Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a door subassembly and drum type washing machine to solve the current problem that can cause the display screen to be difficult to arrange with the connecting wire of main control board with the display screen setting on the door. The following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a first schematic structural diagram of a door assembly provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a second schematic structural diagram of the door assembly provided in the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application provides a door assembly 20, and the door assembly 20 may include a door body 21, a display screen 22, a hinge assembly 24 and a conducting wire 25. The display panel 22 is attached to the door 21. The hinge assembly 24 may include a base 242 and a support arm 244 connected to each other. The support arm 244 is rotatably connected to the door body 21. The conductor 25 includes a first portion 252, a second portion 254, and a third portion 256 connected in series. An end of the first portion 252 remote from the second portion 254 is exposed to the door body 21. One portion of the second portion 254 extends through the base 242 and the other portion of the second portion 254 is disposed on the support arm 244. The end of the third portion 256 remote from the second portion 254 is connected to the display screen 22. In the door assembly 20 provided by the embodiment of the application, the wire 25 connecting the display screen 22 and the main control board passes through the hinge assembly 24 and is hidden at the position of the supporting arm 244 of the hinge assembly 24, so that the strength and the function of the hinge assembly 24 are not influenced, the wire 25 is not exposed, the wire is reasonably arranged, and the attractiveness of wire arrangement is improved.
For the on-door display of the electric device, a wire is usually arranged on the on-door display, that is, the wire is required to connect the display screen 22 on the door with the main control board inside the main body of the electric device. The existing wire arrangement usually adopts a groove on the hinge assembly to place the wire, however, the hinge assembly arranged in this way is easy to cause insufficient strength, so that the problem that the hinge assembly cannot support the door body 21 occurs, namely, the service life of the hinge assembly is reduced. In order to prevent the problem caused by insufficient strength of the hinge assembly and satisfy the requirement of reasonable and beautiful arrangement of the display screen 22 and the connecting wires of the main control board inside the electric device body, the embodiment of the application provides an arrangement mode of the wires 25. The arrangement of the wires 25 will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Wherein the shape of the door body 21 may be designed to accommodate the shape of the opening of the electrical device in which the door assembly 20 is located. For example, the electric device may be a drum washing machine, the opening of the drum washing machine may be circular, and correspondingly, the door 21 may be circular. The door body 21 is rotatably installed on the electric device to open or close an opening of the electric device. Of course, the shape of the door 21 may have other shapes, and is not limited herein, and the embodiment of the present application will be described by taking the door 21 as a circle.
For example, please refer to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 1 and fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a schematic view of a third structure of the door assembly according to the embodiment of the present application. The door body 21 may be provided with the mounting groove 212, and the support arm 244 may be provided in the mounting groove 212. The mounting groove 212 can also be understood as a notch of the door body 21, and the shape of the mounting groove 212 can be configured according to the shape of the supporting arm 244, for example, the mounting groove 212 can be square, and the square mounting groove 212 is used for accommodating the supporting arm 244. The number of mounting slots 212 and the number of support arms 244 may be the same, for example, the hinge assembly 24 may include two support arms 244 with the two support arms 244 spaced apart. The number of the mounting grooves 212 may also be two. Two support arms 244 may be more easily positioned when mounting support arms 244 than one support arm 244. It will be appreciated that the door body 21 is typically mounted on the body of the electrical device and can be rotated relative to the body to open or close the body. For example, the door 21 may be mounted on a cabinet of the drum washing machine and rotatably connected to the cabinet to close or expose a laundry input opening of the drum washing machine. There are various ways in which the door body 21 may be rotatably mounted to the electric device body, and among them, it is more common to employ a hinge assembly 24, that is, to connect the electric device body to the door body 21 through an intermediate body hinge assembly 24.
