Claims (12)
- Messerschärfvorrichtung (1), umfassend ein Paar angrenzender und gegenläufiger Schleifscheiben (7, 8), die in einem Gehäusekörper (20) eingefasst sind, wobei der Gehäusekörper (20) zumindest einen Schlitz (21) zur Ineingriffnahme einer Messerklinge, die geschärft werden soll, darin definiert, wobei dem Gehäusekörper eine Klingenführungsvorrichtung (30) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klingenführungsvorrichtung (30) ein Brückenelement (30) umfasst, das an den Gehäusekörper (20) gekuppelt ist und ein Gleitelement (31) gleitbar stützt, welches durch eine Verbindungsstange (32) mit dem Brückenelement (30) verbunden ist, wobei das Gleitelement (31) an einer Unterseite davon entweder ein ausgespartes Endstück (33) oder ein kleines Treibrad zur Ineingriffnahme eines Rückenabschnitts einer Messerklinge, die geschärft werden soll, aufweist.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schärfvorrichtung (1) eine Stützplatte (2) mit mehreren Aussparungen (3) zum Einfassen von Lagerelementen (4) darin zum Stützen der Wellen (5) von zumindest der ersten (7) und zweiten (8) Schleifscheibe umfasst, wobei an die Wellen (5) Zahnriemenscheiben (10) gekuppelt sind, die einen doppelten Zahnriemen (11) mitnehmen, um zu bewirken, dass die Schleifscheiben (9, 8) in entgegengesetzte Richtungen gedreht werden.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schärfvorrichtung (1) eine einen Antriebsmotor (4) stützende Ringmutter (14) umfasst, die eine Antriebsscheibe antreibt, wobei die Ringmutter (14) an einem Punkt davon mit der Stützplatte (2) gelenkig verbunden ist und durch Verbindungsschrauben (16) verbunden ist, die in Eingriffsschlitzen (17) mit einer Mitte in einer Hebelpunktanordnung (15) in Eingriff genommen sind.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schärfvorrichtung (1) eine dritte Schleifscheibe (9) umfasst, die zum Schärfen von Scheren an die erste (7) und zweite (8) Schleifscheibe angrenzt.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schärfvorrichtung (1) einen Scherenschlitz (40) umfasst, der an der dritten Schleifscheibe (9) angeordnet ist.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) einen Querschlitz (60) umfasst, der zum Anordnen von Scherenblättern, die durch die erste Schleifscheibe (7) geschärft werden sollen, an den Messerschärfschlitz (21) angrenzt.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ausgesparte Endstück (33) und das kleine Treibrad abnehmbar und austauschbar sind.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsstange (32) eine Druckfeder zum leichten Drücken des ausgesparten Endstücks (33) auf einen Rückenabschnitt des Messers stützt.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Scherenschärfschlitz (40) eine Bezugsplatte (50) zum Anordnen der Scherenblattschneidkante mit einem Einstellwinkel angeordnet ist.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnriemen (10) durch eine Kupplung mit starrem Gelenk an ihre entsprechenden Wellen (5) gekuppelt sind, wobei die Wellen frei von Schultern sind, da das System zum Sperren der Schleifscheibe und der entsprechenden Schleifscheibe derart angeordnet ist, dass es das Vorkommen jeglicher Querbewegung verhindert, wobei zwischen einer Schleifscheibe und einem entsprechenden Lager ein Abstandsringelement angeordnet ist.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenläufigen Messerschärfschleifscheiben entweder ein spiralförmiges oder ein flaches Profil aufweisen und aus Stahl hergestellt sind, der mit einem abreibenden Material, wie etwa Diamant, CBN, Keramikmaterial oder dergleichen, beschichtet ist.
- Messerschärfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, die Schleifscheiben kubisch-kristallines Bornitrid oder CBN umfassen.
