Die Flanken können ebenfalls mit Stoßdämpfern versehen werden. Am unteren Ende des Stabs ist eine Vorrichtung 13 zur Ballbefestigung angeordnet. Sie kann aus zwei Konkavscheiben mit Einschnitten bestehen. Die Einschnitte können am Umfang der Scheiben zwecks Verschnürung versehen werden. Der Ball wird an den Scheiben mit Hilfe von Einlagen mit einem Abstand von 50 mm zum Stab befestigt. Eine der Scheiben ist im Ball angeordnet, die andere Scheibe befindet sich außerhalb des Balls. Nachdem der Ball mit dem Stoßdämpfer zusammengeprallt ist, fällt seine Geschwindigkeit bis auf Null ab, und der Ball kommt durch die Wirkung der Spannkraft des Spannseils in die Ausgangsstellung zurück. Nach drei bis vier hin- und hergehenden Schwingungen (etwa 1,5 bis 2 Sekunden) ist die Trägheitsenergie erschöpft. Claims (9)

  1. A device for training strike movements of a sportsman, comprising a bearing frame; a ball; and a returning unit for return of the ball into an initial position, including an elastic stretching having one end attached to the frame and another end; differing in that the returning unit includes a rod having a first end secured to the frame providing at least two degrees of freedom, and a second end coupled to the ball, wherein the other end of the stretching is attached to the rod.
