Abstract

La présente invention concerne un composant destiné à l'isolation phonique et notamment à l'isolation phonique dans des automobiles. Ce composant comprend une première couche qui est constituée d'un matériau à base de non-tissé et qui est conçue sous forme de nappe plane, ainsi que deux surfaces opposées (4, 5). Un revêtement mince appliqué par pulvérisation (3) se trouve sur une des surfaces extérieures (4, 5) du non-tissé (2). Ce revêtement est constitué d'une matière thermodurcissable, telle que du polyuréthane, et/ou de matières thermoplastiques. Cette invention concerne également un procédé pour produire ce composant.
