Definitions

  • the invention relates to an inner boot for sports shoes, particularly suitable for shoes used in sports such as skiing. It also relates to a sports shoe comprising such a shoe.
  • a ski boot, snowboard, etc. generally consists of a rigid rod surrounding a liner, one of whose functions is to guarantee the skier's comfort despite the high pressure exerted by the rigid rod, which goes back to his shin.
  • a liner comprises a tongue in its front part which closes an indentation from the inside, which can deviate under the pressure of the foot through this notch and a notch of the rigid rod. the shoe to facilitate the boot and the heaving of the shoe.
  • the tongue is rotatably mounted on the front of the liner to be able to occupy an advanced position away from the liner.
  • this solution has the disadvantage that the tongue is often poorly positioned relative to the rest of the shoe.
  • An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a shoe shoe slipper ensuring good support and easy footwear, while providing improved comfort.
  • the liner comprises a traditional tongue in its front part, covered by two overlapping flaps at the instep to prevent drifting and jamming of the tongue.
  • the boot 1 for a ski boot illustrated in the figures comprises a rod mounted on a sole, adapted to go up to the bottom of a skier's leg.
  • the upper part of the rod thus forms a collar 2 open in its front part thanks to its two substantially vertical ends 3, 3 'delimiting an anterior notch occupied by a tongue 4.
  • This tongue 4 extends over a large part of the shoe, as the anterior notch of the rod, and is connected to the liner in its lower part towards the front of the rod rotatably about a substantially horizontal axis and transverse to the shoe. It is therefore adapted for a forward movement along the arrow F to enlarge the upper opening 6 provided to insert the foot of the skier.
  • the figure 2 illustrates more precisely such a position of the tongue while the figure 1 illustrates its rest position.
  • the liner has two superimposed flaps 7, 7 'semi-rigid, respectively connected to the two lateral ends 13, 13' of the liner around its anterior central notch at the instep of the skier, wrongly called the neck of foot of the bootie.
  • These flaps have a free end and are able to slide on one another. They can thus deviate, as shown on the figure 2 , under the effect of the pressure of the tongue 4. They have a width substantially equal to that of the notch, which ensures their superposition in all configurations of use of the shoe.
  • the flaps extend about the entire area of the skier's instep.
  • a suitable three-dimensional shape in the form of a double tile in two perpendicular directions, a first shape of tile in the direction of the slipper, ie from bottom to top on its stem, whose center of curvature is positioned outside the liner, and a second tile in the direction transverse to the liner, parallel to the axis 5, whose center of curvature is positioned inside the liner.
  • Other dimensions of the flaps are possible without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, they could have a slightly smaller width, the width being measured along the axis transverse to the boot, calculated so that the flaps remain superimposed, even in a position apart as on the figure 2 .
  • they could have a different height, measured in the direction of the slipper.
  • they could be in the form of simple strips, for example two centimeters high, and already allow to obtain a positive technical effect. Conversely, they could go up higher and also cover a lower part of the necklace.
  • the notch of the liner is covered by an elastic band 8 which covers the tongue 4 and at least the lower part of the flaps 7, 7 '.
  • the elastic band 8 performs a similar function of elastic retention but remains optional, the flaps being sufficient for good performance.
  • the flaps will be made of a sliding material, at least at their contact surface, to promote their sliding movements, under the effort of the foot of a skier, which gives the shoe a good flexibility and responsiveness to the stresses exerted by the skier.
  • a semi-rigid material will also be advantageous to achieve a good compromise between the need for elastic retention of the tongue and that of flexibility to allow forward movement along the arrow F of the tongue for the boot slipper .
  • a plastic material is particularly suitable for the flaps, which may for example be made of PVC or polyurethane, of hardness less than or equal to 40 shD. It will thus be possible, for example, to form plastic flaps in a monolithic structure, by injection or thermoforming, and then to report them to the rest of the liner.
  • the upper surface of the tongue 4 is likewise covered with a plastic material at least in the area where it is covered by the flaps to facilitate the reciprocal sliding of the tongue and the flaps.
  • the rest of the liner can be made according to the usual methods, based on softer materials such as fabrics and foams.
  • the connection between the flaps and the liner shaft can be positioned differently and be done by any known technique, sewing, ultrasonic welding ...
  • the flaps could be formed by a super-injection of a plastic material on the rest of the shoe.
  • at least a portion of the outer surface of the collar could also be covered by the same plastic material as the flaps during the same injection step, the flaps then coming in the continuity of the collar and forming a single piece with its semi-rigid surface layer.
  • the invention has been illustrated in the context of a boot for a ski boot, but could be implemented on any sporting boot, including a collar going up on the lower leg, distinct or not a shoe upper, strongly pressed against the foot or leg.
