Abstract
Description
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Bremse für ein auf senkrechtem Gleis verschiebbares Objekt, vor allem Bremse für ein Hebetor oder für eine Aufzugskabine, welche für die Stillsetzung dieses Objekts während dessen Senkung im Fall nicht vorgesehener Ablösung vom Antrieb dient.The object of the invention is a brake for an object displaceable on a vertical track, in particular brake for a lifting gate or for an elevator car, which serves for stopping this object during its lowering in the event of not intended separation from the drive.
Bekannt ist eine Notbremse für ein Hebetor, dessen Flügel auf Antriebstrümen aufgehängt ist und seitliche Führungelemente hat, welche sich in senkrechten U-förmigen Führungen verschieben. In parallelen Führungsfächern befinden sich Reihen von übereinander angeordneten Bohrungen. Aus den seitlichen Flügelwänden ragen waagerechte Achsen heraus, welche im Inneren der Führungen vertieft sind. Auf jeder Achse ist eine schwenkbar aufgesetzte Gruppe von zwei Armen, deren Endstücke angespitzt sind. Obere Endstücke dieser Arme sind mittels Gehänge am Antriebstrum angeschlossen und darüber hinaus mit dem Flügel mittels aufgespannter Federn verbunden. Im Fall eines Bruches oder übermäßiger Lösung des Antriebstrumes sinkt der angehobene Torflügel. Dann unter Einwirkung von Federn öffnet sich die Armgruppe so, daß die angespitzten Endstücke der Arme auf den Fachflächen gleiten und in die begegneten Bohrungen einfallen. Schließlich erfolgt heftige Bremsung des sinkenden Flügels. Darüber hinaus ist eine Notbremse für Aufzugskabine bekannt, welche auf Antriebstrümen aufgehängt ist und seitliche rollende Führungsstücke hat, welche Führungen in Form von senkrechten Leisten beiderseitig umfassen. Die Bremse ist an jeder der Seitenwände der Kabine untergebracht und hat eine Reibbacke sowie eine gegenüberliegende Andrucksrolle, die beiderseitig der Führung angebracht sind. Die Rollenachse befindet sich in einer verstellbaren Fassung und in einem festem Lenker mit geneigten Aussparungen. Wiederum die Fassung der Andrucksrollen ist auf einem Hilfsseil aufgehängt, welches mit einer zusätzlichen Trägheitsbremse verbunden ist. Im Falle der Senkung der Kabine mit der einen bestimmten Wert, überschreitenden Geschwindigkeit, erfolgt zuerst das Ansprechen der Trägheitsbremse. Diese Trägheitsbremse sperrt das Hilfsseil, welches die Fassung mit der Andrucksrolle hochhebt und die geneigten Lenker das Verschieben der Rollenachse sowie der Reibbacke in Richtung der Führung verursacht. In der Endphase erfolgt starkes Andrücken der Andrucksrolle und der Reibbacke auf beiden Flächen der Führung sowie infolgedessen die Stillsetzung der Kabine. Bremse eines auf senkrechtem Gleis verschiebbaren und auf wenigstens einem Antriebstrum aufgehängten Objekts, welche Bremsreibelemente hat, die zusammen mit seitlichen Führungselementen des Objekts im Rahmen fester Führungen mit senkrechten Arbeitsflächen angeordnet sind, gemäß der Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß an jeder Führung sich ein Gehänge befindet, das am Antriebstrum angeschlossen sowie mit der Seitenwand des Objekts verstellbar verzahnt ist, mit der Möglichkeit gegenseitiger Verschiebung in der senkrechten Richtung. Das Gehänge hat zwei geneigte Flächen und ist mit dem Objekt mit Hilfe einer Feder verbunden. Zwischen den geneigten Flächen des Gehänges und den zwei senkrechten Arbeitsflächen der Führung sind Reibelemente angeordnet, die an freien Enden der schwenkbaren Armen aufgesetzt sind. Die gegenüberliegenden Enden der schwenkbaren Arme sind auf der Achse gelagert, welche aus der Seitenwand des Objekts herausragt. Die Konstruktion des Gehänges ist vom Profil der prinzipiell bekannten Führungen abhängig. Im Fall der Anwendung von U-förmigen Führungen sind die geneigten Flächen des Gehänges an dessen Außenrändern gebildet und zwischen den Arbeitsflächen der Führung angeordnet. Wenn flache Leistenführungen angewendet werden, meistens in Form von Fächern eines T-Profils, dann sind die geneigten Flächen des Gehänges an dessen Innenrändern gebildet und zwischen den geneigten Flächen des Gehänges befinden sich die Arbeitsflächen der Führung. Das Gehänge der Bremse hat am günstigsten die Form einer senkrechten Platte mit zwei Queröffnungen, welche übereinander angeordnet und in der senkrechten Richtung verlängert sind. In der oberen Queröffnung der Platte befindet sich ein Stützbolzen, welcher aus der Seitenwand des Objekts herausragt und in der unteren Queröffnung der Platte ist die Achse der schwenkbaren Arme eingesetzt. In einer anderen günstigen Lösung der Erfindung hat das Gehänge der Bremse die Form einer senkrechten Platte mit einer einzelnen Queröffnung, welche in der senkrechten Richtung verlängert ist. Im Inneren dieser Queröffnung ist die Achse der schwenkbaren Armen untergebracht.
