It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the description of the present application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated.
In some embodiments, the third segment 413 is straight, and the included angle between the third segment 413 and the second segment 412 is an obtuse angle, and the included angle between the third segment 413 and the first segment 411 is an acute angle.
In other embodiments, the third segment 413 is disposed in a curved manner, and the third segment 413 is bent away from the second segment 412 and the third segment 413 is bent toward the first segment 411.
In the embodiment of the present application, the third segment 413 is disposed in a curved manner, and the axis of the third segment 413 is a circular arc, and the axis of the first segment 411 and the axis of the second segment 412 are each parallel to a radius of the axis of the third segment 413. Wherein the axis of the first segment 411 is itself a radius of the axis of the third segment 413. That is, the end of the first segment 411 away from the third segment 413 is the center of the axis of the third segment 413.
By setting the axis of the third segment 413 to be an arc and setting the end of the first segment 411 far from the third segment 413 to the center of the axis of the third segment 413, the distance from any point on the third segment 413 to the rotation center (the end of the first segment 411 far from the third segment 413) can be kept equal, and the distance between the door cover 30 and the rotation center can be kept unchanged in the rotation process of the hinge assembly 40, so that the door cover 30 is prevented from fluctuating up and down in the opening and closing process, and the opening and closing process of the door cover 30 is stable.
When the door 30 is rotated to completely close the washing machine 100, the first segment 411 is inclined or perpendicular to the rim 22, the second segment 412 is parallel to the rim 22, a part of the third segment 413 is located on a side of the rim 22 facing away from the door 30, and another part is located in the through hole 220.
When the door 30 is rotated to partially close/open the washing machine 100, the first segment 411 and the second segment 412 are both inclined to the rim 22, and a portion of the third segment 413 is located on a side of the rim 22 facing away from the door 30, a portion is located in the through hole 220, and another portion is located on a side of the rim 22 facing the door 30.
When the door 30 is rotated to fully open the washing machine 100, the first section 411 is parallel to the rim 22, the second section 412 is inclined or perpendicular to the rim 22, and a portion of the third section 413 is located in the through hole 220 and another portion is located on a side of the rim 22 facing the door 30.
It should be noted that, during the rotation of the door 30, the angle of the door 30 rotatable relative to the tray 20 is the same as the central angle corresponding to the axis of the third segment 413. Such as: when the central angle corresponding to the axis of the third segment 413 is 90 °, the first segment 411 is perpendicular to the second segment 412, and when one of the first segment 411 and the second segment 412 is parallel to the edge 22, the other is necessarily perpendicular to the edge 22; when the central angle corresponding to the axis of the third segment 413 is greater than or less than 90 °, the first segment 411 and the second segment 412 are inclined, and when one of the first segment 411 and the second segment 412 is parallel to the edge 22, the other one is necessarily inclined to the edge 22. It is understood that, in order to avoid that the door 30 is held by the user to prevent the door 30 from falling when the door 30 fully opens the washing machine 100, the central angle corresponding to the axis of the third section 413 should be not less than 90 °, the included angle between the door 30 and the tray 20 when the door 30 fully opens the washing machine 100 should be not less than 90 °, and the door 30 will not fall even if the user does not hold the door 30 by the user. Of course, it is also possible to prevent the door 30 from falling down due to gravity after the washing machine 100 is opened by providing a damper at the junction of the hinge body 41 and the rim 22.
Please continue to refer to fig. 9. A hole 4110 is formed in one end, away from the third section 413, of the first section 411, where the hole 4110 may be a blind hole, and the hole 4110 may also be a through hole. The axial direction of the hole 4110 is perpendicular to the plane of the axes of the first section 411, the second section 412 and the third section 413. In other words, the axial direction of the hole 4110 is parallel to the width direction of the first section 411. One end of the connecting structure 23 is disposed through the hole 4110 so that the first section 411 is rotatably connected to the connecting structure 23.
In some embodiments, the door 30 of the washing machine 100 is provided with a display screen or other electronic components, and the washing machine 100 needs to be wired from the body 10 or the base 20 to the inside of the door 30. The hinge body 41 has a groove 410 on a surface facing away from the door 30, and the groove 410 is used for a wire to pass through. In order to ensure that the wires are always located in the groove 410 during the rotation of the door 30 and are not placed outside the hinge assembly 40, the groove 410 needs to extend from the connection between the third segment 413 and the second segment 412 to at least the connection between the third segment 413 and the first segment 411. Correspondingly, the connecting portion of the second section 412 and the third section 413 is provided with a window 4121 penetrating through the second section 412 along the thickness direction, and the window 4121 is communicated with the groove 410, so that the lead in the groove 410 can pass through the window 4121 and enter the door cover 30.
The hinged cover plate 42 covers the notches of the grooves 410 to shield the grooves 410 and the wires in the grooves 410. The side of the hinge cover plate 42 facing away from the hinge body 41 is flush with the side of the hinge body 41 facing away from the door 30, so that the hinge assembly 40 is more aesthetically pleasing overall. The shape of the hinge cover 42 is consistent with the shape of the portion of the hinge body 41 where the groove 410 is disposed. If the groove 410 extends from the junction of the third segment 413 and the second segment 412 to the junction of the third segment 413 and the first segment 411, the shape of the hinged cover plate 42 is a circular arc as the shape of the axis of the third segment 413; if the groove 410 extends from the junction of the third segment 413 and the second segment 412 to the first segment 411, the shape of the hinged cover plate 42 is consistent with the shape of the axis of the third segment 413 plus the axis of the first segment 411, and is a circular arc plus a line segment bent along the radius direction of the circular arc and connected to the end of the circular arc.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, fig. 10 is a side view of the hinge body shown in fig. 9, and fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of a door cover of the disc seat and the door cover shown in fig. 2 to 5. The free end of the second section 412 of the hinge body 41 is provided with a first clamping structure 4122, one surface of the door cover 30 facing the second section 412 is provided with a second clamping structure 31, and the first clamping structure 4122 is matched with the second clamping structure 31 to clamp the second section 412 and the door cover 30.
In order to enhance the connection strength between the second section 412 and the door cover 30, the second section 412 is further provided with a counter bore 4123. Counterbores 4123 are provided for passage of fasteners to fixedly connect the second section 412 to the door cover 30. For example, screws may be used through the counterbores 4123 to screw the second section 412 with the door cover 30.
It should be noted that the manner of fixedly connecting the second section 412 and the door cover 30 is not limited to the screw connection, and other manners may also be adopted. For example, glue may be applied to the side of the second section 412 facing the door 30 to bond the second section 412 to the door 30. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific manner of fixedly connecting the second segment 412 and the door cover 30.
Please continue to refer to fig. 7 to fig. 9. The counterbore cover plate 43 caps the counterbore 4123 to shield the counterbore 4123 and the screws within the counterbore 4123.
