Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de vidange pour sacs de poudre pour installations de revêtement par pulvérisation de poudre, contenant
    une trémie de réception de sacs (74) qui est plus étroite en bas qu'en haut, pour recevoir un sac de poudre (12), de sorte que la paroi de la trémie maintienne le sac dans une position et une forme stables, dans lesquelles l'ouverture du sac est à l'extrémité supérieure du sac ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    la trémie de réception de sacs (74) présente, à l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie, au centre de la trémie, une ouverture de trémie ouverte vers le bas (144), à travers laquelle la poudre de revêtement peut tomber, et
    en ce que la trémie de réception de sacs (74) est pourvue d'au moins un vibrateur (78) pour faire vibrer la trémie de réception de sacs (74).
  2. Dispositif de vidange selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'angle de trémie (α) de la surface intérieure de la trémie est compris entre 45° et 90°, et de préférence entre 50° et 70°.
  3. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe médian de trémie (108) de la trémie de réception de sacs (74) s'étend verticalement.
  4. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la trémie de réception de sacs (74) est disposée sur au moins un capteur de poids (76 ; 112) pour mesurer le poids de la trémie de réception de sacs (74) y compris son contenu.
  5. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'au moins un capteur de poids (76 ; 112) est raccordé à un appareil de signaux (3) qui produit un signal en fonction du poids mesuré, un signal étant de préférence alors produit au moins lorsqu'un poids minimum prédéterminé est atteint ou n'est pas atteint.
  6. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    un support de bord d'ouverture (116), qui présente une partie de support extérieure (116-1) pour venir en prise circonférentiellement avec la portion d'extrémité de sac supérieure (118) à proximité d'un bord d'ouverture de l'ouverture du sac (106) et une partie de support intérieure (116-2) devant être insérée dans la portion d'extrémité de sac supérieure (118) à proximité de son bord d'ouverture, les deux parties de support (116-1, 116-2) pouvant être serrées l'une contre l'autre pour serrer la portion d'extrémité de sac supérieure (118) entre elles, la partie de support intérieure (116-2) présentant une ouverture de passage (120) de haut en bas pour le passage d'un tube d'alimentation en poudre (70).
  7. Dispositif de vidange selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support du bord d'ouverture (116) est connecté mécaniquement à un dispositif de réglage en hauteur (122), de préférence un dispositif de levage pouvant être actionné automatiquement, et peut être déplacé de haut en bas par ce dispositif de réglage en hauteur.
  8. Dispositif de vidange selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube d'alimentation en poudre (70) est connecté mécaniquement à un dispositif de réglage en hauteur (124), de préférence un dispositif de levage pouvant être actionné automatiquement, et peut être déplacé de haut en bas par ce dispositif de réglage en hauteur.
  9. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé par
    un support de bord d'ouverture (126) qui présente une partie de support extérieure (126-1) pour venir en prise circonférentiellement avec la portion d'extrémité de sac supérieure (118) à proximité d'un bord d'ouverture de l'ouverture du sac (106) et une partie de support intérieure (70) devant être insérée dans la portion d'extrémité de sac supérieure à proximité de son bord d'ouverture, les deux parties de support pouvant être serrées l'une contre l'autre pour serrer la portion d'extrémité de sac supérieure entre elles, et la partie de support intérieure étant un tube d'alimentation en poudre (70) ou un tube (132) contenant un tube d'alimentation en poudre (70), qui peut être inséré de haut en bas à travers l'ouverture de sac (106) dans le sac de poudre qui se trouve dans la trémie de réception de sacs (74).
  10. Dispositif de vidange selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support de bord d'ouverture (126) est connecté mécaniquement à un dispositif de réglage en hauteur (128), de préférence un dispositif de levage commandable automatiquement, et peut être déplacé de haut en bas par le dispositif de réglage en hauteur.
  11. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube d'alimentation en poudre (70) est orienté avec son extrémité de tube inférieure dans la direction de l'extrémité de trémie inférieure, et en ce que le tube de poudre est disposé, avec son extrémité de tube inférieure, de manière déplaçable vers le bas jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie ou jusqu'à proximité de l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie.
  12. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube d'alimentation en poudre (70) est disposé dans l'axe médian de la trémie (108) dans la direction longitudinale de l'axe médian de la trémie, et peut être déplacé dans cette direction longitudinale.
  13. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube d'alimentation en poudre (70) est disposé parallèlement à la surface interne de la trémie de réception de sacs et peut être déplacé parallèlement à la surface interne de la trémie de haut en bas.
  14. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la dimension intérieure en section transversale de la trémie de réception de sacs (74) à angle droit par rapport à l'axe médian de la trémie (108) à l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie est considérablement plus petite qu'à l'extrémité supérieure de la trémie et à l'extrémité inférieure de la trémie, vaut 50 pour cent ou moins, de préférence 25 pour cent ou moins, et plus préférablement 10 pour cent ou moins, de la dimension à l'extrémité supérieure.
  15. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une pompe à poudre (4), de préférence sous forme d'un injecteur, est disposée à l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'alimentation en poudre (70).
  16. Dispositif de vidange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la trémie de réception de sacs (74) est disposée de manière déplaçable dans la direction latérale dans différentes positions, de préférence de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe vertical (125).
