Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur Beabstandung und vorübergehenden Verriegelung eines Öffnungselements (6) in einer pseudo-geschlossenen Position an einem festgelegten Element (3) einer Karosserie eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit einerseits einer Befestigungsplatte (2), die zur Verankerung der Vorrichtung im festgelegten Element bestimmt ist, und andererseits einem Anschlagelement (4), das geeignet ist, dem Öffnungselement als Stütze zu dienen, und ein erstes Ende (11) aufweist, das an die Befestigungsplatte anschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement einen Zwischenteil (12) aufweist, der sich in einer zur Befestigungsplatte im Wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung erstreckt und mit einem zweiten Ende (13) abschließt, das zur Befestigungsplatte (2) gekrümmt ist, wobei der Zwischenteil und das zweite Ende so ausgebildet sind, dass sie zwischen dem festgelegten Element und dem Öffnungselement in der pseudo-geschlossenen Position untergebracht werden können und einen Raum zur Aufnahme eines Rands (6b) des Öffnungselements aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gekrümmte Ende (13) des Anschlagelements (4) so ausgebildet ist, dass es mit einem Bereich des Öffnungselements (6) in Kontakt kommt, der ein Verkleidungselement aufnehmen soll.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gekrümmte Ende (13) so ausgelegt ist, dass es mit dem entsprechenden festgelegten Element (3) teilweise in Kontakt kommen kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gekrümmte Ende (13) so ausgelegt ist, dass es sich unter der Wirkung von durch das Öffnungselement (6) ausgeübten Spannungen mindestens teilweise elastisch verformen kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen elastischen Haltenocken (17) umfasst, der geeignet ist, mit einer Kante (6b) des Öffnungselements (6) zusammenzuwirken, um dieses in der pseudo-geschlossenen Position zu verriegeln.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (2) mit einem Zapfen (8) versehen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Öffnung des festgelegten Elements (3) zusammenzuwirken, und geeignet ist, eine Befestigungsschraube (10) aufzunehmen, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer Gewindeöffnung des festgelegten Elements zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (2) Befestigungsmittel umfasst, die an das festgelegte Element der Karosserie geklammert werden können.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem thermoplastischen Material hergestellt ist, das geeignet ist, einer Temperatur von mindestens 180°C zu widerstehen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (4) mit der Befestigungsplatte (2) einstückig ist.
