- d) der Sockel nimmt einen Funktionskasten auf, in dem die für den Betrieb der Vorrichtung erforderlichen technischen Geräte, wie Motor, Lüfter, Filter, Steuervorrichtung und dgl. untergebracht sind und stellt eine Wechseleinheit dar,
- e) zwischen Unterseite-Haubenkörper und Deckel sind rundum angeordnete Luftansaugvorrichtungen zur Luftführung vorgesehen.

Andererseits kann die Vorrichtung als Wandhaube eingesetzt werden, wenn entsprechende Vorkehrungen in Form eines an der Wand befestigten Trägers vorgesehen wird, auf den die Haube aufgeschoben oder aufgesetzt wird. Wahlweise kann die Vorrichtung an einer Zwischendecke, z.B. einer abgehängten Decke so befestigt werden, dass die Oberseite des Haubenkörpers unmittelbar an der Zwischendecke anliegt und der Sockel zwischen Zwischendecke und Raumdecke angeordnet ist, sodass von der gesamten Vorrichtung nur das Unterteil des Haubenkörpers mit dem Deckel und dem Lichtfenster sichtbar ist, sodass die gesamte Vorrichtung vom Betrachter aus gesehen wie eine Deckenleuchte ausgebildet ist. Der Funktionskasten, der als Wechseleinheit die technische Ausrüstung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung aufnimmt, umfasst das Gebläse, den Antriebsmotor, die Steuerung der Beleuchtung, des Betriebes des Gebläses sowie das Edelstahl-Fettfilter und das Aktivkohle-Filter, wahlweise Pollenfilter und dgl. Die Steuerung dieser technischen Einrichtungen erfolgt entweder manuell über Druck- oder Tastknöpfe an dem Haubenkörper, oder über eine Fernbedienung. Der Funktionskasten ist dabei in dem Sockel der Vorrichtung so einsetzbar, dass er sowohl mit dem Sockel als auch mit dem Haubenkörper in Eingriff steht und auf einfache Weise mit beiden verbindbar ist.
