Claims (7)

  1. Chaise avec une assise (1) inclinable et un dossier (2) porté par un support de dossier (5),
    un sabot d'appui (10) étant prévu dans lequel un disque excentrique (9) est logé de façon rotative,
    le disque excentrique (9) étant traversé de façon excentrique par une barre (8) qui est reliée avec lui de façon solidaire en rotation et qui sur l'une de ses extrémités est reliée à une poignée (7) permettant de la faire tourner,
    un bras (6) étant prévu dans lequel la barre (8) est logée de façon rotative, caractérisée par les attributs suivants :
    - le sabot d'appui (10) est prévu sur le support de dossier (5) et le bras (6) est prévu sur la face antérieure du siège (1),
    - une douille d'enclenchement (14) est reliée de façon solidaire en rotation avec l'extrémité citée de la barre (8), tout en étant toutefois déplaçable le long de la barre (8), entre une première et une deuxième position ;
    - dans la première position, par des moyens d'enclenchement (21) créés sur elle, la douille d'enclenchement (14) est en engagement dans des moyens de contre-enclenchement (22) sur le siège (1),
    - dans la deuxième position, les moyens d'enclenchement (21) sur la douille d'enclenchement (14) sont hors engagement avec les moyens de contre-enclenchement (22) sur le siège (1) et contraints par ressort à l'encontre de la première position, et
    - la poignée (7) est reliée de façon solidaire en rotation avec la douille d'enclenchement (14).
  2. Chaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la douille d'enclenchement (14) est munie de rainures ou dents d'enclenchement (21) frontales en tant que moyens d'enclenchement.
  3. Chaise selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de contre-enclenchement comprennent une came d'enclenchement (22) qui à partir de la face inférieure du siège (1) saillit vers le bas.
  4. Chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que pour la contrainte par ressort de la douille d'enclenchement, un ressort de pression (18) est présent, qui s'appuie d'une part à l'encontre de la première position sur la douille d'enclenchement (14) et d'autre part qui s'appuie au moins indirectement sur la barre.
  5. Chaise selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une douille de guidage (15) est fixée de façon solidaire en rotation et indéplaçable sur la barre (8) et en ce que le ressort de pression (18) s'appuie sur celle-ci.
  6. Chaise selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la douille d'enclenchement (14) chevauche le ressort de pression (18), la douille de guidage (15) et l'extrémité libre de la barre.
  7. Chaise selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la poignée (7) est reliée au-delà de l'extrémité libre de la barre avec la douille d'enclenchement (15).
