Claims (17)

  1. Système d'allumage pour générateur de gaz (42), en particulier pour un système de retenue des occupants d'un véhicule, avec
    au moins une charge primaire (14),
    au moins une broche de connection électrique (16), qui est reliée dans la zone du primaire (14) via un pont métallique (18) avec un autre connecteur (16) ou est relié à un contact conducteur métallique et
    un support allumeur (24) métallique, qui possède au moins une ouverture (26), à travers laquelle passe au moins un connecteur (16),
    caractérisé en ce que au moins un connecteur (16) possède un système de retenue (38) situé entre la charge primaire (14) et le support-allumeur (24), celui-ci est saillant latéralement vers l'extérieur par rapport à la direction d'extension (E) du connecteur associé (16) et possède une pointe (40) s'étendant au delà de l'ouverture associée (26) et que les connecteurs (16) sont maintenus au moins partiellement dans l'un des supports-allumeurs au moyen d'une embase (28), et que l'embase (28) est réalisée par injection dans au moins une des ouvertures (26) dans l'ensemble formé par les connecteurs (16) et le volume intérieur (30) du support-allumeur (24).
  2. Système d'allumage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque connecteur (16) possède au moins un système de retenue.
  3. Système d'allumage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque connecteur (16) possède sa propre ouverture associée (26), au travers de laquelle il passe.
  4. Système d'allumage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de connecteurs (16) passe par une ouverture commune (26).
  5. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (16) sont rectilignes.
  6. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (16) sont parallèles entre eux dans la zone du système de retenue (38).
  7. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture (26) au moins est fermée par un joint dans le support-allumeur (24).
  8. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les systèmes de retenue (38) sont faits d'une seule pièce avec les connecteurs (16) par élargissement.
  9. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (16) comprennent des broches (22), sur lesquelles les systèmes de retenue (38) sont disposées.
  10. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les connecteurs (16) comprennent le support de pont métallique (20), sur lequel les systèmes de retenue (38) sont disposées.
  11. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les systèmes de retenue (38) sont obtenus par poinçonnage.
  12. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les systèmes de retenue (38) sont obtenus par gaufrage ou par compression.
  13. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support-allumeur (24) s'étend latéralement jusqu'au côté extérieur du système d'allumage (10).
  14. Système d'allumage selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support-allumeur (24) dépasse latéralement et vers l'extérieur les zones adjacentes du système d'allumage (10).
  15. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support-allumeur (24) présente une base de montage pour la fixation du système d'allumage (10) au générateur de gaz (42).
  16. Système d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support-allumeur (24) tient sur la base du générateur de gaz (42).
  17. Générateur de gaz (42) pour un système de retenue des occupants d'un véhicule caractérisée en ce que le système d'allumage (10) est selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes.