For example, referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the hinge assembly and the wire of the door assembly shown in fig. 2. The support arm 244 may include a first subsection 2441 and a second subsection 2442. The first sub-portion 2441 and the second sub-portion 2442 may be connected in a bending manner, for example, an included angle between the first sub-portion 2441 and the second sub-portion 2442 may be 90 °. An end of the first sub-portion 2441 away from the second sub-portion 2442 is connected to the base 242. An end of the second sub-portion 2442 away from the first sub-portion 2441 is a free end. Another portion of the second portion 254 of the wire 25 may be disposed in the first and second subsections 2441, 2442 from a side of the support arm 244 facing away from the display screen 22. It can be understood that the supporting arm 244 can include a side facing the display screen 22 and a side facing away from the display screen 22, and the side of the supporting arm 244 facing away from the display screen 22 is hidden in the door 21 due to rotation, so that the wires 25 can be hidden by disposing the wires 25 on the side of the supporting arm 244 facing away from the display screen 22, thereby making the wiring harness arrangement beautiful and reasonable. It should be noted that the free end of the second sub-portion 2442 can be used as a part of the hinge assembly 24 connected to the door body 21. For example, a mounting hole 2443 is formed at an end of the second sub-portion 2442 away from the first sub-portion 2441, and the hinge assembly 24 may further include a rotating shaft 246, wherein the rotating shaft 246 is disposed at the mounting hole 2443 and the door body 21 to connect the supporting arm 244 and the door body 21. The door body 21 can rotate relative to the hinge assembly 24. The base 242 of the hinge assembly 24 may be fixedly coupled to the main body of the electric device, thereby achieving rotatable coupling of the door body 21 to the main body of the electric device.
In order to stabilize the wire 25 with respect to the support arm 244, i.e., not swing following the rotation of the door body 21, the door assembly 20 may further include a fixing member 27, and the fixing member 27 is used to fix another portion of the second portion 254 to the first sub-portion 2441 and the second sub-portion 2442. Illustratively, the securing member 27 may be a rivet strap, and it will be appreciated that the rivet strap may be used to secure the wires 25 by tying the wires 25 together with the rivet and securing the tie around the wires 25 to the support arms 244. Of course, the fixing member 27 may be a fixing member of other fixing methods, which is not illustrated here. The first portion 252 of the lead 25 may pass through the base 242 and pass into the interior of the electrical device body and therefore the first portion 252 is not exposed. Similarly, the third portion 256 may be disposed corresponding to the door 21, and a cover may be disposed on the door 21, so that the third portion 256 is not exposed. In sum, the conducting wire 25 arranged in this way does not affect the strength and the function of the hinge assembly 24, the conducting wire 25 can be hidden to improve the attractiveness, the wire arrangement is reasonable, and the problem that the display wire arrangement on the existing door is difficult is solved.
For example, a through hole 2421 may be disposed on the base 242, and a portion of the second portion 254 is disposed through the through hole 2421. Also, a through hole 2421 on the base 242 may be provided corresponding to the support arm 244. It should be noted that the hinge assembly 24 may include two support arms 244 spaced apart from each other, a through hole 2421 for passing the wire 25 may be disposed on the base 242, and the through hole 2421 may be disposed corresponding to one support arm 244 of the two support arms 244. Another portion of the second portion 254 is secured to the support arm 244 and a portion of the second portion 254 may be disposed through the through hole 2421 of the base 242 such that the wire 25 may pass through the hinge assembly 24 and connect to a main control board within the electrical device body.
It should be noted that the number of the supporting arms 244 may be two, and when the wires 25 are disposed, only the wires 25 need to be disposed relative to one of the supporting arms 244. For example, the hinge assembly 24 may include two support arms 244 disposed up and down, and a through hole 2421 may be disposed at a position corresponding to the base 242 of the upper support arm 244.
In order to prevent the lead 25 from being damaged due to friction between the lead 25 and the support arm 244 or the door body 21, a "protective cover" may be provided outside the lead 25 to protect the lead 25. Illustratively, the door assembly 20 may further include a sleeve 28, the sleeve 28 being disposed over the wire 25. The length of the sleeve 28 may be selected as desired, for example, for the first 252 and third 256 portions of the lead 25, the sleeve 28 may be provided where the first 252 and second 254 portions join, and the sleeve 28 may not be provided for the free end of the first portion 252 or the portion that passes through the interior of the body of the electrical device, as this portion has less chance of wear. The sleeve 28 may be absent from the portion of the third portion 256 that is connected to the display screen 22 to facilitate connection of the wires 25 to the display screen 22.
