Definitions

  • the invention relates to an inner shoe comfort shoe with rigid shaft, and is particularly suitable for shoes used in sports such as skiing. It also relates to a ski boot as such equipped with such a shoe.
  • a ski boot, snowboard, etc. generally consists of a rigid rod surrounding a liner, one of whose functions is to guarantee the skier's comfort despite the high pressure exerted by the rigid rod, which goes back to his shin.
  • a shoe comprises a tongue in its front part which closes an indentation, which can deviate under the pressure of the foot through this notch of the shoe and through an indentation of the rigid upper of the shoe to facilitate the boot and the heaving of the shoe.
  • the tongue is rotatably mounted on the front of the liner to be able to occupy an advanced position away from the liner.
  • the figure 1 represents a shell 1 classic ski boot right foot, which is the lower part of the rigid rod on which usually comes to mount a mobile collar in rotation to cover the lower leg.
  • This shell 1 comprises a lower part 2 substantially horizontal forming a housing for the foot, and a vertical portion 3 which covers on the one hand the instep 4, that is to say the transition zone between the horizontal and vertical parts of the shell, which corresponds at the ankle of the skier, and secondly the lower leg 5, and which is intended to be extended by a collar that goes up to the shin.
  • the shell 1 At the level of the lower leg 5 and the instep 4, the shell 1 comprises a notch 6 in its front part, delimited by two respectively medial 7 and lateral 8 edges 8. These edges extend from an upper end 9 in the zone from the lower leg 5 to one end 10 in the area of the instep 4, before giving way to two overlapping flaps 11, 12 covering a horizontal notch in the horizontal front portion 2 of the shell 1.
  • the main difficulty when donning and releasing a sports shoe comprising such a shell 1 is to cross the area of the instep 4.
  • a skier spreads the tongue as far as possible through firstly the notch of the comfort slipper and on the other hand the notch 6 of the hull.
  • the upper surface of the foot comes directly in contact with the rigid slices 7, 8 of the shell 1 delimiting the notch 6, which is very painful. This phenomenon occurs particularly at the medial edge 7 of the shoe, corresponding to the inside of the foot.
  • the tongue of the slipper and spread out is then often poorly positioned relative to the rest of the shoe, particularly tends to get stuck laterally on the outer surface of the boot.
  • the semi-rigid edges of the tongue cross the soft edges of the notch of the boot generally at the level of the instep and at the end of footwear, the tongue tends not to return easily in its rest position, at least a portion of its ends remaining stuck on the outer surface of the slipper. This phenomenon is particularly common in the instep, where the notch of the liner is very narrow and promotes the jamming of the tongue.
  • An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a shoe shoe slipper ensuring good support and easy footwear, while providing improved comfort.
  • the invention will now be illustrated in the context of an implementation on a ski boot.
  • the concept of the invention can, however, be implemented on any other sports shoe whose structure consists of a comfort slipper integrated in a rigid upper, such as a snowboard boot for example.
  • the invention is therefore concerned with improving the comfort of these sports shoes, particularly during the boot and heave phases.
  • a phase considering a right foot shoe as illustrated on the figure 1 , the user grasps the tongue 21 of the slipper of the right hand and spreads it outwardly, on the lateral side of the shoe, leaving then the rigid medial edge 7 of the shell, facing inwards, c that is, to the left foot.
  • This ridge is the cause of pain as it was detailed above because it rubs on the top of the foot.
  • the figure 2 represents a liner and a ski boot according to an embodiment of the invention.
  • the ski boot incorporates a comfort boot 20 into a rigid upper.
  • the latter for example in a rigid plastic such as polyurethane hardness between 45 and 60 shD, consists of a collar 14 mounted on a shell 1 such as that described on the figure 1 .
  • the shell therefore comprises a horizontal portion 2 comprising two flaps 11, 12 on which are mounted closing and clamping elements 13. These flaps 11, 12 are respectively connected to the medial edge 7 and side 8 of the substantially vertical portion of the shell 1 , which extend from the upper end 9 in the lower leg to a lower end 10, at the instep, and which delimit the notch front of the hull.
