Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour faire fonctionner un système de communication mobile qui comprend une pluralité de cellules radio et au moins un terminal de communication mobile comprenant un module d'identification d'abonné, le fonctionnement s'effectuant en fonction du lieu de séjour du terminal de communication. Selon l'invention, au moins une zone d'abonné est établie dans une zone géographique globale couverte par le système de communication mobile, et les cellules radio qui se trouvent au moins partiellement dans cette zone d'abonné, sont déterminées. Les identifications des cellules radio déterminées, sont transmises au terminal de communication et au module d'identification d'abonné de l'abonné, et y sont enregistrées.
