In Fig. 1 ist das Gehäuse 1 eines von vorn beschickbaren Wäschetrockners mit einer einseitig schwenkbar angelenkten Tür 2 dargestellt. Die Tür 2 zum Verschließen der Beschickungsöffnung besteht aus einem zweiteiligen Kunststoffrahmen 6 mit eingepasstem Glasfenster 3. Die Tür 2 ist mittels eines Scharniers 4 am Gerätegehäuse 1 angelenkt. Gegenüber dem Scharnier 4, im Randbereich des Rahmens 6 nach oben versetzt, ist ein Türgriff 5 angeformt. Beim Schwenken der Tür 2 taucht der Rand 22 hinter die Scharnierarme (21, Fig. 6), so dass die Scharnierarme 21 in Schlitze 23 des Rands 22 eindringen.In Fig. 1 the housing 1 of a front-loadable clothes dryer with a hinged side hinged door 2 is shown. Das Scharnier 4 besteht gemäß Fig. 2 bis 4 aus zwei Teilen, einem türseitigen Scharnierteil 12 und einem geräteseitigen Scharnierteil 16, die über nur eine Drehachse 8 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Drehachse 8 des Scharniers 4 ist zweigeteilt. Die sichelförmige Grundplatte 26 des türseitigen Scharnierteils 12 überbrückt die seitlichen Durchbrüche 11 (Fig. 7) im Türrahmen 6, die mit Randeinschnitten 20 der gehäuseseitigen Türschale 18 zwischen den Lagerböcken 15 korrespondieren. Die sichelförmige Grundplatte 26 des türseitigen Scharnierteils 12 folgt der Form eines Kreisbogens, der der Krümmung des Türrahmens 6 angepasst ist, und weist auf der Seite zur frontseitigen Türschale 17 eine plane Anlagefläche auf. Zur Verbesserung der Einbindung in den Türrahmen 6 ist das türseitige Scharnierteil 12 passgenau in die im Rahmenteil 6 eingearbeitete Aufnahmestruktur 9 eingeformt. Außerdem ist das türseitige Scharnierteil 12 über Schraubdome 10 mit entsprechenden, hier nicht sichtbaren Sacklöchern im Rahmenteil 6 formschlüssig verbunden und mittels nicht dargestellter Schrauben befestigt. Die Verschraubung sichert die Verbindung von Scharnierteil 12 und Türschale 18 und ermöglicht einen eng tolerierten Presssitz. Die in der Türschale 18 eingeformten Schraubdome 10 sind vorteilhafterweise rund und leicht konisch ausgebildet und dienen bei der Montage als Positionierhilfen. Abschließend wir die frontseitige Türschale 17 - das ist das von außen sichtbare Teil des Türrahmens 6 - über die mit dem Scharnier 4 verbunden gehäuseseitige Türschale gestülpt und mittel der Rastelemente 24 verrastet.The mounting of the hinge 4 is just as easy. Claims (12)

  1. Housing of a washing machine or a laundry dryer (1) with a frontal loading opening and a door (2) for closing the loading opening, in which two door skins (17, 18) are articulated to the housing by means of a single-axis hinge (5), which comprises at the housing side a hinge part (16) fastened to the housing, in such a manner that the door (2) is pivotable through an opening angle of approximately 180° and in closed setting is recessed into a front wall recess (19) in such a manner that it is flush or approximately flush with the front surface of the housing, characterised in that the hinge (4) has at the door side a hinge part (12) which is mounted between the door skin (17), which is at the front side, and the door skin (18), which is at the housing side, in a receiving structure (9) and has two passages (11) corresponding with edge incisions (20) in the door skin (18) at the housing side and bearing blocks (15) associated with the passages, wherein the passages (11) serve for reception of hinge arms (21) which are arranged appropriately in form and position at the hinge part (16) at the housing side and protrude forwardly from the front wall recess (19), and wherein the hinge part (12) at the door side comprises a crescent-shaped base plate (26) provided at the curve outer side with the passages (11), at each of the flanks of which a respective one of the bearing blocks (15) protrudes forwardly.
  2. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge part (16) at the housing side is a diecast part.
  3. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge part (12) at the door side consists of a reinforced plastics material.
  4. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that slots (23), which are formed in the door skin (17) at the front side in the edge (22) facing towards the housing in the closed setting of the door (2), correspond identically in position with the passages (11) of the hinge part (16) at the housing side and with the edge incisions (20) of the door skin (18) at the housing side and in the open setting of the door (2) engage around the hinge arms (21).
  5. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge part (12) at the door side forms together with the receiving structure (9) a press seat and is thereby held at the door skin (18, 17) at the housing side and/or front side.
  6. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge part (12) at the door side is screw-connected with the door skin (18) at the housing side by way of screw domes (10) integrated in the skin.
  7. Housing according to claim 6, characterised in that at least one screw dome (10) is formed on either side of the edge incisions (20) of the door skin (18) at the housing side.
  8. Housing according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the screw domes (10) are constructed as positioning aids for screw connections.
  9. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge arms (21) are mounted against the bearing blocks (15) to be rotatable about axles (25) arranged at at least one of these two parts.
  10. Housing according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge arms (21) are each rotatably connected with the bearing blocks (15) by way of a respective metal axle (25).
  11. Housing according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the hinge part (16) at the housing side has a crescent-shaped base plate (27), at the front side of which the two hinge arms (21) corresponding with the passages (11) of the hinge part (12) at the door side extend forwardly.
  12. Housing according to claim 11, characterised in that the crescent-shaped base plate (26, 27) has on its mounting side a structure containing cavities (13) and partition webs (14).
