Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Umformverfahren und eine Umformvorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Eckfalzes (4) für Wärmetauscherrohre mit mindestens zwei Rohrkammem, wobei der Ecktalz mit Hilfe von Rollen umgebogen und gestaucht wird.
Um die Geometrie von Wärmetauscherrohren im Bereich des Eckfalzes zu optimieren, wird der Eckfalz (4) in mindestens drei, insbesondere fünf, Stufen umgebogen und gestaucht.
