- Outil de pose selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la butée (83) est formée sur une zone d'extrémité d'une seconde extrémité (77) du second axe d'entraînement (72) dirigée vers la première extrémité (75) .

- Outil de pose selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de positionnement (86) inclut plusieurs éléments d'écartement (88) qui peuvent être agencés axialement les uns derrière les autres, si nécessaire.
- Outil de pose selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément d'écartement (88) est formé pratiquement à la manière d'une cylindre creux et comporte une fente longitudinale (90) s'étendant sur toute la longueur axiale de l'élément d'écartement (88).
