Weiterhin ist unterhalb der Unterkante des Türelements eine untere Lageranordnung vorgesehen, welche mittels eines Lagerzapfens mit dem genannten Gelenkprofil gekoppelt ist. Die untere Lageranordnung enthält ein auf einem Wannenrand oder Boden angeordnetes Lagerelement mit einer Ausnehmung, in welche ein mit dem Gelenkprofil verbundener Zapfen mittels Nocken eingreifen kann, um bestimmte Schwenkpositionen, beispielsweise die vorgenannte erste Position und/oder die zweite Position vorzugeben. Das Türelement wird beim Schwenken entsprechend seiner Drehwinkelposition angehoben oder abgesenkt. Die Ringschulter mit der Gleitlagerfläche ragt in den Lagerabschnitt des ersten Lagerteils hinein, wobei die genannte Gleitlagerfläche an der geneigten Gleitlagerfläche des Zwischenstücks anliegt. Die genannten Lagerabschnitte befinden sich außerhalb der Ebenen der Schwenktür und des feststehenden Wandelements und ebenso die Schwenkachse des Scharniers, so dass die Schwenktür aus der Schließposition nur in eine Richtung aufschwenkbar ist. Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die genannte Trennwand mit einem geringen konstruktiven Aufwand dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass bei einfacher Bauweise und mit geringem Bauvolumen das Türelement beim Schwenken angehoben bzw. abgesenkt werden kann. Hierzu sollen möglichst wenige und ein geringes Bauvolumen erfordernde Bauteile erforderlich sein, um den Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand zu reduzieren. Des weiteren sollen die eingangs aufgezeigten Nachteile vermieden werden. Die vorgeschlagene Trennwand zeichnet sich aufgrund der Integration der Hebemechanik in das Scharnier und der die Hebemechanik zumindest teilweise umgebenden bevorzugt separat ausgebildeten Abdeckung durch eine einfache und gleichwohl funktionssichere Konstruktion aus. Die Hebemechanik, welche beim Aufschwenken des Türelements aus der ersten Position oder Schließposition ein Anheben bewirkt und beim Zurückschwenken ein Absenken ermöglicht, ist innerhalb der gleichfalls in das Scharnier integrierten Abdeckung angeordnet und somit gegen äußere Einwirkungen geschützt. Das Türelement enthält im Scharnierbereich an seiner vertikalen Längskante eine Ausnehmung, in welche die Hebemechanik und die in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehene Abdeckung zumindest teilweise angeordnet sind und/oder eingreifen. Die Abdeckung ist bevorzugt als eine im Inneren hohle Kappe ausgebildet, welche das Kopplungselement und/oder den Bolzen und die Elemente der Hebemechanik umgibt und bevorzugt im Wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildet ist. Das eine Scharnierteil, an welchem beispielsweise das Türelement befestigt ist, enthält gleichfalls eine mit der Ausnehmung des Türelements korrespondierende Ausnehmung, wobei die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Abdeckung teilweise auch in die Ausnehmung des genannten Scharnierteils eingreift. Die Abdeckung enthält einen im Wesentlichen in vertikaler Richtung verlaufenden Schlitz, durch welche ein Scharnierarm des zweiten Scharnierteils durchgreift, wobei die Abdeckung bezüglich des zweiten Scharnierteils und/oder des mit diesem verbundenen Wandelements gegen Rotation gesichert ist. Die Abdeckung besitzt in vertikaler Richtung eine vorgegebene Höhe, welche zumindest näherungsweise gleich groß ist wie die Höhe der Ausnehmung bzw. der Ausnehmungen des Türelements und des ersten Scharnierteils, wodurch eine Sicherung in axialer Richtung erreicht ist. Bei Schwenkbewegungen und den dabei erfolgenden axialen Bewegungen des Türelements wird folglich auch die Abdeckkappe angehoben bzw. abgesenkt. Claims (10)

Trennwand, insbesondere Duschtrennwand, enthaltend ein Türelement (2) und wenigstens ein Scharnier (8), dessen Scharnierteile (10, 12) einerseits am Türelement (2) und andererseits an einem Wandelement (4) befestigt oder befestigbar sind, wobei das Türelement (2) um eine mittels des Scharniers (8) vorgegebene und im wesentlichen vertikale Schwenkachse (6) schwenkbar ist und wobei mittels des Türelements (2) in einer ersten Position ein Durchgang abgesperrt ist und in einer zweiten Position der Duchgang der Trennwand zumindest teilweise freigegeben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Scharnier (8) eine Hebemechanik mit einem Lagerelement (44) und einem Druckelement (46) derart integriert ist, dass beim Aufschwenken aus der ersten Position das Türelement (2) in vertikaler Richtung nach oben anhebbar ist, und dass eine die Hebemechanik zumindest teilweise umgebende Abdeckung (14) vorgesehen ist.
