  • the sharpening device according to the invention fully achieves the intended aim, since it can be installed simply and quickly in practically all currently commercially available slicing machines and ensures fully satisfactory results which are better, in terms of sharpening quality, than those obtainable with sharpening devices of the known type.

Claims (8)

  1. Eine universelle Schärfvorrichtung (1) für Schneidmaschinen mit Kreismesser, umfassend:
    - ein tragendes Element (2), das mit Mitteln (3) zum Eingreifen in den Flügel (4) einer Schneidmaschine ausgestattet ist,
    - einen Arm (9), der mit dem tragenden Element (2) verbunden ist und mindestens zwei Schleifräder (10, 11) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Arm (9) im Verhältnis zu dem tragenden Element (2) aus einer inaktiven Position, in der die Schleifräder (10, 11) vom Messer (5) der Schneidmaschine beabstandet sind, in eine erste aktive Position bewegt wird, in welcher ein Schleifrad (10) der Schleifräder (10, 11) in Kontakt mit dem Messer (5) der Schneidmaschine bewegt wird, in eine zweite aktive Position, in welcher mindestens ein anderes Schleifrad (11) der Schleifräder (10, 11) in Kontakt mit dem Messer (5) der Schneidmaschine bewegt wird.
  2. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie drei Schleifräder umfasst:
    ein Grobschleifrad (10), ein Feinschleifrad (11) und ein Trimmschleifrad (12), wobei das Grobschleifrad (10) und das Feinschleifrad (11) auf dem Arm (9) montiert sind und alternativ zueinander mit einer selben Seite des Messers (5) der Schneidmaschine in Eingriff gebracht werden können, mit dem Arm (9) in der ersten aktiven Position beziehungsweise mit dem Arm (9) in der zweiten aktiven Position; wobei das Trimmschleifrad (12) mit der Seite des Messers (5) der Schneidmaschine in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, die der Seite gegenüberliegt, die vom Feinschleifrad (11) berührt wird, wenn der Arm (9) in der zweiten aktiven Position ist.
  3. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm (9) wie ein Kipphebel angebracht ist, der mit einem intermediären Abschnitt gelenkig um eine Hauptachse (20) an dem tragenden Element (2) angebracht ist; wobei der Arm (9) nahe seinen Enden, die einander mit Bezug auf die Hauptachse (20) gegenüberliegen, das Grobschleifrad (10) und das Feinschleifrad (11) trägt und in der Lage ist, sich mit Bezug auf das tragende Element (2) in eine Richtung um die Hauptachse (20) zu drehen, um in der ersten aktiven Position angeordnet zu sein, und in die entgegengesetzte Richtung, um in der zweiten aktiven Position angeordnet zu sein, wobei die inaktive Position einer Drehposition des Arms (9) entspricht, die sich zwischen den Drehpositionen befindet, die der ersten aktiven Position und der zweiten aktiven Position entsprechen.
  4. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsmittel (3) in die zwei gegenüberliegenden Flächen (6, 15) des Flügels (4) eingreifen können und ausgebildet sind, um das tragende Element (2) in stabilem Eingriff mit dem Flügel (4) zu halten, und so angeordnet, dass die Hauptachse (20) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Drehachse (8) des Messers (5) ist.
  5. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trimmschleifrad (12) verschiebbar von dem tragenden Element (2) entlang einer Richtung getragen wird, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Hauptachse (20) ist, wobei Mittel (38) bereitgestellt sind, um das Trimmschleifrad (12) vom Messer (5) der Schneidmaschine im Kontrast zu elastischen Rückstellmitteln (34) zu beabstanden; wobei der Arm (9) zum Zwecke ihrer Deaktivierung mit den Beabstandungsmitteln (38) verbunden ist, wenn der Arm (9) in die zweite aktive Position übergeht.
  6. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsmittel (3) Folgendes umfassen:
    - ein Paar von Schnellverbindungen (16, 17), die voneinander beabstandet sind und in das gekrümmte Profil (4a) des Flügels (4) eingreifen können, das der Schneidkante des Messers (5) zugewandt ist, wobei die Schnellverbindungen (16, 17) so angeordnet werden können, dass sie gegen eine Fläche (6) des Flügels (4) aufliegen, die auf einer Ebene liegt, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Drehachse (8) des Messers (5) ist,
    - eine Kontrast-Schraube (18), die gegen die gegenüberliegende Fläche (15) des Flügels (4) festgezogen werden kann.
  7. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Schleifräder (10, 11, 12) eine scheibenartige Form mit einem peripheren ringförmigen Abschnitt hat, die dazu bestimmt ist, in Kontakt mit einem peripheren Bereich des Messers (5) zu stehen.
  8. Die Schärfvorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trimmschleifrad (10) und das Feinschleifrad (11) von dem Arm (9) drehbar um die entsprechenden Achsen (30, 31) gelagert sind, und dadurch, dass die Achsen (30, 31) des Vorschleifrads (10) und des Feinschleifrads (11) auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit Bezug auf eine imaginäre Ebene (33) geneigt sind, die durch die Drehachse (8) des Messers (5) und durch die Hauptachse (20) verläuft, wobei das tragende Element (2) mit dem Flügel (4) der Schneidmaschine verbunden ist.
