ends of a scaffolding frame 21.2 invention on the stems 32.1, 32.2 or the stem ends of a, preferably located underneath and preferably similar scaffolding frame 21.1 attached, so as the example of FIG. 1 outgoing scaffolding assembly 22 is illustrated.

In the framework according to the invention, outwardly or upwardly and / or downwardly open, preferably U-, H-, h- or S-shaped scaffolding positioning frame 21, it can be deformed within the framework of rough practical use, in particular if the scaffold positioning frame 21 falls down or bending of a stem or both stems relative to the transverse arm 35 come. According to the invention, such a deformed or bent scaffold positioning frame can be arranged in a particularly simple manner, despite the deformation or bending, on a further scaffolding frame or scaffolding setting frame, in particular on a similar scaffold positioning frame. Attach. In the case of in the FIGS. 1 to 12 i with differently long pipe connectors 54.1 and 54.2 designed scaffolding frame 21; 21.1, 21.2; 21 ', 21 "this can be done as follows:

First of all, the first stem part 39.1 of the first stem 32.1 of a second framework frame 21.2 to be stowed on a first frame staging frame 21.1 can be plugged onto the first, longer tube connector 54.1 of the first stem 32.1 of the first frame staging frame 21.1 by manually applying transverse forces to the second stem part 39.2 of the second handle 32.2 of the second frame rack 21.2 the free end 37.1 of the second handle portion 39.2 of the second handle 32.2 of the second frame rack 21.2 relative to the free end 37.2 of the second handle 32.2 and the second, shorter tube connector 54.2 of the first frame rack 21.1 into a Aufsteckstellung can be moved, in which the free end 37.1 of the second handle part 39.2 of the second frame rack 21.2 and the free end 37.2 of the second handle 32.2 of the first frame rack 21.1 are opposite, so that plugging and the second handle portion 39.2 of the second Stem 32.2 of the second frame rack 21.2 on the second handle 32.2 of the first frame rack 21.1 is possible. Subsequently, or in the course of this, the free end 37.1 of the second stem part 39.2 of the second stem 32.2 of the second framework positioning frame 21.2 is relative to the free end 37.2 of the second stem by manual exertion of lateral forces on the second stem part 39.2 of the second stem 32.2 of the second framework positioning frame 21.2 32.2 of the first frame rack 21.2 moved to the slip-on, so that then the second handle part 39.2 of the second handle 32.2 of the second Gerüststellrahmens 21.2 on the second handle 37.2 of the first frame rack 21.1 is plugged or plugged.

When setting up this frame rack 21; 21.1, 21.2 containing scaffold 20 are preferably the longer stems 32.1, ie here those stems 32.1, each having the longer pipe connector 54.1, each set up as outer or wandferne stems 32.1, while the other stems 32.2, which each have a correspondingly shorter length , So here each have the shorter pipe connector 54.2, be placed inside or close to the wall. In this way, for the purpose of the Aufsteckens a deformed or bent scaffolding frame 21.2 this with its first, outer or wandfernen stem 32.1 on the outer or wandfernen first stem 32.1 of the underlying first scaffolding frame 21.1 initially only partially or provisionally plugged, so that the lower end 36.1 of the outer or wandfernen stem 32.1 of the scaffold rack 21.2 in the region of the chamfer 63.1 of the first pipe connector 54.1 of the first scaffolding rack 21.1 to lie or comes to rest. Subsequently, the scaffold erector in a simple manner manually by exerting lateral forces on the here near wall or inner handle 32.2 of aufzusteckenden scaffolding frame 21.2 in the direction of the first stem 32.1 of this scaffolding frame 21.2 away, so for example in the direction of an immediately adjacent wall, in a Aufsteckstellung be pressed, in which also a plugging of the second handle 32.2 of the second frame rack 21.2 on the shorter pipe connector 54.2 of the second handle 32.2 of the first frame rack 21.1 is possible, so that subsequently by manual exercise of forces acting in the direction of gravity of the second handle 32.2 of the second frame rack 21.2 together with the transverse arm 35 and the first handle 32.1 of this scaffold rack 21.2, and consequently this scaffolding rack 21.2 total, completely on the underlying scaffold rack 21.1 can be plugged. In the completely plugged state, both the lower end 36.1 of the first handle 32.1 and the lower end 37.1 of the second handle 32.2 of the scaffolding mounting frame 21.2 lie on the respective support surface 41.1 or 41.2 of the handles 32.1 and 32.2 of the first and lower scaffold positioning frames 21.1, respectively , Consequently, therefore, the second or upper frame rack 21.2 can be securely supported in the fully plugged state with both handle ends 36.1 and 37.1 on the support surfaces 41.1 and 41.2 of the stems 32.1 and 32.2 of the underlying or first scaffold rack 21.1.
