Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sports shoe defined by the preamble of claim 1.
  • Sliding sports involve contradictory constraints concerning the structure of shoes. On the one hand, they must present rigid elements allowing the user to guide from precise way the gliding machine and feel the response of the machine to his solicitations. On the other hand, they must have elements flexible, ensuring comfort by spreading, in the most homogeneous possible, the contact pressure around the feet and user's legs.
  • Patent application EP 1 172 042 discloses a ski boot having a rigid rod on which is articulated a collar at the level of malleolus.
  • the stem has on the top of the foot an indentation extending to the top of the instep. This indentation is closed by two lower flaps partially overlapping and ensuring the waterproofness of the shoe.
  • the collar has a rear part, in rigid material, in which is fixed a semi-rigid element whose two ends are upper flaps overlapping on the in front of the leg. The rear part of the collar is used to fix the devices tightening and closing the shoe, to resume efforts exerted by the user on the upper flaps of the collar and transmit these to the rod.
  • the shoe includes, in addition, a comfort boot with a semi-rigid tongue.
  • This type of embodiment has a disadvantage.
  • the elements in semi-rigid material forming the flaps and constituting the front part of the collar and the upper part of the stem are difficult to assemble at the back of the collar and at the stem. These assemblies, for aesthetics must be made inside the shoe.
  • EP 0 919 265 and US Pat. No. 5,933,987 are known from US Pat. in-line skates comprising a removable shell and boot.
  • the sports shoe according to the invention is characterized by the part characterized in claims 1 and 2.
  • the attached drawing represents, by way of example, a shoe according to the invention.
  • Figure 1 is a perspective view of a shoe according to the invention.
  • Figure 2 is a perspective view of a sole comfort slipper.
  • FIG. 3 is a sectional view along plane III-III of FIG. comfort slipper alone.
  • FIG. 4 is a view similar to that of FIG. comfort being represented as it is when the shoe is closed.
  • FIG. 6 is a sectional view along plane VI-VI of FIG. comfort slipper alone.
  • the ski boot 1 shown in FIG. 1 comprises a rod rigid 17 consisting of an injected polyurethane shell 2, a collar 3 articulated on the hull in the malleolar region around an axis 10 and the rear portion 4 is made of a rigid material.
  • the shoe 1 receives a comfort slipper 30.
  • the shell 2 includes a sole whose front ends 12 and rear 11 are shaped to allow to link the shoe 1 to a gliding board (no represented) through fasteners (not shown).
  • the shell 2 has an opening located at the level of the top of the foot and extending to the top of the instep.
  • the shoe has means 21, 22 and 23 for closing and clamping lever type, pulling and loop cooperating with hooks.
  • the shoe has in the top of the collar a closure means 24 and clamping device comprising a lever and a pulling cooperating with a strap adjustable length.
  • the comfort liner 30 shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 6 is intended for come and lodge in the shoe to spread the pressure of the footwear on the user's foot in the most homogeneous way possible. It is covered with a waterproof material
  • An indentation 25 originates on the top of the foot and extends to the top of the slipper. This notch 25 is closed by a tongue 9 connected to the slipper in the lower part of the indentation.
  • This tab 9 is made of foam and is covered on its outer surface with an element semi-rigid 20 assembled to it by sewing.
  • the liner 30 has in its upper part intended to surround the user's leg an element 31 semi-rigid.
  • This element 31 has the form of a band shown in Figure 5. It surrounds the shoe 30 and tongue 9 above the instep.
  • the central part 5 of it has for function to link the element 31 to the boot at the back of its part upper part by means of a seam 32.
  • the ends 6 and 7 of element 31 form two overlapping flaps, as shown in FIG. Figure 4, when the shoe is closed.
  • the outer flap 6 has a rectangular shape and is intended to come cover the tongue 9.
  • the flap 7 also has a rectangular shape but has a height greater than that of the flap 6 so as to come and cover it completely.
  • the flaps 6 and 7 are maintained in position one on the other in a position covering the tongue 9 by the clamping devices 23 and 24.
  • the element 31 completes in the notch, when the flaps 6 and 7 are in this position, the part back 4 of the shell to form the collar of the shoe 1.
  • the rigid part 4 located behind the collar serves to fix the devices 23 and 24 closing and tightening of the shoe. She permits also to resume the efforts exerted on the necklace so as to transmit to the shell 2 of the shoe.
  • the flaps 6 and 7 overlapping and extending from the instep to top of the shoe, they make it possible to seal the shoe and optimize the distribution of pressure efforts on the in front of the user's leg.
  • the liner 30 has in its lower part, intended to surround the user's foot, semi-rigid elements 14 and 15. These elements 14 and 15 have the form of rectangles. They are linked on the lower part of slipper by means of seams which are made on the slipper of on both sides of the top of the foot. Elements 14 and 15 form two flaps overlapping, as shown in Figure 7, when the shoe is closed. The flaps are held in this position by the clamping devices 21 and 22.
  • the collar 3 formed by the element semi-rigid 31 and the lower flaps 14 and 15 can be assembled to slipper in a simple way.
  • the assembly of these elements on the comfort slipper is carried out by sewing. However, it can be done by any other means such as bonding, riveting or a combination of these means.
  • the flaps 6, 7, 14 and 15 can be asymmetrical and can be made of synthetic material or leather.
  • the flaps can be attached to the liner on the tongue.
  • the lower flaps can be made in one piece connected to the slipper on the sole of the slipper or constitute the sole slipper.