Since the door 21 needs to be rotated at all times and the lead 25 inevitably rotates along with the door 21, the sleeve 28 may be provided in multiple stages to facilitate the movement of the lead 25. For example, the sleeve 28 may include a plurality of sleeve segments 282, and the plurality of sleeve segments 282 may be sequentially sleeved on the lead 25. The length of each shroud segment 282 may be set to accommodate the location of the shroud 28, for example, the shroud 28 may be divided into two shroud segments 282 if corners are encountered. The sleeve 28 arranged in this way can make the lead 25 follow the movement of the door body 21 more smoothly, and the protection effect on the lead 25 is better.
Illustratively, the material of the sleeve 28 may be selected to be an elastic material so that the wire 25 may contact the sleeve 28 during movement without causing damage, while allowing smoother movement of the wire 25. For example, the sleeve 28 may be a plastic tube.
The arrangement of the conducting wires 25 is described above, and the structural composition of the door 21 will be described below in order to more clearly describe the positional relationship of the third portion 256 of the conducting wires 25 with respect to the door 21.
For example, please refer to fig. 5 in combination with fig. 1 to 4, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of a fourth structure of the door assembly according to the embodiment of the present application. The door body 21 may include a door ring 214 and a door bowl 216. The door bowl 216 protrudes from the door rim 214 in a direction away from the display screen 22 and forms a receiving groove 2162. The display screen 22 may be mounted to the door rim 214 with the display screen 22 at least partially disposed opposite the door bowl 216. A third portion 256 of the wire 25 is positioned to correspond to the location of the door jamb 214. It is understood that the door ring 214 may be an annular plate, and the central position of the door ring 214 may be correspondingly provided with the door bowl 216. The door bowl 216 projects away from the display screen 22, i.e., towards the interior of the electrical device, e.g., when the electrical device is a drum washing machine, the door bowl 216 projects towards the interior of the drum washing machine.
Wherein, the mounting groove 212 may be provided on an outer ring of the door ring 214 to facilitate connection with the hinge assembly 24.
Illustratively, the door assembly 20 may further include a door cover 23, and the door cover 23 covers the door body 21 from the display surface of the display screen 22 and exposes the display screen 22. It will be appreciated that the door cover 23 serves to cover the door rim 214 and the door bowl 216 to conceal such items as the wiring 25 and other aesthetically-affecting components. An opening area exposing the display screen 22 may be left on the door cover 23, and an area of the door cover 23 corresponding to the display screen 22 and an area corresponding to the door bowl 216 may also be set to be a transparent material, so as to facilitate viewing inside the electric device corresponding to the display screen 22 and the door bowl 216.
In order to supply power to the display screen 22 or provide control signals, wires are required to connect the display screen 22 with a main control board inside the electric device. It should be noted that the conducting wire 25 may be composed of a plurality of sub-wires, for example, the conducting wire 25 may include a signal wire, a power line, a positive wire, a negative wire, and the like, so as to implement power supply or signal control of the main control board to the display screen 22. The connection mode between the display screen 22 and the main control board in the embodiment of the present application can be understood as follows: the wires 25 are connected to the display screen 22 and are inserted through the space formed by the door ring 214 and the door cover 23, and then the wires 25 pass through the back of the hinge assembly 24 and are inserted into the interior of the electric device body where the door assembly 20 is located to be connected to the main control board. The lead 25 is hidden in the hinge assembly 24, so that the strength and the function of the hinge assembly 24 are not influenced, and the wiring harness can be hidden, and the attractiveness is improved.
It should be noted that, the display screen 22 is provided on the door assembly 20, and the door assembly 20 of the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a scene that needs to be displayed by a household electrical appliance. Along with the development of science and technology, intelligent household electrical appliances are more and more popular with consumers. A display screen 22 is typically provided on the household electrical appliance, and the display screen 22 can display information about the electrical appliance. For example, the display screen 22 may be disposed on the door of a household electrical appliance such as a drum washing machine, a refrigerator, etc. for the convenience of viewing by a user, and the display screen 22 disposed on the door is not excessively limited in size. For example, for a drum washing machine, in the prior art, a display screen is usually disposed on a main control board, the main control board is disposed in a cabinet of the drum washing machine, and the display screen is disposed at a position of an avoiding drum assembly of the cabinet, so that the size of the display screen is easily affected by the size of the drum assembly.
