Description

三辊卷板机的弯卷方法 技术领域
本发明涉及三辊卷板机的弯卷方法,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
三辊卷板机是一种可将金属板材卷成圆形、弧形和一定范围内的锥形工件的机械设备,卷板机上辊在两下辊中央对称位置通过液压缸内的液压油作用于活塞作垂直升降运动,通过主减速机的末级齿轮带动两下辊齿轮啮合作旋转运动,为卷制板材提供扭矩。卷板机规格平整的塑性金属板通过卷板机的三根工作辊(二根下辊、一根上辊)之间,借助上辊的下压及下辊的旋转运动,使金属板经过多道次连续弯曲,产生永久性的塑性变形,卷制成所需要的圆筒、锥筒或它们的一部分。该液压式三辊卷板机缺点是板材端部需借助其它设备进行预弯。该卷板机适用于卷板厚度在50mm以上的大型卷板机,两下辊下部增加了一排固定托辊,缩短两下辊跨距,从而提高卷制工件精度及机器整体性能。
现有的三辊卷板机存在如下不足之处:卷板机不能弯卷板材的全部长度,板材两端仍有很多地方是直的,需要借助辅助工具再加以弯卷。这样就增加了成本,影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种三辊卷板机的弯卷方法。
本发明的三辊卷板机的弯卷方法,采用预弯-预弯-卷圆方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步:准备待弯卷的板料;
第二步:第一次预弯,将板料置于弯模上,压下上辊并使弯模来回滚动使板料边缘达到所要求的弯曲半径,预弯时必须分段进行,预弯两端;
第三步:第二次预弯,再次将将板料置于弯模上,压下上辊并使弯模来回滚动使板料边缘达到所要求的弯曲半径,预弯时必须分段进行,预弯两端;
第四步:卷圆,将经过两次预弯的板料进行卷圆,使板料的纵向中心线与辊筒轴线保持平行;
第五步:矫圆,将板料在卷板机辊筒的矫正曲率下来回滚卷1-2圈。
本发明的三辊卷板机的弯卷方法,具有如下技术效果:能弯卷板材的全部长度,不需要借助辅助工具再加以弯卷。减少了成本,提高了生产效率。

  1. 三辊卷板机的弯卷方法,其特征在于,采用预弯-预弯-卷圆方法,包括如下步骤:
    第一步:准备待弯卷的板料;
    第二步:第一次预弯,将板料置于弯模上,压下上辊并使弯模来回滚动使板料边缘达到所要求的弯曲半径,预弯时必须分段进行,预弯两端;
    第三步:第二次预弯,再次将将板料置于弯模上,压下上辊并使弯模来回滚动使板料边缘达到所要求的弯曲半径,预弯时必须分段进行,预弯两端;
    第四步:卷圆,将经过两次预弯的板料进行卷圆,使板料的纵向中心线与辊筒轴线保持平行;
    第五步:矫圆,将板料在卷板机辊筒的矫正曲率下来回滚卷1-2圈。