  • the collar 14 is likewise in a rigid material and covers the liner 20 and the shell 1 in a substantially vertical zone extending approximately from the lower leg to the tibia. It also comprises an anterior notch around which clamping and closure elements 15 are mounted. For reasons of clarity of representation of the invention, the collar 14 is simplified and truncated.
  • the liner 20 comprises a tongue 21 in its front part, closing an indentation 22 of the liner 20, fixed in the anterior zone of the boot so as to allow a rotational mobility of the tongue 21 around a substantially transverse virtual axis 23, positioned near the anterior border 16 of the flaps 11, 12 of the hull of the shoe.
  • the tongue 21 is shown in a spaced apart position as it may be during a booting phase or loosening of the boot. In this configuration, it appears that the tongue 21 leaves beyond the notch 22 of the shoe 20 and forces on the shell 1 so as to spread the edges 7, 8 delimiting the notch 6 to enlarge this notch and increase the interior space of the shoe for the passage of the foot.
  • the liner 20 comprises an element of 25 connected on the one hand on the medial edge of the tongue 21 and secondly on the medial edge 24 of the liner, extending vertically on an area substantially corresponding to the medial edge 7 of the shell 1 of the shoe .
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 represent an isolated slipper implementing the solution according to the embodiment of the invention.
  • a liner 20 can be divided into four zones, a front zone 26, an instep zone 27, a lower leg zone 28 and a tibia zone 29.
  • the tongue 21 is rotatable. around an axis 23 positioned in the front zone 26 of the liner, comprises a protection element 25 whose lower part 30 is in the area of the instep 27 or just above, and which extends mainly in the lower leg zone 28, its upper portion 31 stopping near the tibia zone 29.
  • the protective element 25 is in a flexible material, so as not to disturb the movement of the tongue 21. It may be for example rubber or flexible plastic or fabric. It can include a comfort material, such as a comfort foam. As a remark, the protection element described must not be confused with a sealing element. Indeed, it does not represent a sealing solution as a bellows, since it does not occupy the entire surface between the tongue and the rest of the boot but leaves free spaces, especially towards the front of the boot.
  • the protection element 25 can fulfill its protection function in two different ways, according to two embodiments of the invention.
  • a first embodiment of the invention is inserted directly between the rigid rod and the foot of a user and fulfills its protective function by providing an intermediate layer between the rigid rod and the foot of a user .
  • It is indeed positioned between the skier's foot and the rigid medial ridge 7 of the shell so as to greatly reduce the risk of pain felt by the skier in a boot configuration and release of the shoe.
  • it may include a comfort layer, for example foam or fabric, associated with a PVC fabric.
  • it will include a height sufficient to cover the entire rigid edge 7, and its upper portion 31 will at least at the upper portion 9 of the rigid edge.
  • a second embodiment of the invention fulfills its protective function indirectly, by limiting the amplitude of movement towards the front of the tongue 21, so that the tongue 21 always remains interposed between the foot and the rigid rod, particularly between the rigid edge 7 of the shell and the foot inside the liner, even when the protection element is stretched as far forward as possible, the tongue reaching its most effective stop position forward.
  • this solution also limits the second jamming problem of the tongue recalled in the preamble.
  • a protective element whose dimensions can be of the order of 40 millimeters in length, measured between the medial edge of the liner around the notch and the medial edge of the tongue. A length between 30 and 50 millimeters may be suitable. Its height may be less extensive than in the mode previous execution and be lower than the rigid edge 7 of the shell. The most important part of its height will be in the zone of the bottom of leg 28.
  • the protection element 25 also represents a limitation of the range of movement of the tongue, which can reduce the jamming of the tongue and reduce the situations of appearance of the tongue. rigid rod directly in contact with the foot of the user. It can accumulate more or less both direct and indirect protection functions.
  • an elastic material for the protection element which will deform under the effect of pulling forward of the tongue by opposing a force more and more. strong in a progressive way, to represent an abutment of the movement of separation of the tongue. Then, it provides a return force to the initial position of the tongue.
  • the invention has been illustrated with a simplest, substantially rectangular shape-protecting element.
  • this element can be fixed by any mechanical means of the seam type, or by gluing, welding ...
  • the invention has been illustrated with a single protective element on the medial side of the liner. However, a similar element could also be positioned on the other side said side of the boot, corresponding to the outer part of the foot.
