Claims (24)

  1. Dispositif (10) pour imprimer des bouchons de bouteille cylindriques (12) au moyen d'un procédé d'héliogravure, comportant un dispositif d'alimentation (14) pour les bouchons de bouteille (12) et un cylindre porte-clichés (18) auquel sont associées une station d'encrage (20), une station de raclage (22) et une station d'impression (24), caractérisé en ce que le bouchon de bouteille (12) peut être amené par le dispositif d'alimentation (14) au cylindre porte-clichés (18) parallèlement à l'axe de ce dernier et passe entre le cylindre porte-clichés (18) et un dispositif de pression et de guidage (36).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pression et de guidage (36) repose contre la jupe du bouchon de bouteille (12).

  15. Procédé pour imprimer ou décorer des bouchons de bouteille (12), caractérisé en ce que les bouchons de bouteille (12) sont imprimés au moyen d'un cylindre porte-clichés (18) dans un procédé d'héliogravure direct.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les bouchons de bouteille (12) sont appliqués élastiquement contre le cylindre porte-clichés (18) pendant le processus d'impression.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-clichés (18) est d'abord encré, en ce qu'il est ensuite raclé et en ce que les bouchons de bouteille (12) sont imprimés directement sur le cylindre porte-clichés (18).

  21. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-clichés (18) présente sur son pourtour une trame et/ou des repères gravés.
  22. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre porte-clichés (18) est en céramique ou présente une couche de protection en céramique.
  23. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 22, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de la trame et/ou des repères est réalisée de telle façon qu'il en résulte, lors de l'impression des bouchons de bouteille (12), des teintes irrégulières.
  24. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 23, caractérisé en ce que l'impression du bouchon de bouteille (12) se fait dans un boîtier qui ferme.
