Claims (18)

  1. Fermeture pouvant être mise en prise avec un goulot de remplissage (1) dans un véhicule, ladite fermeture (2) comprenant une ouverture et un support de joint d'étanchéité disposé axialement en face de ladite fermeture, la fermeture (2) comprenant un corps en forme de coupe ayant un fond (3) et une paroi périphérique (5), un moyen d'étanchéité pour entrer en contact avec ledit support de joint d'étanchéité, et des éléments de fixation libérables (6, 7, 8) interagissant avec le goulot de remplissage (1), caractérisés en ce qu'au moins deux éléments de fixation (6, 7, 8) s'étendent axialement à partir de la paroi périphérique (5), en ce que chaque élément de fixation est agencé pour être en prise avec un moyen de verrouillage correspondant (16, 17, 18) situé sur la périphérie extérieure du goulot de remplissage (1) éloignée de l'axe central de ladite ouverture et faisant face à son opposé, en ce que les éléments de fixation (6, 7, 8) sont agencés pour agir comme moyen de guidage interagissant avec le goulot de remplissage (1) pour positionner la fermeture (2) par rapport au goulot de remplissage (1), en ce que la fermeture (2) est agencée pour être enlevée en la basculant autour d'un axe imaginaire situé à une tangente d'un point de contact entre une partie supérieure et radialement externe du goulot de remplissage (1) et une partie inférieure interne de la paroi périphérique de la fermeture, et en ce que chaque élément de fixation (6, 7, 8) comprend une languette élastique, chaque languette élastique étant agencée pour mettre en prise un moyen de guidage en forme de renfoncement (12, 13, 14) situé dans un bord périphérique extérieur (15) de la section supérieure (9) du goulot de remplissage (1).
  2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de fixation (6, 7, 8) est une partie d'un seul tenant de la paroi périphérique.
  3. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture (2) comprend au moins trois éléments de fixation (6, 7, 8).
  4. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de fixation (6, 7, 8) sont agencés symétriquement autour de la périphérie de la paroi périphérique.

Fermeture selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les éléments de fixation (6, 7, 8) sont munis de surfaces de contact inclinées vers la périphérie extérieure du goulot de remplissage (1) pour une coopération avec les moyens de verrouillage (16, 17, 18) comprenant un renfoncement circonférentiel s'étendant autour d'au moins une partie du goulot de remplissage (1).
  8. Fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture (2) comprend au moins un moyen de guidage.
  9. Fermeture selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'étanchéité est un joint d'étanchéité plat annulaire.

Goulot de remplissage (1) pour un véhicule agencé pour coopérer avec une fermeture (2) selon la revendication 1, ledit goulot de remplissage (1) comprenant une ouverture et un support de joint d'étanchéité disposé axialement en face de la fermeture (2) caractérisé en ce que le goulot de remplissage (1) est muni de moyens de verrouillage (16, 17, 18) comprenant des moyens de guidage, chacun en forme de renfoncement (12, 13, 14) dans la portion supérieure (9) du goulot de remplissage (1), lesquels moyens de guidage sont situés sur la périphérie extérieure du goulot de remplissage (1) éloignée de l'axe central de ladite ouverture et faisant face à son opposé pour une coopération avec au moins deux éléments de fixation (6, 7, 8) sur une fermeture (2) selon la revendication 1.

  17. Goulot de remplissage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le support de joint d'étanchéité (11) comprend une nervure circonférentielle élevée agencée contre les moyens d'étanchéité pour réaliser un contact étanche.
  18. Moteur à combustion interne ayant un goulot de remplissage (1) avec une ouverture de remplissage, laquelle ouverture est munie d'une fermeture (2) selon la revendication 1.
